This company is TOPS in my book! Uniformed, professional service people. Lorena and Maria in the office always answer my questions and work with me on multiple plans. Marianne, always meets and exceeds our expectations! I work for a property management company and they treat several of our rentals and apartments, dealing with our tenants. This is a great Company! Wish I could give more stars than 5!

Contacted them after our rental house had some pest issues. Setting up the appointment was very easy, and the tech that came to our house (Jake) was very respectful. We have now used their services for almost a year at 2 different properties and have not had a pest problem since. I highly recommend their services.

Just speaking with Maryanne has made the first step to getting my house comfortable so easy and lot less scary. Her patience and generosity is above and beyond. I would also like to update this by saying Darrell was sent out and he was so patient, thorough and all around professional. He took the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to combat the issue! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Stood me up for the appointment then they call later to tell me they didnt send the technican because I didnt pay yet. I told them on the phone I was paying cash when I set the appointment!? What changed? By the way they charge $50 more than anyone else. I just tried to hire them because they agreed to come this week and I didnt want to wait on a different company to come next week. Now i think I need to wait on a more reputable company

They are horrible the techs that come out dont do there jobs. Left dead mice in my apartment saying they didnt see them but I have pictures.

I had Henry out to my apartment today, he was very thorough with explaining what he was going to do to treat my infestation. I asked a million questions and he answered them all without an issue. I know what needs to be done to eliminate my issue thank you Henry. Thank you.

I called the office because I was expecting a service tech out and they had not yet arrived. I had an apartment with roaches that needed to be sprayed ASAP. Turns out I had the wrong day for service written on my calendar! After explaining the mishap, Webb’s sent a service tech out and they got there in less than 2 hours. I was pleased with their professionalism and understanding. Oh yea, the roaches are gone too 😊

I have used other pest control vendors in the past but none of them have provided better customer service than Webbs. I truly enjoy having them at our community. They explain everything in detail and are very organized as a whole. Our tech, Joel, is very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

We had used Webbs in the past and cancelled to go to another company. We recently started using Webbs again and are very impressed. They have made some changes to their technicians and the new ones are professional, thorough and often go out of their way to make sure problems are taken care of. Each week the office contacts us to make sure all units are serviced. If you are looking for a pest control company, Webbs is the way to go!

My review is NOT about the Webb pest control as a whole. Just Brian, I have had this company come service my home three times and the fourth time they sent Brian. Mind you we just moved in the home. The people who lived in it previously were disgusting. He was and is soooooooo thorough which is what anyone who is having any pest control issues wants. I have a 5 month old and a nine year old. Need I say more? He was taking apart drawers and going in crevices the previous people looked over. He had a logical answer for every question that I had and I have anxiety so I asked around 47 questions probably. He was polite and to be honest.....I feel like had they sent him the first time then I wouldnt have needed multiple visits afterwards. My advice to the company is to take workers who are thorough and solve issues train the rest of the lazy workers that are costing your company money. I wont even let another person in my home for pest control services. He is only one person but if you want your issue actually RESOLVED....ask for the roach Jesus. 😉

I needed pest control to spray an inspect my unit for roaches so i decided to use Webb pest control licensed technician by far the guy they sent out went above an beyond to help me with my insect problem arrived on time was so nice an courteous made sure to clean up an debris afterwards an very informative on tips an ways to prevent a future occurrence so i rate Webb five stars an the techs name by the way was Homer ask for him he is great.

Dealing with the staff was a nightmare. Every time we called we received different information and no communication at all. The only good employee is Henry. He is the greatest.

Horrible service, If your hiring this service for apartment service rotations, do NOT give them your business. They do not show up on scheduled dates. Technicians are extremely lazy and dont go to the apartments. Negative 5 stars.

Wish I could give zero stars, VERY unprofessional. First of all, the dude came banging on the door, then wants to be disrespectful & call someone ugly? Should be fired, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, horrible experience, roaches never even go away, not worth all the trouble. Stole items out of my apartment when they exterminated yesterday. I wasnt home but its all on tape. Who steals hair products ? But I hope he feels it was worth it when I take the tape to the police. I knew my surveillance equipment would be worth the money .

Lived in apartments all my life had multiple pest control companies service my home from time to time. I believe in getting it done right the first time! Lots of the big named companies that you would see on TV, have let me down: until WEBB PEST CONTROL walked into my apartment. What I really liked about him is he carried himself well, but came off as the nicest person I have met. he was there for a general services of all bugs. I told him about the roach problem I was having in the kitchen he took a few minutes and looked around; he treated and spoke to me telling me some key points of interest to address. after that No more bugs and Happy. Webb promised to come to our apartment 6/9/2014. I sat working at my desk from 0900 - 1800, next to the front window with the blinds open - and no one came. Whoever was supposed to come out, evidently falsified the record, because they told Braesridges manager this morning that they had come by and knocked.Yet, somehow, sitting beside the window at the front door, the gate never opened and the front doorbell never rang. The thread Id tied around the gate had not been broken. -- It was still there when I opened the gate and broke it about 7 pm.

This is the company Sweetwater point apartment has as the pest control. No matter how many times they came and even used the STRONGEST chemical, Nothing ever worked. It actually made the roaches come more to stay. My family lives very clean so we werent the problem. Even if the apartment around us had a infestation, pest control should be able to kill them all off. I wouldnt ever recommend this pest control!

I live in the Broadmoor place apartments in Irving Texas, this company is hired to do pest control. The pest control man is rude and nasty he pushed my daughter and assaulted her forcing his way into my apartment I wasnt there I was at another apt within the complex with my 4 year old as we were told to evacuate the building so they could spray. my teen forgot her phone and just happend to be there they shoved her into the door and begin photographing my apartment instead of spraying it. They refused to spray because i placed canned goods on the floor and sink instead of the table all my dishes were on the table. Mind you its a small kitchenn. This complex administered a $150 fine to me and allowed my child to be assaulted by this evil bug man. These people are a disgusting excuse for humanity and should not be in business!!! If I could give it zero stars i would.

This company stated they would be applying some get in cracks and crevices to treat a roach infestation in an apartment I’ just moved into. Well I watched the man in my security camera AND I received notification that he was inside my unit for 2 minutes!! It takes longer than 2 minutes to put down poison no matter how big or small the place is. This company is a JOKE AND A FRAUD!! I’ll be paying to have a REAL exterminator come out to treat my bug problem!!

This company been coming out to my apt 3 times already for bed bugs in my home they are not treated it correctly because they are still here im calling my apt manager again today about this situation and this will be the 4th time its only me and my son and another baby on the way and I cant keep dealing with this I go to only to 2 relatives house and they dont have them and no one ever comes over but them. I already threw 3 beds away plus 2 couches im just steadily wasting money for POOR RESULTS. I HAVE PICTURES IF THEY COME OUT AND I SEE THEY CANT DO IT RIGHT IM HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE ME AND MY BABYS LIVE AND ITS DISGUSTING WITH BUGS CRAWLING ON ME WHILE I SLEEP! !!!!!

This company was hired for pest control for the apartment complex that I live in. I had a problem with bed bugs and they did the bare minimum to resolve the problem. I believe they did this so they would have to be called out over and over again to rack up money. They did not explain anything to me or what to expect. They only used Zenprox to treat with and were done with a two bedroom town home in about 15 minutes. The second appointment was set for 10 days later. I spoke to the man when he came the second time and told him I had seen two or three bugs a day. He said if this treatment doesnt kill them we will have to spray with something else. From what I have read on the internet and learned from other companies; he should have known to treat with something else right then. I have spoken to other pest control companies and done research on the internet. This will not effectively eradicate bed bugs. I have been living out of trash bags for a month now and still have a problem due to their lack of either knowledge on how to treat the issue or ultimately not taking pride in their job by doing minimal work.

Finding this place was hard, but it is there.

Company has a commercial account at my apartment complex. My apartment was and still is infested with German roaches. They have been out once a week to try and eradicate them and my apartment is still crawling. Terrible service, I will be hiring a company on my own dime instead.

I didnt get a heads up that they would need to spray inside the cabinets. Now I have to clean all of my tupperware and pots and pans.

AWFUL COMPANY. We had a mass roach infestation numbering in the hundreds of thousands due to an apartment next to us that was bombed. They came in and told US it was our problem and left after we paid them to do a job!!!!!

This company was supposed to come and spray for our complex. Waited all day, moved things out of cabinets, and waited to take my pets somewhere. They never showed. Plus, apparently missed other units too. Have to do this all over again tomorrow.
