Great Great service! Im full time in a motorhome. I thought we picked up carpenter ants or termites at my last RV park. 3 other pest control companies wouldnt even come out to look at them. Zeke, the tech, was texted pics of the bugs and agreed to come out. He came out, examined some, looked around the RV, discussed with me that they were a small carpenter ant. He said because I moved parks and started treating it myself there wasnt anything he could do. He suggested to keep treating them for a few days and they would die off. After this consultation, he didnt charge me! I was pleasantly surprised by this. I cant recommend them enough!

These guys are great. We had a raccoon issue thy was very complicated. Over a few weeks, a technician came out and figured out a way to get the problem taken care of humanely. They also found the beginning of a termite issue and corrected it quickly. I dropped my big box store pest control and signed with these guys for bi monthly bug control as well. Happy customer !

I cannot say enough good things about Samson! Zeke came out to help us with squirrels in our attic. With his help, we were able to successfully relocate a young squirrel back to its family. Zeke came by and took care of all the pest issues we were having. Had a decent sized wasp nest and he took care of that. I also had my A/C guy at my home at the same time and he discovered a big nest where the A/C unit connected to the home. They are now all taken care of. Great customer service and thorough with the explanation of the plan and when they will be coming out next. Very nice guy and put emphasis on if I need them to call them and they will be out asap. He fully explained how he would treat the area and then made an appointment two days later to do the treatment. This company place a flyer on my front door so I decided to use them to treat the house because I was seeing a few little roaches here and there. I also saw some evidence of a little rodent in my pantry. The guys were very thorough and polite. They made some recommendations on the rodent (which I chose not to do because the house is up for sale). But I did have the house exterminated. These guys were thoughtful, polite and explained everything. If I was staying in Houston/Katy, I would use them as my regular Pest Control company.
