I was very skeptical about using this company because of the bad reviews but I decided to try it anyway. Amber Hamer Has been amazing in helping me! She is very responsive and her customer service is phenomenal. Every concern, ANY issues that I have had she has handled it ASAP!! From my maintenance issues to you name it she has gotten it done!!! And done in a TIMELY MANNOR!! Thank you AMBER FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME!! I’m super glad I went with this company for my housing needs!!
I never hear back through the portal, emails, or phone calls ever since I moved in. The only way to contact the Houston office is the call Dallas and have them transfer you. Sent an email 6 days ago with military orders and crickets once again. I will not be following up with them AGAIN. I will be vacating the home at the date stated in the email and will be putting a stop payment from my bank. If they want to go to court, so be it. Enjoy spending time with military attornies if you come after me. I want my deposit back. I asked in that email what the process for vacating is. So overly sick of the no response. You are not entitled to a dime of my deposit if you wont communicate.
The new applications credit department at Goal Properties was very helpful and responsive in processing our application and getting us approved for our new rental.Property Manager Amber Hamer has also been very responsive and helpful in assisting us get into our new home.Prior to our move-in date Amber answered all of my email inquires quickly and made the move into our new home go as smooth as possible. Thus far I have had a very positive experience with Goal Properties and their staff.
Having been a commercial propertyManager, this company is horrible at communicating. Repairs unmet within a timely manner and if you have any other major issue they barely respond. I’m out after 15 months since the month to month went up 300.00 a month. Especially when the economy is what it is.
This is actually the second management company we’ve been through since we rented our house almost 7 years ago. Andre Ford is our property manager and there’s literally not one thing I could say nice about him. He doesn’t return calls, texts, emails or in portal messages. He refuses to help fix any issues that come up and is very rude IF you do get a return communication from him. Maintence is laughable as they decide to “fix” things the cheapest way possible or not at all. The fireplace hasn’t worked and they claim it to be “tenant issue” The fence is falling down from weather and time and they put a few new boards wherever it’s “the worst” and don’t even get me started on how long and how many Texas statutes I had to threaten them with regarding mold and the broken hot water heater. New management company starts 1/22/2021 and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
Getting the place was easy enough, although the money order down payment is a bit ghetto, expensive, and inconvenient. However I reported my furnace is broken 3 weeks ago. A couple of visits were made and they were going to decide on repair or replacement. Then nothing.... No update and no repair for weeks. After several attempts at correspondence I have no update and no response. Seriously its the end of December and into January. When are you gonna fix the furnace? In July perhaps when its no longer needed? What a joke. Will end up repairing it myself as putting my 2 year olds crib next to a space heater is crazy dangerous. Wish me luck on taking that expense out of my rent next month. I hope the judge likes this story.
I had a massive gap between my door and floor leading to the back yard. It took them over a week to get it replaced. When it was replaced it wasnt even the same door. When they were done with the work they also left their mess as well as the old door. They finally came back and picked up the old door walked straight into the back door and gave us back our curtain and curtain rod. Oh and the entire time they didnt wear masks in the midst of a raging pandemic.
This property management company is awful. I have been at a property for a year and a half. Upon move in date, the manager hadnt sent me the combination to the door. It took me 2 hours past my move in time to get access to the house. Prior to move in I asked for a few obvious repairs. They were not made so I had to put a work order in. Fast forward a year, i have signs of termites. It takes them a month to have someone finally treat after having a SWARM of 100s of termites in the home. All this is happening during COVID and minimal hours. They gave me grace in April for rent with no late fees. Say they will do the same in May, my final payment was mailed on 5/27. They are trying to say they didnt get it till 6/6. The office it was mailed to and the home I am renting is 45 minutes apart. There is NO WAY it took a week for it to get there. They are denying to waive my fees they already agreed upon. Im a single mom of 2, I was way too patient with the termite situation. Awful management company and I bet the home owner doesnt even know about the termite situation in their home.
Please take precautions and read the reviews on these companies because it would have saved us A LOT of headaches seriously.. first off Andre Ford needs to be fired he is a horrible property manager. He is unprofessional, nonchalant, & uncaring. There were plenty of times I’ve called and left voicemails and he never returned one. I’ve literally never talked to him over the phone since moving into the home. There were red flags before even signing our lease. The day after getting approved for the house he called me rushing me to bring our deposit in by a certain time that day or he was going to let another family get the chance to get the house. Like seriously thats so unprofessional and not a good look at all. After moving in they never took the key lock box off of our door. It stayed there the full term. Lord, don’t get me started on the status of the house. It had a lot of major issues and this company found all the cheapest ways to fix it without actually fixing the problem. They pride themselves on sending people to do the bare minimum when coming out to fix home maintenance issues. We had a big problem with our master shower literally leaking water into our bedroom floor, right when we moved in and it took almost 6 months, threats, & multiple people coming out until they “rigged” it!! All the professionals were saying the same thing about correctly fixing the shower system and the company argued and convinced them to just put a little glue around our drain. One guy personally told me they are being cheap and the way they are telling them to do it would not fix the issue permanently. Oh, not to mention our SHOWER drain had a KITCHEN sink drain instead of the correct bathroom one. How ghetto!!!! So embarrassing one of the plumbers took a picture to post on “crazy things you see” in his industry. To put the icing on the cake, we had a $450 water bill from a toilet issue that we put a work order for right when we moved in, and they told us it was our responsibility to pay it. I can literally go on and on about the horrors we had to incur with this company and Andre Ford I would not recommend any of them to anyone, FOREAL!!! We didn’t plan on moving again but we are getting out of that house and from under the thumb of Andre Ford and Goal Properties because it is not worth the stress. Please take caution, find another company.
Horrible customer service lately. We have been here almost two years and are good tenants. I have two kids and am 9 months pregnant &had to wait two days for someone to fix our ac unit. Someone finally shows up, says nothing is wrong with it, puts a hard start on it and leaves. Now it wont even turn on and of course its going to be another day before someone can come fix it ..Ridiculous and very poor service when there are 24 hr ac / heating companies everywhere. Horrible service. Maintenance is a hit or miss for sure.
Courteous and Trustworthy! They put my son in his rental with a smooth transition. He has been a tenant for almost 1-yr and has renewed his lease. Very pleased with reliable service. Payments and maintenance online are amazing!
Ive had issues with late fees. Ive contacted our branch and was told theyd call me back in an hour. I didnt hear anything from them in a couple days so I emailed back and was told theyd be in touch. Its going on 3 weeks now and Ive heard nothing back from them. The home we rented has had issue after issue with plumbing leaving, most recently being water leaking from a light fixture in the ceiling. Thought that would be an emergency considering its water mixed wt electrical but NOPE. still waiting for someone to contact me about it and that was 4 days ago. Not to mention when our hot water heater was out, apparently not having hot water is a non issue...the person taking my work order told me to just boil water. We pay almost 2k a month for rent...Im not boiling water for me, my husband and our 3 kids to bathe in. We have a 24 month lease and if this is what were in for the rest of our lease, Ill probably be house hunting sooner than later. This is rediculous.
Very helpful and answered all questions in a timely fashion. We just signed our lease, but the initial move-in process was very smooth.Andre helped us and he was awesome!
This company is amazing!!! I have been with them for over 6 months and they came highly recommended from a previous tenant of 3 years. They made my application process easy, fast and no hassle. They made my move such an easy transition. Their staff has treated me with the utmost respect. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Ive enjoyed my experience. The maintenance is a hit or miss. Sometimes I feel they pick the cheapest option which isnt always something that will last or is of quality. But overall, Im happy being here.
This is a quality company that views their tenants as valued customers.
Have been trying to view a property..their prompts are exhausting, I finally get a lady on the phone and give her the description of the property I am trying to view, she then proceeds to tell me to go to their website and search specific property and click schedule tour ummm yeah there is no schedule tour button and WHY THE HELL ARE YOU THERE ANSWERING PHONES if you cant even schedule it your damn self!? You just made my mind up for me! I feel sorry for the owners at 219 Indian Falls N Conroe, Tx cause your property is never getting rented going through these people!
Very Professional company. Been dealing with them 2 years. Anytime an issue arose they were very quick to fix it. I would definitely refer anyone whos looking for descent, dependable, rental property to go through them. They take pride in their properties.
Worst company to rent from
If I could give zero stars I would. I lived in a home for 4 years managed by this company. I had issues getting things fixed and since moving out disputing charges they say I owe. I have emailed countless times, I have called and left voicemails, I have called and talked with several people all taking my name and number promising someone to call me back. ONCE someone actually called me back. I asked one of the ladies that answered the phone if she could just read the notes on my file and she said she can’t see any of my calls or emails being documented in my file (I have phone records and copies of all emails sent). I’ve been emailing and calling since July. I have had 3 responses to emails, and after asking to have this further looked into.... silence. I have even sent 2 follow up emails to no avail. They have had no issue sending these charges to a collection agency though. Getting to a point where I think a lawyer may just be my best route.
House recently flooded due to plumbing issues and they refuse to fix the walls and baseboards that were water damaged. Did not want to mold test either until I told them I was contacting a lawyer. Its been a week and still barely anything has been done and it is a fight to make anything happen. DO NOT RENT from this company. They do not care about safety.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you are lucky they are slow to answer phone calls, and return emails. If you have average luck you will be ignored. They are very unprofessional, and if you are lucky enough to actually speak with a staff member no one can resolve the issue. Everyone has to call you back when they speak to their superior who is conveniently never around. If you are quoted something over the phone from a staff member be sure to get it in writing or else every one will play the I dont recall game. They will make up random fees after your move out so that they can keep your security deposit no matter how spotless the home is. For example I was charged about $900 for touch up paint when my wife and I literally left 3 rooms in the house empty during the entire lease. We never entered those rooms, touched the walls or even stored anything in them, however we were charged. We had no pets and have no children so that excuse doesnt qualify either. I can go on forever about my horrible experience but Im not. I will just leave you with this, spend your money somewhere else with an accredited company that deserves your business.
This company and their third party Onsite are definitely questionable and fraudulent. Beware the negative reviews are accurate! The credit report had some items that didnt belong to my husband and background came back for felony on a white male with same name. Obviously my husband is black has never been arrested in his life. We wasted time as they told us to call their 3rd party company to get this sorted out. They stole our $100.00 application fee. Again BEWARE!!!!!! SCAM
Very horrible property management . Our ac broke down once a summer it would take almost 2 weeks for them to get a work order approved we have taken countless times off work because of issues and lost money not included the work I put into the house myself new faucets new mail box fence boards. We had been there for 6 years and almost paid for the house from the rent. We then had to emergency move do to job situations and now they are trying to charge us all this money for a burned out light bulb, tile cleaning small holes in the wall from pictures hanging! How about appreciate the people who rent from you and take care of there issues in a timely manner 6 years !!! Of course theres going to be carpet to be replaced and normal wear and tear! The customer service is horrible! They also switched 3 different companies sense we had been there ! So stay away from this company!
IF I could give less than 0 stars, this would be the time. Ive had issue after issue after issue for the last 2 years since they purchased the home Ive lived in for 4+ years. NO previous records transferred over, no service request follow, weeks and weeks to get maintenance issues tended to, terrible customer support. Run as far away from this company as you can. If they were hired for a property you own, cancel the contract and find a new company, and if you live in a house they manage do not resign a lease.
When we call for anything they take care of it right away no questions so i would recommend Goal properties to anyone looking they are GREAT
I am completely disappointed in this company. I overlooked the slow response before moving in the home and thay was a huge mistake. The realtor lied about the home being ready, the first said they would give a credit toward the rent, then after weeks of waiting on a response they said no credit and want late fees from them not responding before rent was due. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
We’ve lived in our Goal Properties home for about a year and a half now. All requests have been handled in a timely manner, usual a day or two turnaround time. When tropical storm Imelda hit the area on September 19th, our home flooded. After a few calls, we were in touch with their Regional Maintenance Manager, Tony. Tony has been absolutely amazing to us, having an ally in this awful nightmare handle everything from handling the vendors dropped balls, getting in touch with our local property manager to discuss financial aspects has made it less nightmare like. He’s tolerated my 5+ calls per day and has been incredibly patient with my requests and thousands of questions. Thank you, Tony and Goal Properties for always making my family and our home feel like a priority. Chris was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful when the time came to go over rent and figuring out the late fees and I couldn’t be more thankful for him and the landlord! Words can’t ever express how grateful we are for you all!!!
AC down and you got a pregnant woman and small child in the house? No problem.. a week later you will still be waiting to get your AC fixed.
Avoid with all you have! The home Im renting was under a previous management company when I moved in 2 years ago. Goal properties took over and it has been hell! I submitted a work order a month before my lease ended, with a HOA letter to trim trees. They sent someone out for pictures right before I had to resign a lease, and after I signed the lease, they closed it. New lease states that I am required to handle any trimming under 10 feet! So, now, Im on the hook to pay for their propertys trees that have a huge trimming bill BC they held out on the trim until the old lease expired. Now, I have an AC thats been going out. AC repairmam has been out twice and states the whole system needs to be replaced, but GOAL wont authorize the expense. Ive tried and tried to get a response from GOAL, to no avail. Its been over a week, no one has called, emailed, anything to discuss. So, my 2 kids and I have been in a home, which we pay a good monthly rent amount for, with no AC, where the inside temps have been at 95 degrees. I still have no answers on what they plan to do, even though the lease states the AC is their responsibility in the lease.
No one will answer the phone. My landlord switched companies during our lease and these people are awful. Trying to get someone to respond to emails or call me in a timely fashion about my renewal with NO luck. I leave my phone number and someone called my husband...who works nights😒 Don’t walk...run!
Goal Properties has always been very good about responding to any repair requests in a timely manner. However the quality of the repairs have been subpar at best. The contractors hired to do the work, do only what seems to be necessary to cover the main issue ex; spraying Killz on wet sheetrock then painting while the sheetrock is still wet, not replacing padding under carpet. Not replacing original vinyl flooring that was splitting and tearing, which was causing me to trip and fall more than once. We pulled up the floor ourselves and have been living with cement in the kitchen and breakfast areas, for almost 3 years. Paying almost $2000 in rent I should not be embarrassed to have company or overnight guests due to the condition of my home.
Ive rented through this company for years now. Theyve always been very quick to respond to any maintenance request or questions Ive had.
This company scams clients out of application fees as well as service fees. The reason their homes are on the market for lengthy periods of time is to rack up on the amount of applications they can accumulate and steal people’s hard earned money. I, personally, was a victim of Andre Ford. I then had Chris Athy reach out too & he was of no help and seemed to talk in a circle. Luckily I already had a lawyer on this immediately who began digging into this company. My lawyer ran an ad in the newspaper requesting information in return for compensation and boy did we get some dirt on these guys. We have emails galore of how wrong they have done people. We quickly had others respond who have had the same experiences who are lining up wanting to testify in court against this company with me. I have filed a formal complaints against the realtor, broker, and the company themselves with TREC, BBB, and my lawyer has a couple of other plans up his sleeve due to lack of on Goal Properties behalf. Always get things in writing as I did because I plan to clean house simply because this company lied and stole from me! As well as admitted in writing to taking more than one application and denying them all on this particular property and from what my lawyer learned thats their common pattern. Beware folks these are crooks! The reviews are truthful! Andre Ford is going straight to hell for the things he does innocent people just trying to get a roof over their families heads. Goal Properties doesn’t not pride themselves in any way. Shameful! This company doesn’t need to be operating in anyway shape, form, or fashion! Mr. Ford should be terminated immediately. Multiple clients deserve prompt refunds for being taken advantage of under falsified terms. At this point, this is all about the principal behind this and standing up for all the people this company am has screwed over.
Great communication and fast response. Would rent from them again.
They allow their tenants to do illegal activites. They dont seem like a professional company. Plus the tenants in questions property looks run down and has broken cars in the driveway. Looks like they have some real classy people renting from them. 👍
Don’t rent from these people. Just don’t. The only way to get a response from Andre Ford, the local property manager, is to take a half day off work and drive to his office. Forget about getting return phone calls or replies to emails. Our ac was broken for over a week when we first moved in (90 degrees with a pregnant wife). Finally got that fixed. Now we have a refrigerator that’s broken. We’ve had repair guys out at least 5 times. They keep saying it needs to be replaced but goal doesn’t want to spend the money to replace it. We’ve lost hundreds of dollars in groceries with no end in sight.
I have enjoyed living in the house we rent for the last few years. However, it is really difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office.
Do not rent from this company! We only moved in a couple months ago and have had problems from the very beginning. No one wants to answer their phone, They never call you back when they say they will, and they won’t replace appliances that they provided and are clearly broken. The a/c was out when we first moved in (I’m pregnant and have a 5 yr old). That took numerous phone calls, my husband taking time out of work to stand in their office until he got answers, and multiple visits from a repairman before it was fixed. We’ve had issues with our fridge since day1. The repairmen have been out here at least 8 times for the same problem. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of groceries and they still haven’t issued me a refund even though they’re the ones who ignored the maintenance order for a week after the first initial “inspection.” Recently, the repairmen recommended the fridge be replaced since there’s nothing else they can do....Our property manager closed out the maintenance order with no explanation. They didn’t even have the decency to call and inform me. I only found out because I called the maintenance hotline about the status of the order. Even the maintenance hotline (which is located in Chicago) personnel are shocked when they see the amount of maintenance requests/orders for our fridge and hear about the on going issues. Just save yourself a lot of time and stress by renting from a different company.
DON’T DO IT! I would leave zero stars if I could! Terrible management! You can never get a hold of them and there are constant CONSTANT issues! It took them a year to fix our house after Harvey! We lived with a hole in the wall and no carpet for a YEAR! And if you get a hold of them they are useless! They take rent in cash and never send a receipt and then pretend like you didn’t pay them. They only contact you if they want your money, work orders are ignored and if you finally get things done their maintenance jobs take forever and are unacceptable. Our new carpet was done very sloppy and they left unsightly glue all over the walls! It’s a pity because the house used to be cute. They’re a bunch of unethical crooks! Do yourself a favor and stay away! HORRIBLE! Worst living situation of my life!
Absolute worst company you could ever do business with. Stay far away form these thieves.
Good luck trying to get in contact with someone or getting answers in a timely manner.
Put a work order in and it’s 4 days before someone comes to take pictures. Then 2 - 6 weeks before the work is approved. Look at the proof. Judge for yourself.
JUST DONTThey took 6 months to give a dish washer. The old one had rust, mold, and so much nasty things that even after washing cycle remained untouched. Now :The house top ceiling is coming outThere is mold under the kitchen cabinets (I use it to store pots and not to mention the drawer full of mold that i used to keep cutlery in, that just wont clear even after I clean it, keeps coming back. Not to mention I am allergic to mold and got papers to prove so.There is mold in the bathroom (it looks awful even after I try clean it)There is this white pannel attached to the wall in the living room and its coming off with paint and I have a 17month old!!!!!When it rains the wall near the back wall also looks wet (maybe mold there who knows)The back fence wood sticks falling out and Im getting trash from other houses in to this one Im renting.Water leak under the kitchen sink!!!!!Not happy about the drawer under the oven because under it has spider webs and its nasty ever since I got this house, but I have had to put up with it.Also had water coming in the back door (took them 2 months to fix not to mention my couch got all wet and nasty because they sent someone to pressure clean the house and because water got in messed it up and have not gotten any response for the damage.
These people are the worst. They do nothing for the renters except collect money. Please beware. Try another property management company
Took 48 hours to respond to an emergency.Heater down with an infant in the house -13C outside. Absolutely appalling :(
Im wondering where C. Miller the complaint manager of goal properties was when the rest of us were leaving HORRIBLE reviews on this company. This company is literally the WORST! the only reason they stay in business is because theyre ripping off EVERYONE and doing the BARE MINIMUM to fix every problem with our houses. the house I stayed in had multiple leaks, which caused mold in the attic, and it began to show through to the ceiling. All this company did was send someone out to replace that part of the ceiling so that we didnt see the mold anymore. My allergies have completely cleared up now that ive moved.Throughout my lease I had multiple situations where they would add random Late fees and as youve heard from other reviews, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to contact the current property manager, Andre Ford. We were never late paying our rent. The only time Andre ever contacted me, (bc he never even called me back), was to get a new address to mail the deposit back bc he was going to send it to our old address like an idiot. His mailbox is always full and when hes not present in his office, his excuse is that he is showing property, but this is a lie, because Goal Properties doesnt show property. They have a system where you pay a dollar, send a pic of your ID, and they let you view the property on your own.the last property manager actually gave me her cell # and I would text her when I had a problem and she took care of it fairly quickly. This company kept half of my deposit because they needed to steam clean every room and repaint every room. Trust me, the house needed to be repainted, considering every room in the house has patches of paint (before we moved in), but I know theyre not going to actually pay anyone to do it. Theyre just keeping the money. and I know this because when I moved into the house, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. The house smelled like a zoo, and definitely had NOT been steam cleaned. I have photo proof that the house was cleaner when I moved out VS when I moved in. They do not care about the homes, all they care about is the money. This company is looking for a BIG lawsuit. Just wait.
Goal Properties is by far the worst management company in the industry. Please note that this company does not have more than a 1/5 review any where on-line. Attached are just a few of the disgusting pictures of the poor condition that this home was received in. The carpet was so nasty that the company thatTHEY sent out to clean it stated that the carpet really needed replacing and informed us it was not much they could do.The carpet needs replaced and their carpet cleaner specifically stated that there is nothing that can be done to the carpet as far as cleaning. The house had not been sprayed it was filled with roaches and spiders. Later we notified them and sent pictures of multiple scorpions found in the home. They did not respond until I started posting pictures on the internet. It is obvious they are only concerned about the bottom dollar, certainly not the tenants.Review about: Goal Properties.Reason of review: Bad quality.
When I found my house, I ignored all these one star reviews for Goal Properties because I didnt think I would have the same experience. It was the biggest mistake, because I did end up having the same experience as the rest of the reviews. My landlord is not a person, it is a company that buys houses and rents them out through Goal Property. My property manager is named Andre Ford, and his manager is named Chris Athy. When we first moved in, the water heater needed to be replaced. It took about 5 days of freezing cold showers before anything got done. There was also a time when their website was down for a full week, and we were unable to pay our rent, due to their website being down. Andre consistently said that he would try to see what he can do about getting our late fees removed, but couldnt guarantee anything, and his reasoning was that yes, their website was down, but the portal to actually make the payment was not down. The only way for us to access the Portal was through the website, which was down. and for some reason Andre had trouble understanding that. Finally, after a week of dealing with this, we called the corporate office and spoke with a very helpful gentleman named William Bullock, who had our late fees removed same day, with no issues. When our AC went out, is where the REAL problems began.I am a very patient person, and I understand that sometimes things cannot be done immediately, even if it is over 95 degrees in your home. Our AC was out for a full week. Everyday either my husband or myself had to miss work to stay home for a maintenance appointment that would never show. We would have an appointment scheduled for 8am, then they would call and say theyd come after 11am, then theyd call and say theyd show up after 8pm, then they wouldnt even show! This happened every single day we had no AC. My husband and I all together missed about week of work, for NOTHING!Our AC went out on August 28th, and was fixed September 2nd.Our useless Property Manager, Andre Ford, told us that our landlord would refund us for the days we had no AC, and it would be reduced on our October payment. On September 3rd, Andre received an email from my husband explaining the issue over again, and stating the dates we had no AC, so that we could be refunded. The next day, I had my husband call Andre just to make sure he received the email. My husband called Andre, and Andre had to tell my husband to hold on because he needed to check. Andre confirmed that he did receive the email and that he would email our landlord letting them know the issue and the dates we would need to be refunded. The next week, I called Andre back to check the status of the rent adjustment. He told me the status is Im still waiting to receive the dates from you....???I got a bit aggravated, and told him that he should have received an email from my husband the week before, stating the dates we had no AC.He checked his email again, and said he has it, and that Id hear back from him in a few days.Of course, I didnt hear back from him.So the next week, (last full week of September), I began calling Andre. He would not answer. I called 6 times a day sometimes, I tried to leave messages, but no response. Finally, I was told by some lady (idk who) that Andres manager, Chris, would get back with me.Chris Athy called and left a voicemail, which I returned his call about 20 minutes later and he did not answer or call me back. I received an email from him letting me know that he did call. My husband replied to his email and forwarded the original email sent to Andre including that the AC went out and what dates it was out. Chris NEVER responded to the email. I called him the next day and left a voicemail, but he never got back with us. So October first came and went, and we had to pay our full $1100 for rent because no one would help us. Then Chris Athy emailed my husband, did not copy me, copied Andre Ford on the email, on October 7th, asking to explain what the issue is....Save yourself the hassle, dont rent from Goal Properties.
I like living here but had to keep having things fixed and it is more to be done.
They never answer calls, they charge me twice a month for rent, Im sick of this junk company! NEVER ATTEND THE TELEPHONE OR RETURN CALLS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO RENT THERE IF THEY TAKE YOU RAPID BUT FOR A COMPLAINT IGNORE YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS A TRASH. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The worst company I have ever rented from. If I could give negative stars I would.
This rental company is after your money. They will charge you outrageous deposits. They will not clean properly prior to your move in. They hire independent contractors who are not qualified or equipped to fix maintenance requests. Your maintenance requests will go unapproved for months while they still collect their rent. You will not receive your full deposit back after you move out regardless the conditions the house was left in. Everyone that works for this company are rude and they do not like to answer phone calls or reply to emails in a timely manner. If you have a question about your rent you will literally have to keep calling and sending emails and then finally after your rent is late they will reply and still charge you late fees on their behalf. I would not refer this company to anyone. Run the other way.
