I worked this company before. Based on my experience, the company is careless. I worked at pool where with other life guards who would smoke marijuana in the pump room. The company would always mess up on pay roll. It was hard to get hours, the starting pay was minimum wage, and after working for this company for a year I got a 25 cent raise. During inservice 90% of the life guards couldn’t perform CPR.

I worked as a lifeguard here for a summer and a half. The first summer was great, but I only got paid minimum wage. The second summer, a lot of the main managment left the company and it went downhill from there. I got a 50 cent pay raise and I worked at the same pool every single day. I wasnt even a manager, but I did all the manager work. Then, I finally got a week off. I expected to come back, but I had no hours. I messaged and called my supervisors many times with little to no response about my situation. I finally went up to the office and they told me a picture got sent to them of me lounging in one of the lounge chairs while on my break. I was told that because of that, I couldnt work at that pool anymore. I quit out of frustration because I had been extremely loyal to their company and I was treated disrespectfully.

Started great, then kept finding repairs that were often not fixed properly or at all. Ended up not always coming out when they were meant to and running our pool too low - almost ruined the pool pump. Took no responsibility when we tried to talk to them about bad service - fired them.

Ive worked here and lots of people have been promised higher wages and never got them. This company cheats people out of their hours and manipulates the time clock. The company lacks self respects, responsibility, credibility, and doesnt appreciate hard working Americans. If there was a lower rating I would give it zero stars.

This company SUCKSSSS! They cheat you out your money! If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. This is the most unorganized company I’ve worked for. And if your thinking to book a party at one of their pools they will charge you for extra guards and not have the extra guards show up. We lost many contacts because how much they suck !

Very repectful, courteous company. Lifeguards are very professional. They put the patrons first. Very well-liked.

Went to visit the pool and it was very clean, lifeguards were professional, and I enjoyed swimming here.
