So I have reached out to Ashoka Lion for a property that I seen on gosection8. Ram KumarAssistant to Broker, Jay Raman have emailed and texted for a certain property We emailed each other yesterday about this property yet he failed inform me that it was a applicant on this property when we emailed each other yesterday. Then he sends me a text yesterday saying that hes been trying to reach out to me when we just got through emailing each other I do not understand this company at all now Im calling the company and theyre sending me straight to voicemail I love how theyre so professional it seems like they have bad communication skills now that Im calling them today to see why they didnt inform me when I talk to them yesterday about it was another applicant on that property theyre sending me to voicemail now so yeah I think they are very unprofessional Glad I didnt use them I shouldnt even give them one star they dont deserve anythingNot that your comment was incorrect and it seems like you got a lot of excuses but no solution and it seems like youre unorganized to me from your comments Make sure that everythings finalized before you speak to a possible tenants about a property it doesnt make sense

My family and I have used the Property Management services of Ashoka Lion for approximately 5 years and we are very happy with their management and other services they have provided. They have notified us of any repairs or other services that were needed in a timely manner and they have qualified professionals for repairs or leasing a vacant property for you if needed.

We have used Ashoka Lion in Dallas over the last 4 years for our two rental properties and have been very happy with the results. Joshi Joseph is our property manager, and he is amazing at vetting tenants. He always finds people quickly, and they are very high quality (ie they take care of the property like its their own and are not high maintenance). I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a company to manage their rental properties to use Ashoki Lion.

We were searching for a rental house in Sugar Land Tx and found a rental house listed by Ashoka Lion company. This company was very slow to respond to my calls. Our appointment was confirmed by Ashoka Lion two hours before the meeting and cancelled for no reason one hour before the meeting. No reason or response was given when I requested why. Not professional nor friendly at all. If I have a rental, I will not give them the business to lease for me. I have a very bad experience with this company.***************************************************************************Subsequent to my one star review posted, Ashoka Lion texted me to meet at the rental property. We met at the lease rental and Ashoka Lion was looking at his cell phone and did not bother to greet us, no introduction of the rental house, no light was turned on, no introduction of the size and features of the house. Ashoka Lion asked me why I gave him a one star review and told me it was the system error not his. I thought the leasing agent should greet and show the house and provide minimum info to us. He did not carry out his fiduciary duty as a agent (to the owner). We thought that was a bad experience and we wonder how the agent was going to manage the property with this kind of attitude, manners and response if we decided to move in and had a service call for a problem or repair with the property. We will look at other rental houses.

DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THE PROPERTYS.(5431 regal ridge)...AC was broke when we moved in and leaked causing mildew/mold. Spiders,Wasp,Rats should be paying rent. Ceptic tank in the yard stayed clogged and overflowed the tubs/toilets twice!!!!.....Construction on 2234 will keep you up all night along with sirens and car accidents. There is a gun range across the street as well thats all day on the weekends. the next door neighbor is a crack head and will knock on your door for $8 after she talks loud on the cellphone on her porch every morning. garage door will open by itself and stay open all night.Rat was found inside the fridge.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
