Our usual tech is Greg and he does an awesome job as well as being very respectful when in my house.Just be sure to call and ask when your next service is - otherwise you may get a wake up call from a tech you werent expecting.

Always professional, set a time and they arrive on time. In and out within 10 minutes. I never see and pest in my house since they started doing the Pest Control, but if I did they would come out right away and take care of it. I have referred several customers to Hartz Pest Control and all have been very happy with the service.

The technician is usual very polite and courteous and will answer the questions asked or try to find the answer. The product used is very good, no pest and if some return, they will come back free to make sure they are gone. Love me some Hartz and I will recommend others as I have done in the past. Ive been using Hartz Pest Control for about a year now. I got fed up with the company that I had been using and went looking for someone new. I saw many favorable reviews online for Hartz and their pricing was very reasonable so I decided to give them a try. I signed up for their quarterly contract and have been very happy with the service. They send emails/call prior to the scheduled service so that I can make plans to be home or reschedule. The service techs are very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I was just getting the perimeter treatment and then this last time as I was talking with the tech I mentioned that we had a lot of fire ant problems so he explained another service they offer. By bundling the two services I was able to get a discount. Ive had good success with keeping the bugs out of the house and am looking forward to seeing a decrease in the number of fire ants around the house with this new treatment. I would definitely recommend Hartz to anyone looking for an affordable and effective solution to their pest problems.

Got our house exterminated today. Here is my husbands review, since he was the one who oversaw the service : Steven was great! He was friendly and informative but also professional and efficient. He explained all aspects of the products used and let me know what he was going to do and why at all times. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. He talked about the additional services that Hartz provides and helped me understand the value of further services. His performance and the results exceeded my expectations. Im very happy with Steven in particular and Hartz in general. And while this sounds fake, hey, the dead roaches all over my house (yuck!!! [But its a happy yuck ]) tell the real tale. Shoulda done this sooner!

Hartz came to my elderly parents home and treated for both cockroaches and rats. It worked, both are gone. The exterminator was patient with my parents and explained everything to them.

We have used Hartz for one year. They have the best customer service! The service techs are always extremely polite, very knowledgeable about what products to use depending on bug problem and always right on time. We had sugar ants one time and they havent been back since Hartz took care of them. I ask a lot of questions (like whats being used, why, how long its effective, is it safe for pets, ect...) and each technician takes the time to answer and explain all of my questions.

They came out and did a great job at my place a few months ago. Told me if I saw bugs again before my next treatment they would take care of it for free. I saw a few bugs this past week and called in just now. They are coming out Wednesday free of charge. They kept their word and that is all I can ask for. After Harvey I can imagine some of the chemicals and protections have worn off so I cannot see this as being their fault. I will continue with them for the foreseeable future. And it is only $89 every three months.

Called the company to give me a proposal on commercial property. From the first impression, the guy on the phone was talking like Im the one who is serving him. Anyways, he sent the tech over to assess the property, the tech was nice guy with great attitudes and then he called the boss for the price on the proposal. Guess how much?!!! $1000 for the small property. Ive been in this business for long time and the average price for our size was never higher than $300/month. These rip-off people wanted a $1000. Well, see you later suckers. You wont get my business.DO NOT BOTHER even calling them. Theres plenty of reasonable and good companies around.

My husband and I used Hartz Pest Control for over ten years in a previous home. They did an awesome job for us the entire time but then we decided to try apartment living! After three miserable years we purchased another home and one of the first things we did was contract with Hartz to take care of us again. High fives to their Tech Tim - he represents the company extremely well!

Technicians are friendly, the first visit was great so I signed up for quarterly service. Ever since then its been a scheduling nightmare, every single service visit since the first has occurred outside of the service window with no call stating they would come early or would arrive late. If you choose Hartz, make sure you confirm your appointment time, get a number for someone to call if your visit is occurs at a time when nobody is at their office, and go ahead and plan on widening the window by an hour before and after.

New to the area. Did my fair share of research on yelp & google to find a pest control service.Had my tech out three weeks back. Had to have him back again due to insects in the home. Was told that with new construction we may need a couple of initial treatments. Well see...Pleasant tech.

I set 2 separate appointments and the Hartz exterminator never showed up. They were suppose to locate the tech and call me back with his ETA....that didnt happen either. 2 no shows and no call back. These people are unreliable.
