Upon signing the lease, the garage apartment was advertised with all bills included in the rent. After living there for two weeks, I came home one day to the power being off. I called Mrs. Eunice to ask what the deal was. She was less than kind in dealing with the matter and I would not recommend going to her with any issues. I was pleased, however, to have a phone call from Jason a little while after offering to make amends to the lease. The deal was fair and did work to my benefit so I appreciate him for making things right. Bluebonnet was quick to make right this issue and a few other house maintenance requests in a timely manner.I’m docking stars because it was made known to them that I was cleaning the apartment upon moving out. I worked very hard to clean it and notified them of the fact. However, I still got docked $500 on my security deposit for them to clean these very same things. Not an honest assessment of the state of the house. I understand that going forward I’ll have to have the land lord inspect the necessary house keeping items before and after cleaning in order to receive a full refund. However, me not requesting this pre and post inspection shouldn’t be a license for dishonesty. Other than these couple of issues, they did a good job.
I have been a tenant for over one year. Recently signed on for another year and have been very satisfied with the quick responses I get, either maintainability or administrative. Owners have been easy and pleasant to work, very professional.
I found a rental on their website for $775. Went to look at it and liked it and asked Jason(the renter) if deposit was $775 the price of a months rent and he said yes. I applied and was passed but when the lease was sent to me they upped the rent to $875! Jason at first apologized for the mistake but quickly started denying that he had said anything or that it was on their website. I wouldnt rent a cave from these clowns.
My experience with the Bluebonnet Houston house buyers was really great. I was searching to sell my property and I got to know them. Even it was initially difficult for me to say yes for their work. But they manage the whole process so quickly that I would recommend every property seller to meet them once and I can bet that you couldn’t say no to them. thanks!
I lived in a cute home in the Heights for three years that was operated by Bluebonnet Rentals. While I lived in there, they were very responsive to my needs as a tenant. Each time I contacted them with a work order maintenance item, they responded fast and made sure the job got done. Overall, I feel they did a good job of maintaining the property. The people that work there are very professional and focus on ensuring the tenants’ needs are well-taken care of in a timely manner.In addition, I found them very helpful during my moving in and out process. I have a busy schedule and they were great. They made things easy for me. I would still live in there, but I was relocated by my job to a different location and had to move. I am quite pleased with this company and feel they did a great job.

I worked with Jason on a deal in the 3rd ward. I showed him the property, which he liked and within a few hours he paid the deposit to lock it up. I had other buyers, but by the time they did there due diligence and were ready to pay the deposit, Jason had already beat them to the punch. It was very easy working with him and the transaction moved very quickly. Jason is truly a serious cash buyer whom I can depend on to get the deal closed fast and smoothly. I look forward to working with him on more deals in the future.
Ive had only had positive experiences with this company. Im living in one of their properties near downtown, and they have been nice and courteous to me and fixed things in a timely manner

Woman on the phone attempted to tell me my credit score would have to be outstanding for them to accept my dog once I told her my 60 pound large breed is who I was inquiring about. (she kept saying thats so big, like yes your company lists that you accept large dogs, whats the issue?!) This company has properties that list that large dogs are accepted, please take this off if this is not true.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL especially with the outright false advertising this early on and other awful reviews I have read.
The fact that you take the time to trash people for posting honest reviews says it all! If I could give no stars I would. Does it make sense to seek revenge from 2016??? I just signed up to rate for goggle and they asked me to review your business. This is my honest review, I apologize if you dont like the truth but it seems as though you are the one retaliating. You have a 3 out of 5 for a reason. I suggest you put your time into improving your customer service skills and not attempting to trash your applicants. As I explained to your mother on the phone, he was not my landlord he was a vindictive ex fiance that retaliated because I left him. I was still living in the home.
This our 3rd rental in Sugar Land and BlueBonnet has been superb. Prompt response to our requests has been unfailing and the maintenance technicians have all been professional,courteous and knowledgeable . Our house was clean and the interior recently remodeled when we moved in. We have been extremely happy with the house and the BlueBonnet management team.
I have lived in one of their properties since 2013. They have always been fast, courteous and I knew what to expect from them. Eunice and Jason are always quick to reply to help me out whenever I have an issue. Unfortunately, they are selling the property to another company andawill tear it ddown.Which I understand and quite honestly would have done myself a long time ago. (great location) This process has been smooth as I have already located at another rental property. Even though moving is not a fun activity it is great that I will get my entire deposit back no matter what 😀. Bluebonnet Rentals has been a great property management group!PS : And yes they did offer me an alternative place to move in managed by them as well.
I have lived in the same house for over three years. I just signed my fourth lease. My experience with them has always been positive. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, they work quickly to fix any issues and they have been fair when renewing my lease. I understand some of the frustrations around pest control, however it is not included as part of your lease. Even then, they have reimbursed me for half of the amount I spent on pest control, which I think is quite fair. Overall, I have enjoyed our time in this house, and will continue living here for at least another year. That will make 4 years in this house.
I am currently leasing a property with Blue Bonnet and I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not respect their tenants. Once you send them the 60 day termination letter be ready for them to start showing. This is mentioned in the lease, but they will not give you notice as to when they will do showings and they will default you if you tell them you are not ready to show in the 60 days. They will also allow people to view the property and touch your items and they dont care. If you look at the pics attached you will see a conversation between me and the owner. This is how they treat their customers and how you can expect to be talked to. I have always paid rent on time. I would be very weary of renting from them and if you have pets I wouldnt rent from them. I paid a pet deposit and notified them of a pet and now they are saying the property has fleas has and reeks of urine. These are both untrue. I even offered to show proof of flea prevention from my vet. If you would like to smell for your self the property I rented was 208 Melbourne street. The listing even says the house is ready to move in 7/1 and that it is in great condition. So this seems like they are just trying to keep their deposit which is fine. I just wish they wouldnt disrespect me. They will probably respond and say that I left the house in shambles but they have showed the house 5 times this month. They said that they had to stop the showings because of the smell but I think they stopped bc I still have stuff in there and it was making people confused as to why they were showing a house that still has tenants belongings in it. I have a video of one of their employees on the phone asking if we still lived in the property. I know I am not getting my deposit back and I just want to save others from renting from this company
This is to piggy back on Mia Marquez’s review. We finished our lease in June and just received a bill from a collections agency saying we owe Ms.Fang money. We never received an invoice form bluebonnet stating a balance was owed, we left of forwarding adress on the lease cancellation. The invoice was for not allowing them to show the house, clean up, and removal of garbage. We paid 1,400 in a deposit and were invoiced 500 by a collections agency. Please be weary of renting from them they don’t values their tenants and will bill you for not ahowing the house.
Worst rental experience I have ever had. Jason Fang and bluebonnet rentals were dishonest, did not honor their contracts, and were unnecessarily rude in my rental experience with them. I have documented evidence through texts emails and pictures of this as well
This company said my friend was approved for a lease, kept saying they would send the contract the next day, continued to call and ask for it until finally they said they leased it to someone else after they ALREADY said they were approved for the house. Super unprofessional just trying to collect application fees.
Irresponsible company, they respond late for repairing, it took nearly one week to send somebody to repair. When I moved out, they reduce nearly $1000 for the general wear and tear such as painting walls, painting trims, shampoo the carpet, I am suing this company right now!!!Avoid this company!
