My family and I have decided to move out from renting an apartment to renting a home. We had amazing people guide us along the way, but when it came to the place that was perfect for us, Claudia was who assisted us to make it happen. Claudia was very consistent with all of our questions and concerns and guided us through the process of application to all required documents needed for approval. Our process only took a week and we will shortly be moving in into our new place! Very grateful for all the help and assistance!

If you look at the following pages, you will see all reviews showing the frustrations of their tenants. Google.com; myreputation.com; merchantcircle.com; yp.com; superpages.com.Backstory: I have been working with 360 reality for 6 months now to get refunded for the rent that was paid, and the deposit.Claudia gave me a time frame of when I should hear back from her, but I never received a call so I inquired. When I got in touch with Claudia the conversation went as follows:Me: “I would just like to understand what I need to do to receive my funds, because I have been waiting since May,”Claudia: “I am going to tell you this one more time, and I am not going to say it anymore.”Me: “Ma’am I am a grown woman, and you do not have to speak with me that way.”Claudia: “Well I am about to be hanging up on you.”As a tenant:I was frustrated because I know the reason Claudia feels comfortable with speaking to anyone like that is due to the demographic 360 Reality services. Regardless of your economic status, you deserve to be respected. No one should talk to you as if you are less than. You earn your money, and you say where you spend it. I would not spend it with 360 Reality because the representatives that are put in a position to assist, demean and degrade those they are there to service.As an Investor:I would never choose this company to manage any property of mine. Their behavior will ensure your tenants do not return, and it cost more to acquire a customer, than to retain one. I will also be passing the word to other investment property groups to ensure they do not make the mistake of hiring this company either.
Very very Rude Customer Service!!! Every time I call the main office, somebody is going to have an attitude, they are never friendly. And the first time I made a bad review they called me and begged me to remove it!!! But I promise you I won’t remove this one. You guys need to get some more professional ladies in there, that truly enjoy coming to work and look forward to helping out tenants, and NOT treat them like a bother!!!! I pay rent on time every 1st of each month, I should receive respect and not be talked to like a child. This is ridiculous they way tenants are treated!!!!!!!!!!!!
Claudia has been great from the beginning and then helping me with the issues I have had since moving in. And she is very quick to respond to me when I reach out to her. I had some maintenance issues and they helped me to get them taken care of, so far my experience with them has been a good one. I feel good to know that in the two weeks that I have reached out, they have helped me.

Do not use the company!! My experience moving in was a nightmare. I moved here from Tennessee. The day I got here there was issues. I was not able to get in the apartment. When I finally got someone and got in the apartment I was horrified! There was no get- ready on the apartment. Apparently they had replaced some tiles and cut the tiles in the apartment. There was a layer of stone dust in the air and everything. I had movers waiting and I had no choice but to move in the apartment in that condition. I had to clean the entire apartment, and my mother could not stay here for a week while I cleaned around boxes because of the condition of the apartment. The management company had no explanation why my apartment looked the way it did, no one said sorry and no one offered any help. I had just driven 15 hrs to a dirty apartment. There should be no trouble getting my deposit back. Also my toilet was broken for over a week. This was a horrible experience, and it did not get any better. I will be moving in July and will never recommend this company to anyone.To answer the rebuttal below. I did send pictures and I did put in the requests for maintenance, I even sent in my initial walk through paperwork explaining the issues, however the office was unable to find repair people that was willing to come to my area. (So they said). Still thats no excuse. You cant put lipstick on a pig and call it beautiful.Please read your lease carefully. They put a clause in the lease stating you can not sue them. Really?? its in there.This company dropped the ball and didnt care. My son is an attorney, he and I are waiting for them to give me an issue concerning my deposit when I move. From the attitudes described in the negative reviews, I anticipate a battle. Bring it on. My attorney fees are free.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Please save your self the trouble. Do not rent from this company. They are rude a** people and don’t care. They are quick to take your money but not quick to help or to fix anything.
I do not recommend this business at all. I am a tenant in Houston and I have been one month without water in my kitchen since the 4th of March, Ive made a claim and every time I call for the status Melissa gives me the run around, in the website she posted completed and the problem is far from being resolved, on the contrary I have to carry buckets of water to the kitchen pregnant and taking care of my 3 year old. She has no customer service skills and are fast to collect the monthly rent but when there is an issue they just keep saying the owner doesnt want to fix it. Ive already put a complaint on BBB and will proceed with legal counseling because I can even loose my baby doing all this carrying of heavy buckets of water.
MUST READWe have currently been living in one of the houses managed my this company and our experience has been absolutely terrible. I assume they remodeled this house very quickly and wanted to make money off of it very quickly rather than waiting and doing things correctly. After a month of being here we had issues with the flooring coming up (almost 9 months later and they still haven’t fixed it). Then during the summer when it started raining terribly we had leaks in our chimney and that took approximately 2 months of maintenance requests for them to finally fix that. Then during the heat of the summer the AC quit working and that took a month as well for them to come attend to. There are great issues with the foundation and so much more. But the icing on the cake for us was recently. We have been having issues with our hot water and heater and the plumbing. Our water will barely heat up and it takes almost 3 hours for the water in our tubs to drain. They sent people to fix and and these people dug up our yard for a day and seemingly fixed it. But yet our drainage has not been fixed. What I assume happened is that they fixed it but are waiting to connect it until we move out and the tenants move in. As a mother of 2 working pay check to pay check trying to provide for my 17 year old daughter this circumstances have been greatly debilitating. With multiple times back in forth with managers maintenance workers and so much more this whole process is draining. I feel as though we are being neglected and treated completely unfairly. I want to be able to live comfortably and understand the people are renting from will be willing to serve and help us but it seems as though this company is simply looking for a cash grab and neglecting the tenants. So if you see this management company on any house apartment i don’t care if it’s a shack. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
360 is have been a good company for my houses in the last 7 years, they are professional and with excellent customer service.
If you get called out to their properties to do any work, don’t go! They called me out to do a job all the way out in Baytown and after I was done and it was time to get paid they ghosted me. Called the office and they act like they are this big company that has to find the right person that can get me taken care of. Never heard from them again. The guy who called us out there doesn’t even have the stones enough to return a text. Ladies in the office have no idea what’s going on. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them as a tenant especially after reading all of their horrible reviews.
I had a pleasant experience signing my lease and Claudia allowed myself and my husband to take our time and answered any questions we had. The other office ladies were nice and professional as well

Lived on one of their properties,melissa Alfaro is very rude and unprofessional with the tenants that live on the property.anytime you call and tell them something needs fixed they dont do anything about it, the list goes on with this management company. They harass you via text and email if your late or moving out,making threats and being highly unprofessional. If you would provide better customer service and treat the residents that live on your properties better, maybe so many of them wouldnt move out.and yea I did give 60 days notice and I have the emails to prove it
I requested on apartments.com to review a lease property. I received a request back. Whoever I spoke to did not even state their name or anything which was unprofessional. We ended up going over times when we could meet. We were supposed to meet today at 12:00pm. The realtor told me to let them know when I was on my way which I did. I got to the home, and I let the realtor know that I was there. The realtor text me back with a code to the home. I went in and viewed the home. By this time it was passed 12:00pm and no realtor! I text and asked if he/she was still coming. They told me that it was a self show and if I wanted an application. I asked them what the lease requirements were and I received no response! This is not a good first impression, and this was very unprofessional!

Terrible company. Do not rent from them. Your maintenance requests will pile up with no repairs. Repairs are done to the bare minimum. Save your money and find a better property management company.
Called these people to explain my situation before I could even finish explaining the rude lady said “ don’t waste your time “ and hung up. While we’re in this pandemic and a lot has changed for a lot of people as far as credit goes and even though I explained I’ve worked at memorial Herman for 24 years and have stable rental history clear background, they wouldn’t work with me why ? Who knows ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend these people. And for the one person who’s in charge of handling a certain rental, he never returned calls or texts never was available. This whole group is unprofessional

I hope all that read this do not rent from these ppl. I was asked when it would be convenient for me to have an appraiser stop by. I explained that I am sick and this isn’t a good time. They went ahead and scheduled the appointment anyway. I stated that I am quarantining right now. I was hit with the most aggressive reply’s, such as if I didn’t open the door I would be in breach of the lease and they could file eviction. And that they would have a locksmith near by to enter and charge me to rekey the whole place. Also I would be charged a $100 fee for the trip if I didn’t let them in. The eviction one really got me. You’re going to evict a tenant that pays on time, Bc I asked to postpone the inspection for 2 weeks due to COVID? You want to send an appraiser in here knowing I’m sick and it’s contagious? I do not feel I should have to divulge my medical information to someone in this day and age. Everyone knows there is a pandemic right? I mean I have never been treated so bad by a management company. So do yourself a favor and move on. They do not care about your maintenance issues either.

I was approved for a rental house using this management company, and I was sent the lease to review and found some errors and/or had some questions. I asked for some clarification and Claudia said she would make the changes to the lease. This was Monday 11/30. I drove from LA to Houston and arrived on Weds 12/2. Claudia let me look at the unit while she supposedly worked on the lease. When I looked at the house, I was disappointed that it was not move-in ready with some issues that needed to be addressed IMO. I said that I would need to sleep on it before signing, but I also asked Claudia about cleaning the unit and fixing some issues. She said she would have to ask the owner and also ask her cleaning person about scheduling. I waited several hours outside of their office to get the lease to review and give them my cashiers checks if the lease changes were made and cleaning scheduled. They never texted or called or emailed even though they knew I was outside waiting for a response. I finally emailed and just said I had to walk away from this property due to this management (or non-management) company. It seems like the other reviews are very similar ie, communication or lack of. I suggest reading their leases VERY carefully before signing - the lease added a tenant paid $100 deductible to repairs and the lease specified that I could only pay via cashiers check (no other payment options).

If you are reading this review you have been made aware and it is no longer on me to warn you about doing business with 360 realty. This company did nothing through the 6 month process of eviction. Nothing for renters they found and qualified that destroyed my house with pit bulls and meth production... wouldnt respond to my phone calls for months and still had the audacity to threaten suit for non payment of their fees on top of keeping the renters entire deposit for their administrative fees. What they did to my family and our finances was criminal. I use that in its correct meaning... It was theft and in no way did they honor any aspect of their contract with me.

I swear finding a good property management company to rent from is like finding a needle in a haystack. I have been renting a house from this company since Aug, let me start with how many maintenance requests I have put in like 10, do you know how many have gotten fixed maybe 1 or 2 after months of the request being inputted. To the point that the owner of the house got involved to actually source the repair people since the management company does nothing. However, the owner still keeps this sorry freaking company, and the owner lives in California and has no idea what I think her house looks like or what repairs are needed. You can tell this is an investment property and there is NO preventative maintenance done. The breaker box had WATER leaking in it, which could have caused a fire and I am a single mom with 2 girls and this still took forever to fix. Then when it did get fixed the owner wanted pictures to confirm, which I didnt mind doing, but I am not home very often I work full time and I have a consulting business on the side, which obviously she didnt understand. The electrician she hired sent her pictures of the job, why she needed me to also do it is beyond me. There was a storm last week which knocked down part of the tree, and not just little branches a huge limb and when I put the request in 1/24/19 it is now 1/28/19 and still nothing. I actually had to pay out of pocket to get the limb cut up and removed so my dog did not get hurt. Beware before you rent from this company, and find out about the house you are renting. If it is an investment property these owners dont care, they have no attachment to the property. I rented from a man for 8 years and it was his familys house previously, and it was the best experience, so sad that he sold and I wasnt prepared to buy. I had the light fixture hanging on by 1 cord from the ceiling for months and I had to call over and over and over and after months finally got a person out here only to be told he was just quoting and even warned me about this management company. After he came out nothing happened, waited even longer until finally it was fixed when the breaker box was fixed. I am shocked at how much rent I pay against the service I receive. Trust me do your research, and choose wisely.

I am very appreciative of 360 team, Wayne and office staff, as a out of town investor, to work so diligently, in these tough times. I am not sure how is the experience of other investors, but so far, we havent had any issues with rent payments. It begins with tenant screening and maintaining good relationships, and they are very good with communicating any issues that arise, and quickly taking care of that. Very highly recommend for any PM needs.
This company would have 0 stars but unfortunately to submit a review you have to give them one. Melissa Alfaro and her staff definitely need work on customer service. This management company must be located somewhere in southwest Houston. The girls in the office including Melissa Alfaro herself need work on their phone etiquette. Hood behavior! Be very careful leasing through this company.
I dont know what all the fuss and bad reviews are for. I absolutely am glad and grateful for the company. They have been nothing but very responsive including on weekends and after hours for me and my family.The repairs get done. Payments get done. The whole office should expand because of how well theyre doing. I stand by my word regarding this review. they are the best management company Ive worked with. The offices would not care and not reply or fix anything. I see nothing but negativity and I dont see why. Cut them some slack and give them credit for all theyve done.
Please beware when renting from this management company. You still end up paying for everything that needs to be done and they are deceptive. This management company preys on people who need a home and aren’t buying. They will Not fix anything in a timely fashion. They will flood you with fees if you’re payment is 1 day past the payment date. In other words there is no grace period. They start off with 175.00 late fee if it’s 1 day past the due date. All of the maintenance of the home is your responsibility and they will charge you if there are any home owner association fees. Power washing pollen on the him etc. that’s the responsibility of the renter. While they seemingly offer decent rates the company does not maintain the home at all!
Im giving a 5 star rating because of Melissa! Shes very professional and shows a great deal of compassion for her tenants. Any issues I had, she addressed quickly and then asked was there any other concerns. Shes practically the reason I renewed, its hard to find customer service now days. Great property manager!
I have been working with Claudia from 360 properties and my husband and I were in a time crunch to move. She began working with us on Monday morning and 48 hours later we completed our application and signed our lease process. We are on our way to get our keys now. Her work ethic is amazing and she even responded to my calls and texts during her lunch break. I would highly recommend using 360 properties- especially if you ask for Claudia!

I’ve been with this company for a couple of months now and I will say that I have had some unexpected issues come up and I fell behind and Ms.Heather has been very very helpful and very understanding to help me with all my situations..Heather is the best always polite and very understanding if it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would do. I needed a few repairs and she made sure everything was done in a timely matter. I have even recommended a couple of people to rent from them...Heather and 360 Realty& Property I thank y’all..my lady Heather is the best and I’m very grateful for her..
Also I would like to mention that in the process of finding a home 360 stayed in touch with me every step of the way and always made me feel like my status was important to them. Unfortunately for them they cannot keep decent employees for long and now I know why. Can we say livable wage?I have been on both sides of this company as a tenant and employee, and as honestly as possible I would like to acknowledge there were some communication issues at first but the company made it clear that they were interested in hiring effective communicators that valued their customers!!! I enjoy working in this family first environment and while it may be hard being the middle man or point of communication between owners and tenants we always strive to make everyone happy and comfortable and mediate any situation. Since theyve been open I have been a tenant with them. I have had no problems with them. They examined my application. The same day I got an email saying I was approved. Their process of approving applications was fast and great. The move in went so smooth and again no problems. The house was in a good condition when I moved in and still is in a fantastic condition. I am happy with this companies service. I enjoy living here. I recommended some family members and friends to take a look at some of the properties that 360 manages and they to are now living in a great sized home with no issues and had a great start moving in.I recommend anyone and everyone to go to 360 Realty when you want to rent out a property.
When I came to this company to them lease my house, I was super happy because the process was fast, simple and easy.They put my property on the market so fast and within the same week I got so many showings. By the next week, I had a tenant. They informed me on when the new tenant would be moving in. It was a smooth, fast process. This company does take care of your property for you. The tenants have been there for years and I appreciate 360 Realty for finding such wonderful tenants for my property.
Warning. I would suggest never doing business with this company. They kept entire deposit. House was left in excellent order. The even charged for air filters that were brand new. Repairs were never completed. We are taking them to court.
I am adding to this report, I was called my management and asked to change my disposition, saying that she was not aware. Well i know now she is aware and this tenant has had his home invaded by strangers numerous occasions since he moved in May 1st 2020. They no longer want to speak to me because i tell them they wrong for how they doing this person who has reading disability. He told me they told him it will cost him 130.00 to change the locks from when last tenant lived there and several realtors have copy of the key. I assisted a new teanant to move in, and at first things were rocky, however, someone did reach out to me and assured me that things, would be resolved. I was sent a picture of the items i had a issue with working. i want to believe they will be a good fit for the individual, as things are already looking better, thank you guys at 360 Realty for the help .The locks on the doors were never changed.
Ive been a tenant here with this company for over three years now. I personally have had no problems with them. They moved me in pretty quickly. The process was great. I put in my application, they said they will get with the owner and get back to me. The called me the next day saying I got approved. From there they helped me with making the cashier checks and told me what all I needed to become a tenant. This process was fast and easy. I had one late fee and the property manager helped me take care of that and was very understanding and has been so helpful. Everyone at 360 company has been super helpful and great at assisting me with anything I need help with.
My experience here at 360 Realty had been great. They are fast at what they do. I have a property with them and they were so fast on putting it up on the market. They keep me updated on the showings and to let me know if theyve had any applications. They called me on Mondays to let me know if my property had any showings over the weekend. They were very fast on finding someone for my property. This company is great at finding the right person/couple for your property, they find tenants with great credit scores as well. This company 360 Realty is the perfect company when you want someone to lease out your property. They are fast at showing it get great feedback and so many applications. I wanted to thank the maintenance folks, Karina Soto, Maintenance Manager, and her crew, Jackie as well as the contractor they used to help on an electrical issue, Joey Watson. Communication was well done, follow up, and great customer service. So often it really is the individuals that make or break a company. The kindness and calmness when things are crazy on my end. They even laughed at my corny jokes...that is great customer service!

As a Realtor, I have worked with 360 more than 4 years. I enjoy working with them as a team. They process applications immediately and reply to you. Their homes are always available when listed for lease. This is very important in the rental industry. I have come to know Karina & Colleen. The are both very professional & awesome ladies to work with.

This company has been the best company. Im an owner and I have several properties with them. Their service is outstanding. They notify me when my property has showings, when they get applications, and when we get the deposits to move forward. They also notify if the tenants have any pets, or concerns with the property. 360 Realty is a good company to trust and rely on. They pick the right tenants for your property. With this company I can always to count on them to make sure they get with me for any make ready or for anything that needs to be fixed/replaced. This company is doing such a great job. I recommend them to any one who wants 360 to manage your property and even for any renter.

This company has been doing great for so many years. Ive been with them since they opened. They have been taking good care of the house Im living in. They always fixed any requests Ive put in and their service is extraordinary and fast. This is a company that I trust and HIGHLY recommend.
When you think of a management, you think of a company that has communication skills, that has fast service, and is respectful. 360 realty is under that category. Their communication is phenomenal, their service for anything and everything is superb. They return my phones calls immediately, they reply to all my emails. I spoke to a lady there for a maintenance request and she put one in for me and got someone out the same day to fix it. I had a late payment and there was another lady to help with that and she did a marvelous job on helping me pay that fee. This company is the company to be with when you want to rent a property. They have so many beautiful properties and they get you in fast. This is the company to rent from.
Such a hard working team! Recently gave 360 Realty a new property to manage and they had it leased within a week after listing it on the market! The make ready team did an exceptional job getting the home ready & looking great! The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time & I also received before and after photos of the property. Having the repair dept. coordinate with the workers to get things done makes my life so easy! Keep up the great work!

If I could give them zero stars I would! They are very rude when they are the one’s making mistakes. They failed to change my rent amount when my lease started for the second year on my tenant portal and call me three months later and tell me I owe 75$ for the three months they forgot to change it and just noticed !!!! This company is not on top of anything they do! Please please do no rent from them I am giving you for warning I am stuck in a lease for another year with these people.
I have been leasing from this company for the past three years. I had a couple concerns during this time but they addressed them and any maintenance requests was taken care of. Heather the Manager was really nice and always did what she promised. She is really in top of everything. Thanks Heather for being professional.
When the homeowner put a rental management company in charge of our house, I was really hesitant. I had zero reason to trust anyone to look out for our interests, but so far 360 Realty & Property Management is very different. I had a maintenance request that was handled very well. The workers were so professional and courteous, getting the job done well and efficiently. Thank you for your help!
As a property owner the entire team at 360 makes my life easier and reduces stress, so that I can focus on other investments. The reality of reviews is that most of what people complain is reflective of the owner, not of 360, I have been investing many years and seen property owners of all type. I will say they always have my interest at hand, and work to protect me and my real estate income, but ultimately they make no decision on my behalf or without my authority. Thanks to the whole team!

So I have been renting through this property management for almost a year now. I had a couple concerns with them at first but once you get to know how they operate its not so bad. Once we moved in we did not get any contact information for emergencys other then being told use the portal. I was frustrated about this at first because I thought to myself so you want me to jump on the computer when our sewage is back flowing into the house......Right! One other issue is do not be late on your payment. There is no tolerance for it even when you paid rent on time every single time and early. I found that out the hard way. I was out of town and I thought my payment went through and they showed on their end I never tried. I was out of town for work with bad signal. They slapped a really heavy late fee on me. That put a bad taste in my mouth considering I paid rent early and on time all the time. Especially when we havent been using our other half bath because we cant use it. So we can wait on the landlord and property management to fix issues but we cant be a couple hours late on making a payment... That part frustrated me the mostOther then what I listed above I havent had any other issues.Just make sure you ask the right questions before you just jump into a rental. That would be my advice to you. Hope this review helps!
What a great company!! I have 6 rental properties all over the Houston areas and they have been excellent. This company keeps my tenants happy with solving any repairs or problems they have. This has helped me retain my tenants instead of having to find a new tenant every year. Which has saved me thousands of dollars in leasing fees. Great job 360, I will definitely refer you to anybody I know that needs your services!!
Great company with very fast and efficient application process. my husband applied and found out the very next morning that he was accepted.Kaylyn is very understanding and extremely dedicated to her job at 360 Realty & Property Management. I sent 3 work order requests. My AC was not working, i got a leak and also my garbage disposal. They were so nice, they notified me about everything, the repaired as they can and answer every question that I had. This company is so kind i really appreciate the job that you guys have done!!
Being a first time tenant with this company is going great. They helped me find a property for my wife and I. They sent me all the information about the house. I set up a date to tour the property and it was in great shape. this company did the remake and it was an outstanding job. the house was very neat and clean. I put in our application and the very next day they called me to say I was approved. They sent me everything I needed to sign. I moved into the property and they sent me a welcome packet. That was the amazing part! they even helped me set up my online portal. This company is so helpful.
Do yourself a favor and check out the Better Business Bureau and Yelp to get some honest reviews of this company! 360 Realty and Property Management is a truly crooked company. I am a renter that has moved every year for the past six years in Houston, and have always received 100% of the security deposit back as well as offers for letters of recommendation. I started a year lease with a landlord that unfortunately had to sell the property and it ended up in the hands of 360 property management two months after I moved in.Customer service is a joke. They will never respond to emails, and 90% of the time you call, they take your call back number and never get back to you. Head of leasing is the rudest woman Ive ever spoken with. It took two months and endless calling to get the dryer fixed until finally I got in contact with maintenance himself and he said hed just been waiting for an address from the company this entire time. I gave it to him and it was fixed that day.They are withholding all of my security deposit of $1350. $750 for repairs, $300 cleaning, and $300 trash throw out. There was not one thing left in or on the property to be thrown out. The only thing that wasnt left in the condition in which I got it was the last shelf on the refrigerator which had some dried food on it. $750 repairs and paint? There was some normal wear and tear, but I was even careful to use no nails in the walls for a couple photos, just tack which was removed. The entire house interior was JUST painted. I have photos and videos of the move out condition of the house and will be pursuing small claims.
Has been great to rent from. Had a leak in the rental property they were fast to get someone out and get it fixed. Repair man was great! Office staff is very helpful when issues arise.
Great management!! This company knows what they are doing. Ive never had a problem contacting them or waiting for a response from them. When I needed to talk to someone in specific, they put me on hold the make sure that person is available, and if not then I leave a message and they contact me back. They also answer all the questions I have for them.
I am a tenant with 360 Realty and my family and I are so happy, satisfied with this company.We have been here for over 5 year August, and I havent had one problem with them at all. I put in a maintenance request for a small leak in the house about 2 years ago, and they maintenance called me to get more information and she was so nice and sent someone out the same day to look at it and it was fixed that evening. I have never been late but one day and they did notify me and were really professional about it and I got that paid the same day they called me. This company is very professional, and I like being with them. I recommend using them when you need to find a nice priced home for you and your family. They are really outstanding and help you out to find a property and give you a smooth move in.
I have been a tenant with this company for 2 years. Ive had great experiences with the maintenance techs. They have been fast and professional. I had an emergency leak that I needed taken care of over the weekend. Karina responded right away after hours. She sent over a qualified technician.
Working with them from the agents end was a breeze. They worked quickly and efficiently on my clients application. Even after they were rejected from one listing they worked with me to find them another listing due to credit issues. We got my clients in a home in less then a month without double deposit or consigned. They were great!

This company has been the ideal company to lease a property with or to even find a property. I trust them than any other company to lease out my property for future tenants. They know how to put it on the market to look presentable and they are fast at finding a reliable and trustworthy tenant for my property. They call me to get approval for any applications they have and send me everything they have so I can look at it myself. With my property being with them, I know its in great hands.

Since the beginning when I submitted my application, its been smooth and very simple. I submitted my application and got a phone call for approval the same day. I made my deposit and signed the documents and then moved in the same weekend. This company made it super easy for me to have a smooth transition into the lovely property that I am in now for over 4 years now. They called me to check on things and they even called me even after Harvey hit to see if there was damage and if I was ok. Ive had no problems with them once so ever. They have been great service to me and my family.Thank you!

This company is the type of company you can trust and rely on when you need to get a property leased out.Ive been with them for years and they always keep me updated on how the property has been showing, along with if they gotten any applications for my property. I can always count on them to do a great work on the make ready process. If they need anything else to change, the maintenance lady calls me to confirm/get approval and I go with it. I can always count on her to let me know what needs to be fixed and if it has been fixed or not. The property is in great condition for the next tenant.
Horrible experience. Ive had to deal with them managing my property for the last 2 years. Every time the tenant was late on rent I was the one who had to alert them. The tenant had to be evicted and now, over 30 days since then I still have not gotten the documentation from the eviction nor the security deposit from them. Despite over 20 emails and promises nothing happens. I call and they act like they dont even know whats going on. The owner writes fake reviews for the company and outside of the core few people who are completely incompetent it is a revolving door. I was also lied to about the tenants occupation when they were trying to find a tenant. BEWARE of this company.In addition - a background check I believe was never done and even though Ive asked for it I have never seen it. Upon a check the tenant they recommended background check came back with some criminal activity and previous unpaid debts. Im happy to post emails....In response to the owners comment. Yes my deposit was paid but 40 days after the tenant was out. I had to advise you of every time something was wrong. If you expect your clients to tell you when rent is late, just say thats what you do...
If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to tour a house and I was stood up not only once but twice. Mr Wayne Comer gave me his number and scheduled through email saying he would be at the property. However, I waited up to 40 min, in 90+ degrees (no ac in car) with NOTHING from him. It is very unprofessional and there was no answer from him when I made phone calls, texts or email. Very unhappy.Edit: I was at the right property BOTH times, there was no one there. The house was empty with the padlock on the front. I didn’t receive anything from realtor until I posted this review, two and a half hours after the scheduled showing. And future reference for the owner: lying to your customers by not only not accepting the blame for situations like this but blaming what would have been a prospective customer is extremely horrible customer service. To future customers, go somewhere else cause they obviously do not care.

I thought I had been scammed until I located the reviews >>>>> I scheduled a showing with Mr.Comer and he was a no show. So unprofessional, and he wouldn’t answer my phone calls or texts. He even told me to let him know when I was on my way. I don’t believe I have ever been stood up by a realtor - that is a professional one; I hope property owners really do their homework in hiring such. And now, by reading the reviews, it looks to be in my favor that he didn’t show. All I can say is “Wow”...smh

So I was having a hard time with my lease and got really upset with the management. I was trying to stay my case but no one listened. So Heather called me back and resolved the issue.
