Absolutely the worst and least professional management company I have ever worked with. As stated in other reviews, there is no communication, and you do have to practically harass them to get anything done. Today, I had to file a police report again Ross Richardson who works through this company and I filed a complaint through the Texas Real Estate Commission, regarding his behavior towards residents. I have video surveillance to provide proof of these constant issues. I also have pictures of the quality of management he provides which is subpar. The tenants he leases to is a completely different issue. Once a request is submitted is can take up to a year for him to actually provide resolution, even if he is asked on numerous occasions. IF YOU CAN AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY, PLEASE AVOID IT!! You will thank me later. They are a joke.

Very nice and fun people. They are very professional and have many clients so if they dont call you back ASAP, its because of how many clients they have. You can always count on them to get your stuff done in time and they will let you know something if you need to hear it. You should really look into them and stay with them.

Not pleased at all with this company.Zero communication it really feels like you have chase them down to get some communication from them. Hardly ever return phone calls, and it’s always a “call me back” they do not even have the courtesy to follow up and update you. If I can I would definitely avoid working with them.

Unprofessional company. I would give them no stars if I could. This is a company that during the final walk through of the exit of a tenant, could not be bothered to come by to do the paperwork. I had to do it myself. Not sure why I am paying the property management fees. Also they are very keen to repair things in the property and they will refuse to use the home warranty company that is available to fix it. DO NOT USE THEM. He is slick as a snake oil sales person
