We hired Texan Blue to do some repairs and weekly pool service until closing on a property. I approved the work on 10/3 and assumed with the approval everything would be maintained. Im not sure what happened but the pool did not get serviced. Just prior to closing I called to cancel service, only to find out that they never went out (after they initially told me they did on 10/7). I should have followed up to make sure the pool was actually being maintained as approved so learned a lesson there. When they told me they had not been out I asked the soonest they could because closing was scheduled for today, 11/6. They told me they would go 1st thing this morning. That did not happen, I called 1st thing and was told I would receive an update shortly. Ive called in multiple times today and after being told they would call me right back after reaching out to the tech, I never heard back. They did not go do the work at the pool this morning as agreed. I just notified them we do not need their services any longer. I would not recommend this company and am very disappointed in their service. More than that, we have a very upset Buyer that expected better.

These company is good. When they make a mistake, they fix it. I recommend them. They clean my pool every week - looks good. Preston is great.

Nice job. My pool had started to turn green with algae, Texan Blue came out and gave me a recommendation about how to get it fixed.... and keep it fixed. That did a great job. Thanks Ella

I just needed a one time service to get the pool back up to speed. They were nice enough on the phone, scheduled the appointment (more than a week later) told a full service was 45$ - I said great; no problem. They came out, performed the service, guy who performed the cleaning was perfectly nice. Then they charge me 185$ + Tax. I argue that I was told a full service is 45$ - to which they replied thats only for weekly scheduled visits. After leaving this review I was given a call back from a CSM. They agreed to refund the difference. Appreciate the resolution to my problem but annoying I had to leave a review before any action was taken.

Since we purchased our home 2 years ago, TBP Service has provided excellent maintenance of my pool chemistry and hardware. Keeping the pool in good order and providing feedback on preventative maintenance of the pump system.

Ive done work with them before and were very satisfied. They were professional and punctual. Will be calling them back.

For a service that claims next day service I had to wait 4 days and received no time window or estimate. Pool man was here 20min said the motor was bad and grids needed replaced. He had neither and said it would be 95 dollars for this visit and I had to schedule the repair. They tried to change the next schedule window and then missed it. Tried to charge me 390 for a motor that cost 175 on Amazon and tell me it was the wholesale cost. The reschedule the repair until tomorrow. We will see if he shows...
