The company has been sold and they are no longer the reliable company of the past.They seem to not know what is going on with their repeat customers.Now its more money and way less service with very poor follow through.

Do not trust these guys...we called for a one-time extermination, and the guy got my girlfriend to sign up for year protection for what was verbally a one-time fee. When she tried to read the contract, she was told just sign it, you ll be fine.When we realized they were charging our credit card month to month we called to cancel. In the contract it states we can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. But when we called, Jesse Cuellar from the company stated that we would owe a 60% cancellation fee for the remainder of the year, which is nowhere in the contract.Although I admit signing the contract was our mistake, the 60% cancellation fee is coming out of nowhere. not a good way to do business...steer clear of these guys
