I have been a client over few years they have been good as many others do there are not much of difference in Hood cleaning if they are professionals.but recently i had a complaint due to Degreaser, surfactant were not rinse off completely made stains on a Metal surfaces. i have filed a complain and sales associate is currently working on it. I tried to remove the stains with water, towel could not so i had to get a pressure washing guys with Hot Pressure washer to remove the stains.I dont think this should happen to any clients, Hi Tech company should train and educate properly on specific jobs, for specific employees.I was very disappointed, of the quality that they provided this time.And please stop calling and texting me to take down the reviews. I wrote honest review with evidance.I did one more service after this review story happened but it turns out to be i got white stains again the day after, they had to come next day to clean it up, and they Accidently took our trash roller and brought it back as well.

They came over on a Tuesday right on time. I was impressed with that immediately. They did the inspection and were very knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service skills. The technician was very careful and respectful inside my place. They are the best so far. Very professional and efficient in their work. Their Pricing structure is fair and worth every penny. I would recommend them to everyone.

We are on a quarterly contract for our home. These guys have been great. We had an issue that they were able to rectify for us very quickly and we have been using them since that time.Their technicians are very thorough and always right on time. I work shift work and they are very accommodating with my schedule. Definitely recommend.

Great price and they come back for free in between scheduled appointments if you notice any additional pests. He was enthusiastic, friendly, professional and offered other helpful tips to prevent pests from invading my house. Highly recommended!

After having tried different off-the-shelf remedies and pest control companies to get rid of a recurring fire ant problem in our yard I contacted HiTech Pest Pros in the Spring of 2015. He recommended a product that solved the problem for good - with a once-a-year application. Within about a week I could not find any more fire ants anywhere around our house. After a heavy rain - the flood of late April 2015 - some fire ants came back. A quick call to HiTech Pest Pros, a technician came out the next day and re-applied the product - free of charge, under the 12 month ant free warranty.A follow-up was applied in Spring of 2016 again. Since then I have not seen any more fire ants in my yard. (My neighbor says he has plenty to share - but they dont settle in our yard anymore.)Of course, this company takes care of any other pest control in and around the house as well. Ive been a happy customer for about 2 years now, signed up for their quarterly service. The technicians have always been very courteous, efficient, and professional.If you have a pest problem I recommend that you give them a call.

This company is ridiculous. They charged me $100/month for pest control at my restaurant and I continued to see pests in the kitchen area. Use a more professional company that delivers on promises
