Ricky, our technician, was very helpful. I was very anxious moving into a new house and finding “uninvited guests”. I tend to do well when I know what to expect. Ricky explained the process thoroughly in terms I could understand. In addition, he was very communicative, timely and professional. I was so impressed that I’ve requested that he be our designated technician to perform all of our follow up services.

Im a long standing customer with a treatment plan in place. Terminix has a good pesticide product and I stand by that. However, communication regarding scheduling for treatment appointments is not consistent and sometimes reps show up to home for treatment without prior notice. Also, is there not a company database where notes from visits and with customer can be retrieved and viewed by customer service reps? I find that if Ive had an issue, it doesnt seem like its documented and when reaching out to customer service, I have to go through the whole spill from rep to rep.
I use the service that provides quarterly spraying premises and perimeters for insects and pests. The technician always communicates before and during the service window at my home to offer any additional treatment inside or outside. I am very pleased to use this option for my pest control.

Evidence of varmints in attic in newly purchased house. Terminix placed traps in attic after sealing several potential access points for rats, squirrels, etc. After three inspections, no infestation found thanks to access points remediation. Have taken advantage of pest control and termite control services.

Beware: shady and unprofessional. I got an inspection, had dry woods in my attic, got same-day treatment. Can’t really speak to whether they’re gone, but the tech broke our AC while in the attic (in the summer, in Houston, with a 4 month old and 2 year old in the house). They sent him back out the next day to see if he could find what went wrong, and he was really rude and said he couldn’t find any problem with anything a/c related in the attic. His supervisor, Carlos Aviles, was helpful and said they would reimburse an ac tech.Ac tech came out and fixed the issue in 5 minutes by resetting something in the attic. But Carlos has ghosted me on the invoice and will not respond to calls, texts, or emails. It has been nearly a month. So I’m stuck with a bill for an AC issue caused by their own negligence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Terminix technicians kept me updated about my scheduled appointments via text or email, and showed up promptly. They thoroughly inspected and explained what they did on site. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner.

I have a service contract for inside the house an outside to include mosquitos and termite. I dealt with the company in Houston for thee years without any issue, Moved to Katy nd I have nothing but bad service I called here office on 8/18 and I was put on a hold for over 30 min then I left my number and no one returned my calls. I find this Katy office unprro . fesstional > I also called them on 8/19 and the same thing happened..

The service onsite is reasonable, but the barrier/drugs used to block the roaches seems less effective than expected as we still have roaches issues in the house occasionally. The root cause of the issue seems not identified after the first two treatments.

Go with a local exterminator, NOT Terminix. This company will try to upsell you services that you dont need. Terminix was called to check out spiders in the house. They flat-out LIED about my home, telling me that I had a rodent infestation in the attic. They tried to charge over $1000 to deal with it. $1000 for rodents that I had NEVER SEEN in my home. I called a REAL exterminator (a local company) that Ive used in the past, who charges $75-150 to deal with a rodent infestation (depending on severity). Result? They investigated and found NO SIGN OF RODENTS AT ALL. I dont know if it was 1 unethical employee or standard practice for this company, but you can be sure that I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of Terminix. They push the upsell HARD; seems like their employees primary role is to be a salesman rather than an exterminator.

We have a maintenance/inspection/treatment contract with TERMINEX in our high rise condo. They will also come out between scheduled preventative treatments if, in a rare occurrence, we need their help at no extra charge.

Great service by our inspector Ken on 12/2 Wednesday. He was very proactive in reaching out, on time, and very thorough. A suggestion for Terminix -- during Pandemic, may consider giving customers option to just waive interior inspection to minimize exposure for employees but also customers. thanks!

We have used Terminix on Langham Creek in West Houston for 14 years for both pest control and termite control. We recently discovered termites in a wall upstairs. We called Terminix and they sent out a technician. He came out and said Yes this looks like subterranean termites. he said he would have to get the termite inspector to come out. Two weeks later the termite inspector shows up, says we have termites, and that in order to start a claim he will need to send the Termite Manager to come out to start the claim. Carlos came out weeks later, and said he would start the claim. Since then it has be an unreal khafka-eque nightmare between the totally absent Langham Creek branch, and their insurance carrier Broadspire. We have sent 15 emails, at least a dozen phone calls, a demand letter to both Terminix and Broadspire- nothing is happening. In 69 years I have never had a business that defaulted so completely on a contract as Terminix Langham Creek. Bad service, poor communication, neglect of their contractual obligations, and we still have termites destroying our wall, which is just going to get more expensive to treat and repair. Terminix has apparently refused to honor their contracts and are in multiple court cases. These guys must be going out of business. Get someone else that you can trust. Not these guys.

I recommend this company 100%, my house was damaged and was half in water when they opened the water reserve and that happened in September 2017, it was in water in my house for 1 month and a half, I was use this company before that happen, I not used anyone else, until today the cockroaches enter my house but they die. I returned with this company a week ago and I am happy they are the best!
My Terminix technician John is the primary reason I have stayed with Terminix for 2 years now. John is always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He lets me know ahead of time when my house treatment is on his schedule, and this gives me time to let him know about any recent pest activity. He remembers that my rescue dog is terrified of everything, and he takes care not to scare her. I really appreciate his consideration. Terminix could not find a better representative who is courteous, professional, and friendly. My first experience with Gerald was EXCELLENT, however that changed very quickly. I was not aware that my second service had been scheduled, I did not receive a call from the technician to notify me of his pending arrival, and to top things off, the technician backed his truck up in front of my home and was SLEEP! When I awoke him, of course he was startled, and he proceeded to lie in my face stating he called me but he didnt, my phone lives in my hand!I called to report this incident, requested to file a claim, and requested to have my services cancelled. I was ASSURED that a warm handoff would be done with the cancellation department yet here I am still on the phone for over 1.5 hours trying to ensure my account has been cancelled. Here we are again, another Terminix employee lying and passing the buck! I just want my account cancelled and nothing else to do with this company. This could be an isolated incident however one bad apple has ruined the bunch for me!
You have good people in your company. They were polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Did their work thoroughly. We had a rodent problem and they made it so much easy on us by being empathetic. They gave confidence on how its not a big deal and were good for their word. Les, Alejandro, Francisco and Charrise came at different occasions and were really good. Can not reach by phone all calls routed to California. They did not treat for the problem. I lost my grass. I have a special contract do not exterminate in side. Take care of outside my back yard died from cinch bug or brown patch. I could not get them on the phone for over a week . Heat and untreated in South fo these two problems is the number one cause of home owner loosing summer lawns.

Marco is extremely professional and knowledgeable and it showed. He arrived when he said he would and was not in a rush. He explained the service in detail and was very patient with all our questions. The ants are already gone from our kitchen. And I found dead tree/wood roach in the backyard patio, just like he said would happen. Havent found one critter inside our home. I am so grateful I called Terminix and that Marco is our technician. My only regret is not calling Terminix sooner.

The technician does his job with minimum interference to my normal life. He finished outside and then lock on my door to ask to come inside. He asks me to led him to bathroom, kitchen, and room to spray his stuff (rat/insets inhabitants?). Then, he put a few sticky trap for mice. Good job.

I was so scared I saw a mouse. They came out and inspected the area outside and inside. He explained the program very well. The pest control man came first in the morning. The rodent people came in afternoon. They spent a lot of time sealing all outside areas the mice and rat could get in. They then took care of attic and set traps. They will be back Wednesday to check traps.im very pleased with the service.
Didnt treat my home properly, just treated under stove and refrigerator, not in cabinets, still have roaches, called 3 days in a row,, no one returned call till 3rd day, said would come back, no one has returned, its been almost a week, very bad service

Ramon is the best Terminex technician there is. He’s always very patient with my bug phobias & has calmed me down a few times when I’ve thought I’ve had bed bugs....luckily I’ve never have had them. I have had fleas & he’s sprayed my house in the past & is always very informative & precise on when it’s safe for me & my animals to return to the house. He is very helpful and friendly offering great customer care in every way.
