Freight arrived within 2 days. Everyone was very helpful and they loaded my 200lb shipment directly into the bed of my truck without me having to ask on a Friday at 5pm. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the company Home Depot uses for installation of major appliances and they are a complete joke, even the manager of the appliance department at Home Depot told me they get nothing but complaints about them, but they’re forced to keep referring to them. I called to schedule an oven installation and it took several days to even get the appointment because when you call you’re talking to someone who can’t even see the schedules for the tech doing the installation, so it’s lots of phone tag until they find a date that works for you. I finally got an appointment for between 8 and noon on July 23rd- two and a half weeks out. The called me a week later to offer me an earlier date, but couldn’t give me a time frame for that day so I declined and they said they’d keep my appointment for the 23rd. On that day, noon came and went so I called the company and was told that when they called to offer me the earlier date, they CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT for the 23rd, even though I was specifically told they would keep it! I was so angry, I requested they find someone to come out that day since the mess up was theirs and not mine- I was told that only a supervisor could work something like that out and there wasn’t one available to speak with! I called Home Depot and they refunded me my installation fee and I will go elsewhere for my installation. I’m absolutely disgusted at how this business is run

Shipped 3 large pieces of freight and all 3 arrived damaged. I filed a claim on my clients behalf and they refused to pay for the damages that they clearly caused.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Company!!!!!! I was told my delivery would be here Jan 2 and it is still NOT here. You can’t get ahold of Anyone because Everytime you call you get the automated “your wait time is more then ten minutes” and they eventually call back 5 hours later if at all. This company is Complete Garbage and a Joke!!!!
