Parking was easy. My appointment was fast. The office looked clean and Sanjay was really nice and quick at taking my blood.

Received results earlier than expected & was very impressed with the staff at this location, helpful and patient when I mentioned I don’t do well with blood work.

Was able to schedule same day appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Blood draw was quick and painless. Phlebotomist was able to locate and puncture vein without causing any bruising or hematoma. Went in on a Saturday and received results Tuesday morning. Monday was a holiday.

I was there a few weeks back getting my HCG testing and the lady that drew my blood was awesome super smooth and easy. She was a younger girl super nice and asked me a lot of question to make me feel safe (I’m terrified of needles) I liked her work I’ll be coming back again

I had been provided the incorrect hours of operation and arrived right at closing. The Medical Assistant, Sanjay D was super empathetic and understanding and incredibly patient. He still allowed me to test, even though it held him after hours. I cant thank him enough! He may have saved my job opportunity. People like this are hard to find and any employer should be proud to have him on their team ;)

Went to Any Lab, to have some test done and the young Phlebotomist Ili was amazing I didnt even feel her take my blood. That is huge for me.. place was great will go back in the future for any more test.

Luckily when we came, Maria Martinez (from the Med Center location) was working on Waugh. We had a rather complicated and unusual test, and a very short window of time to get it in the mail. Maria was so patience and even made a call to help us figure out how to complete it correctly. My Mom is very hard to stick and she didnt event feel it when Maria took her blood sample. WOW! Thank you Maria! We are very grateful for you!

Paid for an overpriced drug and alcohol test needed for legal reasons. Was told I’d have results in 3-5 days. It’s been 9 days. No results. No update. And now nobody is answering the phone at the office or at customer service. Now I have to explain to a judge why don’t have results that were promised to me.

I usually use the ALTN on Holcombe. But I wanted to do the COVID antibody test as well as some other blood work, and Holcombe office doesnt do it. Made an appointment online, the first one of the day, 8:30. The tech, Sanjay got there a few minutes before that, opened promptly at 8:30, filled out the paperwork and was out in 20 minutes. Easy and painless stick by Sanjay (I have prominent veins, so I am an easy subject). The only reason I give the location 4 stars as opposed to the 5 stars at Holcombe is that the facility itself is not as nice, long and narrow (picture - bowling alley), tiny waiting area, which in our Covid world is not desirable. One other person came in while I was filling out paperwork, we were masked and able to keep 6 spacing, but if a third person had been there, I am not sure that would have been possible.

It’s 9:00 AM and there’s no one here. Talked to someone from customer service and this seems like a problem regardless of the location. This is extremely unprofessional and irritating.

Sanjay did a great job! I would return to have future lab work, and I would recommend it to others.

I went to get lab work for a procedure and the lady at the front was so polite when I walked in. She also drew my blood. Literally she is the BEST. I didn’t feel a thing and it took her maybe 4 minutes. I was in and out for everything including paper and payment in 10 minutes. If I need any lab work I will be sure to come here. I highly recommend them.

I originally have been coming here a few times and had no problems with getting my blood drawn. This past time I had to request a refund after the nurse stuck me with the needle twice and still didn’t get enough blood. He attempted to do a third stick, and at that point I was a bit distraught and didn’t have it in me to get stuck a third time. I’ve never had this problem before and I’m a bit disappointed. Won’t be returning.

Jade is excellent at the location on Waugh St. She is organized, thorough, friendly & has tremendous customer service. I am always relieved when I see she is working because she is familiar with my tests. I wish all of the employees at this location gave to notch service like Jade.

I needed my blood drawn fast because I was two hours away from the nearest military base. I Called multiple lab places and no one had the time to fit me in. My doctor had tried to draw my blood to no avail and I was blessed enough to find ANY LAB TEST NOW- Who drew my blood instantly on the first try/stick ( i’m a very hard stick ) and they then had it centrifuged for my Doctor. Both my doctor and I are grateful to them! Michelle provided me excellent customer service And Maria ( The phlebotomist) Did an exceptional job in drawing my blood on the first try. Both ladies are a great asset to the company. Believe me when I tell you that Great customer service is not dead but very much alive especially in places like this. I highly highly recommend This lab which is also super affordable .

Went here to have specialty labs drawn that my doctor ordered. As that lab company pays for the blood to be drawn, I am only reviewing the blood draw service, not the prices or other offerings at ALTN. The phlebotomist was incredibly efficient and skilled at drawing blood. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Overall very good experience. The office itself is kind of small and not overly appealing.

I went to this place to have my fingerprint for the first time and I was surprised by the attitude of the front desk attendant, she was the only employee in the place. She was a young lady with a blond hair and no badge .At first, she asked me to fill the fingerprint application and then to print the same information which was supposed to be printed by her just because apparently she did not want to do her work.She did not check my information in her PC and there was a mistake in my name in the application which she has already been submitted. Imagine that after I made a payment of 99 Dollars, she asked me to pay the amount again to make another application and told me that there is no other choice to correct my name. I called the background check services and made a correction to my name without paying a Dollar!!!! Such a non professional, non respectful, and non responsible attitude. I had a terrible experience Today and I have never been treated like this before. I hope that the management will be aware of this problem and improve their costumer service. Otherwise, I strongly recommend to stay away from this place.

Giving two stars specifically for pricing! Quoted the same exams in other similar type of labs and somehow Any Lab Test Now was simply three times more expensive than the other two labs. I cant say anything about the services, agility in providing the results, etc. But I was very disappointed with their pricing.

Left work to come here. The open sign was out and the lights were on, but the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. Waste of my time.
