Honest, helpful and friendly staff.I like that they do not sell you products but instead provide what you need for you pool or spa.They have tested my hot tub water a few times and told me what it needed without selling me anything. They could have told me I needed their product but asked what I had and told me what I could use from it. Nobody else does that! That is why I shop there.Highly recommend!
