I love love love Camillo properties! I’ve been staying with them for almost 3 years now and I have had the best experience ever. The employees there are really thier to help the residents (Janet&Nick) weather it’s regarding payments or simply answering a question. During covid I hit a rough time in which for almost a year they waive my late fees!!!! It’s nothing like living on a property that really cares about you! If it wasn’t for them during the pandemic I wouldn’t know where I would be.
Absolutely shocked and appalled at how they do not care about loyalty. Ive been a resident for 3 years and never had a problem. After recent break ins in my area I need to move my family. I found another safer property and simply want to transfer properties. Simply because Ive just signed a new lease I have no way to transfer because Im at the beginning of my least and not 60 days til the end of the lease. Its not a want its a necessity at this point because of my familys well being. And I was told that its nothing they can do they only can charge me twice my rent plus fees for not keeping the lease. Is this seriously a company that appreciates nothing. Again this is my third year with them so obviously I can maintain a lease. Instead of working with a loyal customer they simply blew me off. Tyrias customer service was the best thing about the convo.

This rating is in reference to an employee only.!There isn’t a way to rate her separately from the company:I’ve lived in my Camillo home for almost four years and today I spoke with the most courteous and professional person that I’ve ever talked to.Ty is on the Renewal Team and provided assistance with my lease renewal. She answered my questions thoroughly and took immediate action regarding my issue in order to finalize my new lease.Ty is absolutely an asset to the company and does a great job of making them look good.

This is the worse experience ever. I don’t like making online payments and no one has emailed me the rentmoney voucher information to go to my local Walmart and send my rent payment via certified funds. Now i have assessed a late fee and must be paid as well! Can someone please provide the da*n information
Monica Baena was great. She was very helpful and patient with my clients. They were struggling getting their application to submit with their documents and Monica assisted us quickly and they were able to get everything submitted properly.
We just moved into one of their new build homes and really love it. My reason for a 3 star review is because we are almost a month into the new home and still do not have internet. Being that it is a new construction, AT&T and Xfinity are still working on the lines and I feel like this is something that should have been brought to our attention from Camillo Properties before move in so we could plan accordingly. We both work from home and rely solely on an internet connection to do our work. We haven’t been able to truly enjoy our new home because of this issue. It seems as if they rushed tenants into these new builds before confirming that lines were connected. I know there’s nothing that Camillo Properties can do at this point but I feel like they need to take some ownership for the lack of communication before moving in.
If you come across JAIA ELIE at Camillo Properties, stay away. She made me pay DOUBLE for the same person and told me she would refund me and its been 2 months and she kept my money. She said she sent a check in the mail and it never arrived and now she wont answer my email. Teach your employees to be HONEST.

Terrible communication. As a resident, no ability to contact someone to help you. Their portal is decent, but not acceptable for a move out. No response or return calls/emails regarding move out questions after multiple attempts to contact someone via email and phone. No communication regarding return of our security deposit after move out. Truthfully, Austin should be fired. He hasn’t returned an email or phone call yet. No communication on return of our security deposit.Would not recommend for property management and would not rent from them again. Renter Beware!Update: They take time to respond to Google reviews, but won’t return phone calls or emails.

I Like CAMILLO PROPERTIES because their screening process is very transparent and no surprised at all.I am a realtor and I must say that the work is sometimes harder to rent than it is to buy. A good home will be flooded with multiple applications and especially in today’s real estate market. Wether a client is buying or renting emotions are always involved and having to tel a client 2 or 3 times that landlord selected another applicants, is not quite the news you want to tell your clients.For that reason I always start with Camillo Properties and also their requirements are fair. While many landlords want a credit score requirement swiftly clean almost, Camillo Properties requires only about 550.In addition their tenants enjoy peace of mind because lawn care is included in rent, plus sprinkler system is installed in all their properties. No stress keeping up with watering the grass. Kiddos to a great property management company such as Camillo Properties!! 🥇😊
I have lived at this location for several years; it is cheaper during covid for me to renew my lease then to move. Otherwise I would move.The house itself is acceptable with a very nice yard. However, several of the houses are developing issues as they age: one of my neighbors encountered ongoing plumbing problems which resulted in her not renewing her lease. My house developed cracks in the walls. In addition, the air conditioner will not cool the house down more than 20° which becomes a problem when the temperature reaches 100° outside. These houses are not well insulated and not well constructed. Overall, the rent is acceptable for the type of house you receive, and despite cheap materials, the interiors are nice.Regarding exterior maintenance: Fences in the neighborhoods frequently are leaning over and it is not uncommon for them to fall in a windstorm. The front gate is nearly always broken and the communal landscaping is poorly maintained. Landscapers will often cut down flowers, destroy wires, and cause other damage due to inattentive work - this is a frequent complaint with my neighbors and myself.The main challenge I have though is with the management company itself. Poor communication seems to be an ongoing problem with Camillo properties. I have found that you need to call / email several times before you receive a response. While some employees are very pleasant, others are extremely curt / condescending in their interactions. Many of my neighbors have had similar experiences; several of them have chosen not to renew their lease because of this.The overall impression of Camillo properties (shared by my neighbors) is that they are quite petty and pennypinching. Lease violations are very frequently handed out, however they are usually for ridiculous things (common sense does not really apply). I have also heard frequently from many friends that people are charged with massive fines whenever they leave due to incidental findings on the post-move inspection. While this is expected to some degree, the exact items being contested often surprise and upset my former neighbors as it is more excessive compared to other properties where they have lived. I do not get any impression that Camillo properties sees me as anything other than a monthly interchangeable check. (Certainly true with other properties where I have left, but they at least pretend to value their homeowners. There is no such effort or pretense with Camillo properties.)I have rented at several locations before and have never run into a management company such as this. Next time I rent, I will be spending greater time researching the landlord. I made a quick decision to move here during a weekend visit from out of state (relocated for business) and regret my haste.Bottom line:I do not recommend recommending from Camillo properties. If you are interested in renting from one of their houses, I suggest you thoroughly vet this company / speak to the residents here so you can arrive at your own conclusion.

I have been renting from Camillo Properties for a few years now. I am very pleased with the rental experience of renting a new home without having to pay a very high monthly amount to lease. This gives me the ability to save for my own home purchase, which I plan taking advantage of through Camillo Properties!

Horrible Communication. Email about problems but done respond to find solutions. They make up violations and regulations over the phone not stated in lease agreement. Nice homes but you have to pay for maintenance even when its not tenant caused, based on what representatives put in your notes!
We are in the process of signing a lease for a house and getting things ready to move in. However, none of my questions have been answered from the move-in coordinator. Numbers are not given for anyone, only emails. Everything seems sketchy to me and Im getting nervous to sign my lease. The house seems really nice and I need to move soon. However, this company does not have decent customer service. One star for fast approval and another star for how nice the house seems.
Mrs Jennifer was amazing, she answered any questions I had and made sure we was in our home on the date that was set. We also had problems with our keys being that it wasn’t for the door, we called her and she worked a miracle. Thank you for everything
I have been a tenant at a Camillo Properties home for about 4 months now and have mixed feelings about them. The home is nice and was in good condition when we moved in. We were given only 1 garage opener so I had to go buy a second one on my own and have been yet to be reimbursed by Camillo. Maintenance issues are addressed somewhat on time but it is VERY DIFFICULT to get anyone on the line, like when an issue is still unresolved. There does not seem to be a specific management team for each property like in most apartments so you have to call a 1-888 number and leave a message and hope you get a call back. Most of the time you have to follow-up numerous times to get a response or resolve an issue. For example, our community has an issue with tenant parking. We have limited guest parking and a very narrow driveway to get into our garages so anytime a tenant parks outside their garage it blocks the path for other tenants. I have complained NUMEROUS times to management and they have been slow to respond and then merely say that I should call towing which has not fixed the issue because the cars are moved when the towers get here. Mgmt refuses to fine tenants who violate our guidelines so it has created a very hostile home environment especially when tenants live so close to each other. Our rent is way too high for this level of customer service.OVERALL: nice homes, okay maintenance service, POOR customer service.

Nova A was a sweetheart process didn’t go as planned . Tried to dispute an inaccurate account had valid proof but nothing changed. Still doesn’t change the fact I love their houses. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice home in nice areas.

My fiancée and I lived in an apartment for several years and decided we wanted to get a house with a yard for our four-legged son. Renting was the only option for us so we went online and tried to find a house for rent. After seeing a couple of Camillos homes, we knew we wanted to rent with them. The application process was smooth and any questions or concerns we had were handled by our move-in coordinator, Jennifer, in a very timely and professional manner. Once we moved in, there were a couple of very minor maintenance requests that we notified Camillo about and they were all resolved in under 24 hours. Debbie had a lot of answers and directed us to the right people. Robert called me to ask questions about the maintenance requests just a couple hours after I submitted them and even provided solutions over the phone. Even though my maintenance requests were resolved, he still called and stopped by the next morning to confirm everything was in proper working order and to provide a bit of additional information about the home and neighborhood. Camillo has helped us and communicated with us more in the last month than my previous apartment has in our last 18 months. I highly recommend Camillo!!!

The neighborhood is in a great location and a good place for families to live. Camillo has been a great property management company and always attends to any maintenance requests very quickly. I very much appreciate Austin for helping us with our move out as we have purchased our new home. Austin went above and beyond to assist me in my move out and I really appreciate him. We already anticipated the possibility of our first choice not being available, so it was not a surprise. However, Adrian went above and beyond to respond quickly to our needs and helped us find another home that we liked including the floor plan of the new build we chose.I had a great experience with Julie as well! I am not sure where my review for her went, but she was great and went above and beyond as well and responded to my questions prior to applying for any homes promptly.

Camillo properties are great . I am impressed . We had an issue sometime ago. Robert Shelfer the make ready manager came over to help solve the problem . He was great. We were impressed to see how knowledgeable he was about his work. He solved the problem and was very polite.
Eve is amazing. Whenever I have issues, I can rely on her to help resolve them. Not only does she resolves the issue, she continues to reach out until the problem is fixed. EVEN ON HER DAYS OFF!!!!!Thank you Eve for your help!!!!Ms Michelle is amazing and helpful as well. My experience overall has been great, beautiful home and neighborhood. The process was easy and smooth. The only thing I recommend is the homes comes with automatic garages (it’s 2021 lol that’s a MUST HAVE). Instead, if you want that option, you’ll have to pay an extra $350 for the company to come out and install.
They are HORRIBLE! At first, they are great until you move in. They charge for everything. It’s $97 to pay rent online & the office is around the corner but they don’t allow us to drop it off or even mail it. They are slow to fix everything & the employees are extremely rude. They will also raise your rent whenever they please. I wish i could give them no stars. Definitely do not move on you them.
We recently woke up to nightmare, a car had driven through our fence, damaged the A.C. unit and crashed into our bedroom. We contacted the office and spoke with Eve, she was a blessing and helped us get the entire process rolling and showed genuine concern for our well being. Eve got us in touch with Luis, our case specialist, he arrived ASAP and took control of scheduling crews to come out and get everything fixed. The two of them have made this process so seamless, so smooth and so stress free. Thanks for everything!

The process wasnt long or drawn out. I had an approval for a home within a week of applying. Then, a new job offer changed my mind on the location of the new home. So, I immediately contacted my leasing coordinator, Monica Taylor. Not only did she help me find another home in a better location, she made the transfer process simple. She was quickly responsive to my emails and kept me informed. Im so appreciative to her!

I’ve been living in one of their properties for almost 4 years. My AC stop working Saturday morning, I reported to the Emergency portal and phone about 6x! The lease states, if it above 90 degrees outside that is considered an emergency, it was damn 92 degrees in my house and 95 outside. STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL OR COME! My rent went from $1275- $1325- now $1495. Nice houses but I don’t recommend. If I want to be a home owner I would have purchased a home. I CAN’T UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP, IM OUT OUF HERE!THEY HAVE ALL THESE VIOLATIONS, WELL THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE LEASE FROM NOT SERVICING THIS HVAC SYSTEM WHICH PER LEASE IS AN EMERGENCY!! 🤬

My husband and I have been searching for a rental home and came across Camillo Properties and our transaction coordinator Cinthya stayed in contact with us and walked us through the next steps of the application process. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions! Couldn’t thank her enough for the great service!

We took the time to call we’ll ahead of a move and speak with them about the application process and our needs. We paid $45 per applicant and the application process was confusing, cumbersome, and unnecessarily complicated. Our application was summarily rejected with no immediate explanation or contact beyond a 2 line form email. We called in later that day to seeIf we could speak with someone about it only to be told that they would put in a “request” for someone to get back to us with no guarantee, which sounded suspiciously like “we will get back to you if we feel like it.” This has all the hallmarks of a scam/shell company fleecing honest and hardworking people of their money for applications for properties they probably don’t even have at the time. Save your time and your money. Fraudsters is probably the best description for what they do.
Is it policy of the company to automatically redirect people because of an accent? Do you not want certain peoples money because of an accent? Constantly being told “let me get you to spanish speaker”I speak english well, jerrica is very rude and I hope you think about the employees you keep. My money isnt good enough for her to talk to me? I recently moved into a new neighborhood in the Adelaide by Camillo. The house is really nice and so is the neighborhood. The process was easy and straight forward and Monica Taylor ( leasing coordinator) was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. She answered all questions quickly and made the process so simple.
I reached out to Camillo Properties and was connected Monica Baena. She was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Her assistance was A-1 and professional.
My experience with Camillo Properties has been top notch. My Leasing Consultant Michelle Townsend was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Camillo to anyone who is ready to upgrade their living space in a great neighborhood.

The process to rent and move in has been great. Eve has been very responsive in terms of answering my questions and helping me through the process. Maintenance workers have arrived when she told me they would, which is a huge turn around from the last property I rented with. They also complete their work in full and I have questions or requests past that, Eve takes care of it.The only thing I don’t like about the actual property is the Rently Blue boxes!
I applied for a home on 01/27/21. They waited until 02/09/21 to tell me that I was approved, but the home I applied for was no longer available. I had to call and email this company just to get the status of my application. They showed no remorse for delaying my application process. Be very careful for applying with this company. When you apply they do not reserve the home for you, so 10 applicant can apply for the same house and they will collected all the application fees and then tell you that the home is not available. Then you are out of money for nothing. I think their system is flawed and they are definitely taking advantage of people.After leaving this review a rep from the company called and apologized for the mix up. She did every in her power to accommodate my family and myself. I really appreciate that she cared about my feeling. Mistakes happen, but when you correct them, at least it shows it was not personal.
This agent was amazing to work with. She took care of my issue at a moments notice, as a resident I truly appreciate that. Keep doing great work and stepping up for your customers. Thanks again Tabatha.

I have lived in a Camillo Property for almost 4 years and most of my experiences have been pleasant. I think the handling of Covid-19 was one of the best by a rental community, if you were honest with them. Janet has been one of the best to work with. I would recommendCamillo to others. Their policies have been very transparent for me? Just be sure to read and understand because they do not change.

Just moved in 4/16/21. The move in process was great thanks to Monica Taylor. We stayed in touch constantly and she answered every7 questions that I had. I hope this is the beginning of a wonderful experience with Camillo properties throughout my lease term. Ill post another update later.
