This pool service was hired to check the chemicals of the pool once a week.They showed up regularly once a week and used a test strip (dip and look), they would back wash the pump for a few minutes, drop four chlorine tabs in the skimmer basket (there is a cylinder in the pump area specifically for the TABs, they never used it), write a card that said it was ok and leave.My wife questioned the cloudy water, then green water and we were told the pump wasn’t running enough, then the pump was run 12 -16 hrs a day for two weeks with NO change. When they were called again about it there was another long list of reasons why it was our fault/problem not theirs.The last time they were at our home and we received our GOOD TO SWIM card after the dip stick check and four tabs added to the skimmer, we took a sample to Leslie pool to be tested chlorine was HIGH, Calcium Hardness LOW and Phosphates were HIGHWe no longer do business with this pool service.The company that was hired to replace them had the water Blue in three hours, the water has been sparkling clean and clear ever since.
