And if you need to adjust your appointments they are very helpful. The technicians are polite and professional. They are happy to answer questions about the service and local critters. This month, for the first time, I needed service in between the regular appointments and they did not charge me at all!If you are looking for a company to treat your home for insects and a company to treat you well, you should call Green Earth Exterminators!

Javier is our tech with Green Earth Exterminators and we plan to be life long customers at this point! He is so thorough and really goes the extra mile to make sure we are protected and that we know what our treatment options are. We had ants and Javier came out (quick!) and even removed light switch plates, etc to treat the ants and they were gone in no time! He is friendly and professional and you can expect him at whatever time he is scheduled. We also appreciate Green Earth as a company for what they offer and the people you will be dealing with. Janie is friendly and always works with us to get us on the schedule and answer any questions that I have. We love that they have an eco option and that they send out a reminder text message the day before your scheduled service. If you are having bug issues, you should give them a try!

I’ve been using this company for over 2 years. Edd serviced our home today and was very professional, thorough and he wore a mask, which is very important in these days and times. The service is a good quality and a good value.

Ed came to do our house yesterday and did a great job. He was efficient, respectful, asked about problem areas, and set bait appropriately. He verified some details about which product to use, which was a good catch because the admin office had it recorded incorrectly from what we had done during our first extermination. Also, he was just real nice and personable. Overall, quite pleased. The main offices method of scheduling is a bit of a mystery right now to me. My contract had a July spray scheduled, and this was not a quarterly one, but a 30 day follow up to my initial one to break the egg cycle. But when I called on August 1st or so to ask when it would get scheduled, or see if Id missed an email, she said it was scheduled for the first Saturday in August (not a july spray 🤔) and they wouldve called two days prior. I am hopeful my next one wont be so bumpy to get on the calendar.

Do not sign any contract with them. They came to my house to do roach treatment service but it didn’t work at all, the roach still come back in my house in next 7 days. Even they came back 2 times to retreat but it still happened again. Now i want to cancel their bad service and they forced me to pay 75% balance of 5 times services. Their job did not work out at all and now they ask me to pay for their up coming services . They also dared me to put me in collections. Wow. Be careful folks. This is a cheated company

Our service technician was punctual and a true professional. We signed up for the maintenance plan and this company is always terrific.

They never call to let you know they’re on the way, never show up when they say they are and charge for services they never performed. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. They don’t return calls about complaints. They aren’t doing anything they promised and won’t let you out of the contract. I will never use them again and don’t recommend them at all. Worst pest control company ever!!?

I just fulfilled my 1-year contract with Green Earth Exterminators and canceled my service. Unfortunately, their products did not work well for my lawn in Katy, and with 2 toddlers running around in the backyard, its important to me to not have ant piles or wasp hives out there.After having my home treated last week, I found 8 ant piles built within 3 days of the service that I had to take care of myself. I also found a large wasp nest, a roach in the house, and there were cobwebs all over my kids backyard playhouse.I will say that Javier always did a very good job for me when he was my assigned technician. Unfortunately, the products still just didnt keep the ants and wasps away for long.

We are so happy to have found a natural bug guy. Everything with the service was flawless and the treatment smelled great. Thank You.

With all of this rain mosquitoes have been horrific. Green earth came out and installed som buckets that have left us mosquito free. We really appreciate it.

The pest control was scheduled promptly, the technician John did a careful and thorough job. He took care of the ant issues ( I knew that we had a problem), provided a full service of things which the company gave a great warranty to exclude pests for the longer term. Their use of natural control was a big plus. We signed up and the technician came the next day. Unfortunately, the rats were not active that cool and rainy day so we decided to leave them to his second visit to complete the exclusion of holes around the roof. The technician was polite, nice, and willing to answer all my questions. On the second treatment, the rats were out and the exclusion process was completed. They guarantee the work done for a year with the promise of return if we have any issues. It is too early to assess the longer term run at this point but so far, so good and we are extremely happy customers.

Just signed up with GE and we love the service already. They knock down all of the wasp nest and treated all of our fire ants so our kids can play in the yard again.

Good fees for services, very friendly and attentive to special requests. They do a very through job and reach all areas outside on our two story home from the ground to the peaks. Highly recommend them, we have been a customer for a year now with quarterly visits.

I’ve been using this company for almost a year. However, this month we had a disappointing incident. The person who came to service our home it wasn’t the same who used to service us and this young tech came and was basically in and out. According to my husband he had to follow him around the house because he wasn’t very thorough. Also he didn’t to a good job outside. He man who used to service the house (Javier) was very professional and thorough and would pay attention to the areas we mentioned him ( like when we had sugar ants). I’m willing to give them the chance, because the products they use have environmentally friendly and bec I have little ones and animals in the house. That’s why the three stars.Update.. they told me they would make it up, and send someone to do the house again. Never showed up. So I’m finding another company.

I love these guys. All natural products that make your house smell like you turned on a diffuser. They use essential oils that are effective and smell amazing.I had a red ant problem and they said what they would use wasn’t.... green earth... gave them the ok and no more red ants.Love these guys and would highly recommend for your quartet service.

This ice storm gave us a really bad rodent problem so we contacted ge and hired them to remove them. About week later we havent seen any and hopefully we never see them again.

Well, it is now December 2020 and I have no resolution with Green Earth on this issue. They continue to send me bill notices and will not accept responsibility for the poor quality technician that came to my house to perform my service. Green Earth admitted to me that the technician that came to my house had been reported by multiple customers for poor service and is no longer with the company. They want to be paid for services not provided... Green Earth Exterminators has horrible problem resolution customer service and they are only as good as the tech that services your home. My personal experience recommendation would be to stay away from Green Earth Exterminators and look for someone else.Very disappointed all the way around after my initial phone call. Setting up the appointment and initial discussion of my squirrel problem was good...that was it since. They were 45 minutes late (past my 2 hour window of service that ended at 5:30 pm) and I did not receive a call to let me know until after the 2 hour window had expired. When the technician arrived, he added absolutely no value added services from which I was hiring a pest professional to provide. Long story short, the tech only threw out granules in the attic and around the house of which I could have bought and spread myself for $20.00. I was hoping for some professional evaluation of my squirrel issue beyond what I had already discussed when setting up the appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Then I called the next morning after opening hours to request a manager or owner call me back to discuss and received a voice mail to leave a message. I did leave a message for someone to call me and nothing for 2 days now. I would not recommend them at this time. If I do get a call back and sufficient resolution, I will update with positive comments if warranted.

Seems to be.more effective than our old pest control company. And they come less frequently. Best of all, their products are environmentally friendly so i dont worry about what we are breathing for the rest of the day!

I had Green Earth Exterminators, LLC come work on my house and paid for the service in September 2019. I paid $162.38. Right after the service, I have still been having ants in my walls at the back door ever since then. The job was not redone and my refund was not given back to me. I am not pleased at all with the poor service you provided. I do not recommend this company and will definitely not be using them ever again.

Charges you full price for half service. I have been using green earth for several months and they came and treated outside only as they would not do inside due to Covid but yet still charged me full price and never came out and serviced the inside before my next service was due. The tech told my wife they were not treating the inside due to covid. I received my bill which was the full amount of my regular full service. I called and spoke with the office and questioned why im getting charged full price when only half the service was performed. The lady (sorry cant remember her name, but the same lady that always answers the phone) told me that they are not doing the inside right now to protect the safety of the techs and that they would come out in approx two to four weeks to service the inside. That never happened and I gave Green earth every opportunity to do what they tell their customers they will do. Nobody called or came until my next service was due on 7-30. Customer service isnt Green Earths strong suite. I would suggest before commenting on a review that you check all the service calls. Plain and simple yall performed half the service yet charged me full price. For the life of me I dont understand why the lady I spoke with on the phone that day didnt just reduce the bill right then and there, boggles my mind. Again customer service is not yalls strong suite.

They treated my yard with six month lasting pellets that are natural and safe for my animals it smells like wintergreen love the smell and inside the home they were thorough and came back for every visit because of the flea infestation thank you Green earth!

Last year I called with a fire ant emergency, at the time my little one was just starting to crawl. They didnt have any openings for a couple weeks, but one of the techs who was off heard the call and volunteered to come out right away. They are are a friendly, knowledgeable, family run business. Thank you guys!

Deceptive and misleading contract and horrible scheduling. One star is too many. The contract says its a 12 month contract. But in fine print it also says they will continue services unless you cancel in writing 30 days in advance. So they will show up at your door to spray without an appointment or consent (and without your knowledge if you arent home) and then expect payment. The contract also says the total agreement is $340 + tax (its the bottom line and written total agreement amount which is also misleading. They also know its misleading and when you question why you end up paying $490 + tax for a year when the agreement says $340+tax, they point out that its the amount after the initial charge. I find this totally dishonest.Scheduling was also a problem. They call to tell you that you had an appointment at a certain time frame on a certain day without ever asking beforehand. Not once did they call to ask if that day or time would work (you have to be home for them to spray inside your house). They also showed up to spray in the rain on several occasions (not sure how effective that would be).

Our landlord wouldn’t believe we had roaches, We took to green earth, and 2 years later I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen a nasty roach. No more checking my shoes before putting them on!! Love the online account portal too.

Thought I would use this company due to its high ratings. Now I regret it. I received pest control services on March 25th 2020. The tech gave me an option to use the harsh stuff or the natural stuff. As much as Im all for natural gardening, I chose the harsh stuff for maximum effectiveness. I waited several hours before the tech left to step out and examine my lawn. When I did, I saw no difference. Ok, maybe it needed time to work. So this morning I checked my lawn and its like it was never treated. I called the company only to find out the tech used the natural stuff. Really? I have received no phone call back regarding if they will be coming back out to apply what I paid for. As a business owner myself, I say this is a terrible way to do business. Bottom line, avoid like the plague.
