I received my results in the mail and was told i could contact a genetic counselor with the phone number they provided on the letter... well you can never get in contact with anyone via phone! That is extremely frustrating as a patient.

I transferred my test results from National Geographic Geno II and paid for your family finder in September 2016. You provided Geno II with my maternal and paternal Haplogroups without any problem but as of today my results are still pending with an incorrect paternal haplogroup shown. I have repeatedly contacted FamilytreeDNA to no avail. Please help.
