I cannot thank the Pelazzio Reception Venue enough for hosting our wedding! From the decor and the lighting to the food and overall ambiance, our experience was exceptional. Also a special shout-out to our photographer, Amy Patterson!! Her photos and assistance with the entire wedding was phenomenal. She made sure that my entire day ran smoothly and helped facilitate the event as well. Im very grateful and highly recommend the Pelazzios service. Their all-inclusive service makes for an easy, and cost-affordable wedding planning process.

I had my wedding here on 3/19 and loved everything about it! It was pure elegance. I had my ceremony in Tuscany C and Reception in Tuscany A and everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive to the guest and I also had another guy constantly checking to make sure everything was going smooth.. sorry I forgot his name. The food was EXCELLENT!! Kristina is the best! Thanks for making my day very special❤️

I got married in December 20, 2020 and celebrated in Pelazzio and I loved everything about it. The ballroom is a beauty, the photo booth was phenomenal of how the pictures came out, everyone in my party had a great time. The food was so satisfying to everyone and Im so glad that Kristina was the indicated person that turned out to help us because she was amazing towards getting us the best services and making sure well be happy at the end of everything. Thank you all that work for Pelazzio and helping couples like us shine at least if is for that one special day...

My original wedding date was on 4/26/20 and was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I finally got married on November 29, 2020. It was everything that I had hoped for and went beyond my expectations. All the staff was kind, considerate and very professional. The Pelazzio Reception Venue was the best decision me and my husband could have ever made. That night was a dream come true with this amazing all- inclusive venue. I truly recommend them!!

I was married at the Pelazzio on 4/2/21 and it was truly one of the best experiences of my entire life. The venue was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The staff was amazing and super accommodating every step of the way. Kristina even helped me fluff my dress right before I walked down the aisle. She was a complete doll! Almost a month later and I am still on cloud nine!! Amir (the photographer) and Joseph (the videographer) were fantastic! Amir is a true artist with great attention to detail and managed to capture the spirit of my husband and I, our families, and our friends every step of the way. He came up with lots of great photo ops utilizing the venue and provided us with top quality photos. The entire staff was great with our wedding party and all of the guests, and truly exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend Amir and the entire Pelazzio staff enough. Couldnt have asked for anything better!!!

OMG!!! Amir is terrific... We had originally moved around our wedding and was working out town. The deadline had past and we didnt get a chance to order anything. We got married in 2018 and now finally settled in our first home.We contacted Amir and he was able to look thru their archives and found all of our pictures... The photo booth too! Now we can have professional pictures from our special day!!! Please give this guy a raise!!!!

Darren was our videographer and he is PHENOMENAL to work with. He made sure to get every moment and pieced it all together to make a stellar final product. We are so happy with both our photos and the video service that we received. If you are able to have Darren, please request him.

I will try and keep this short. Our wedding experience with the Pelazzio was absolutely magnificent and amazing. The hall is breathtaking. Our wedding coordinator was on it. He kept us abreast of everything. Not only did he email us about our upcoming nuptials, he called as well. The hall is beyond beautiful, from the chandeliers down to the bathroom, everything was glorious. Yall and the food was delicious too. The hall was setup two days before our nuptials. And when I tell yall it was beautiful, it was magnificent. It went beyond what we expected. The DJ has now become our all-time favorite DJ now. He never missed a beat. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Did I mention that its all inclusive?! DJ, food, decorations, cake, decor, open bar, and wedding coordinator is all included.

As a guest, it was super nice that the reception and ceremony were next door so we didnt have to drive anywhere! Decorations were okay. At first glance, everything seemed fancy but after closer inspection was more on the cheap side. The steps to the stage needed a new paint job. The stage was wrapped in a fabric that looked like someone just threw it together. But overall a nice wedding.

Great space to lease for your event, it could be for a wedding, birthday party or baby shower. The service was great and the staff were very professional.......Decorations were also very pretty.

Absolutely beautiful.We had our wedding July 10, 2021 and wouldn’t imagine having it any other place. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding came out. Food was delicious, decor was beautiful and staff was always one phone call away. A huge thanks to Ana for helping us out through the whole process. We also just received our photos and they’re so beautiful, our photographer Amir took photos of every single detail, we truly appreciate him and his lovely work. We also added a videographer and we can’t wait to see our wedding video (I’ll update with his name, it’s been two months and It slipped my mind). Amazing venue went for my sisters anniversary. This place was beautiful and the food was good as well... This is a good venue to have ur special moments.

My husband & I had our wedding reception at the Pelazzio on 12/2. They seriously went far & beyond, making it a very very memorable night! My guest loved the way the decor looked & the food! The staff was seriously a 10/10! Throughout the night everyone would check on my husband & I to make sure that we were taken care of & that everything was going as planned. The photographer was incredible & so was the event manager! The Pelazzio exceeded my expectations & I’m so glad that we choose them to hold our reception. The cake was incredible! It was seriously an amazing night that I will never never forget! THANK YOU!

Beautiful venue for a wedding

Beautiful place!! Went to a wedding there. Decor was beautiful. Servers were gracious and attentive. Food was excellent. Photographers were rude and cocky. I think they forgot they were at a wedding.The exterior is nice and clean with plenty of parking.It’s a place I would consider having an event.

My cousin had her wedding here and it was nothing less than spectacular. I highly recommend this place for weddings. The servers were extremely attentive, the bartender was making good drinks and they kept the bathrooms clean.

I had my wedding here. Probably one of the most affordable places for beautiful weddings and flexible payment plans. Just a heads up, they expect you to have your own coordinator for the ceremony. And try to provide your own microphones or ask if you can use theirs, because no one could hear our vows or prayer. Other than that, it was gorgeous, and the DJ and Photographer went above and beyond for us at the reception. The food was very good, and the bar was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. I had the time of my life!

I had my wedding at the Pelazzio on June 19th, 2021. We were beyond pleased with how everything turned out. Our family and friends enjoyed everything as much as we did. The food was great and a big hit. The staff that helped assist with the catering was fabulous! We received so many complements on the venue, cake, dj and the over all day! We had Paul Olson as the dj date he was great, all of our family and friends were on the dance floor the whole time! We had Kaveh as our photographer and he was outstanding and our photos turned out GREAT! I highly recommend booking with the Pelazzio and having Kavah as your photographer!

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Pelazzio! The rooms were gorgeous and the all-inclusive paradise package included almost everything we needed. Wedding planning was so hard, but I can’t imagine how much harder it would’ve been if we had to find our own photographer, DJ, baker, limo, catering, bar services & even more of the decor/florals. Basically the only vendor we needed to shop around for outside of Pelazzio was a florist for the bridal party bouquets/boutonnières!Our wedding coordinator at Pelazzio was Kristina Shell and she was so great at making our day run smoothly. She took care of anything we needed and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process! Kristina is the best.Lena Sharifat was our Pelazzio photographer for the wedding day and our engagement shoot. She is super sweet & great at what she does. I highly recommend her!Paul Olson was our DJ through Pelazzio, and he was also great. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Paul kept the schedule running correctly and kept the crowd having fun all night.The waitstaff & captain during our wedding were also fantastic! Everybody we encountered from Pelazzio during our wedding was very helpful and kind.We 100% recommend Pelazzio for an almost completely all-inclusive wedding venue!

This is a very nice venue. The wedding and reception/party was awesome.

Lovely venue with friendly staff. Great wedding and reception. Parking lot is huge so be prepared to have a but of a walk. Valet set up but no one attending.

Venue is nice and the decor was nice. The two things that was frustrating was the photographer did not show until the wedding started. He said it was a mix up In times he wasnt aware of the service times. Therefore I did not get photos before or as I was getting dressed or my girls. That was a disappointment. He fell asleep several times during the reception my guests was telling me he was asleep in the chair in the back we should check on him. The event captain I saw her once and that was it. So please have someone there to run around for you to find staff with answers because we were scrambling and trying to find answers to things that needed to be done.

I dont recommend it, idont have a good experience, start with the limousine was terrible experience, the music or dj was awfull,the way the salon experience almost everything was bad😔

I loved this place. It was beautiful and they were professional. The food and music was good. The decorations were lovely and very tasteful. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. The roast beef was dry and it was freezing. I mean everyone was uncomfortable because it was so cold. We asked the staff to adjust the thermostat several times. They said sure, of course but never did it. Other than that my niece chose a fabulous venue for her wedding and reception.

Wedding was decorated beautifully! The food was good, and the DJ was awesome!! It was a beautiful day!!

I am so glad I chose the Pelazzio venue. Due to the pandemic I had to postpone and reschedule my event. My coordinator Kristina was very professional throughout the entire ordeal. I had my dream wedding and everything was amazing. The venue was clean, decorations were lovely, and the food I selected was delicious. The two people who I truly would like to applaud is Amir the photographer and Jose the videographer. They did a fabulous job of capturing my precious memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life. It was definitely worth the money, and I have no regrets.

The different packages they offer also makes this venue a one-stop shop if that’s what you’re looking for.With that said, the thing that really made our already-special day so exceptional was our photographer, Amir! Amir went above and beyond what I would assume to be typical photographer duties. He helped us pose to get the best pictures and also helped us through every stage of our wedding. He essentially acted as our wedding coordinator. Definitely recommend his services for any of your photography needs!

Our wedding was 05.10.19 and one of the best days of my life. As a bride you dont get to really see your vision come together until you see the pictures. Because on the actual day, everything goes by so quickly. From the time I took my first step descending the stairs to my father I was in awe. It was more than I imagined and my guest as well. But the icing on the cake were the pictures. I gave Amir ( awesome Pelazzio photographer) a few must have poses and he executed them wonderfully. The pictures tell the story and capture all the things I missed the day of.

Its a very professional and very sweet people! Made my special day perfect! The photographer that works with them did an AMAZING job I would recommend this place 100% and affordable!!

Please DO NOT choose this place. I was given a price by Liz Schuman, then another price by another employee. When I questioned the price they immediately sent me to a Supervisor Mandi Wilham who literally made excuses for them and said it was a mistake, when it was clearly on an estimate. I called to speak to Liz and she actually picked up the phone and I heard her pass the Phone to another girl in her department. I was furious because all I wanted was The original fair price that I was given while conversing with Liz. Liz sent me an estimate totally different from we spoke about. The Supervisor sent me a way more expensive and with an attitude of well take it or leave its the price and thats it. I even have it written on an email basically stating her employees did nothing wrong. Also, if the call is being recorded like Mani told me then I should have been notified BY LAW THAT IM BEING RECORDED and I wasnt. Not unless its another lie. Also, I asked so many questioned and Liz was getting frustrated with me. Also, Please make sure to look at your ESTIMATE. They charge gratuity which is fine but then a tip fee for the waiters of $60.00. (Really) Lots of hidden fees at this place . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

After researching wedding venues within three different counties for my daughter, I have to say that Pelazzio Ballrooms is easily the most outstanding and unbeatable for the good value. This venue is all-inclusive for stress-free wedding planning and again an incredible, unbeatable value.Lizbeth is the first person I talked to. She is the most wonderful, friendly, personable person to talk to. She is a certified wedding planner and welcomed each and every question I had (which were many in pursuit of a perfect wedding). She has the patience of a saint and just an awesome person to talk with. (Lizabeth gave us so many good wedding tips and even the name of a wedding gown shop to check.)Erica gave us so much time when giving a tour of all of the beautiful facilities and she was just as wonderful and patient with my inexhaustible questions. She is also very knowledgeable, friendly and sweet.At Pelazzio, everything is straight-forward and transparent. There are no hidden fees. Their website gives prices for their customizable packages and besides their already good prices, there are usually discounts featured on their website as well.The services and vendors offered in the packages are of really good quality. An example is photography. The company/photographers they use are excellent and one gets the pictures quickly, copyrights included. Compare this to a very pricey photography service our friend used over two months ago at her wedding. She still hasn’t gotten her wedding pictures back (and is therefore holding up her Thank You cards...not good).Pelazzio has been in business for many years and they know how to do weddings right. For the beautiful ballrooms, the available decorations (pictures don’t do justice for just now gorgeous), the services offered (the menu is also outstanding), the stress-free experience, wonderful people to work with and the incredible pricing, we love Pelazzio.

The photographer Amir did an excellent job and captured the moments perfectly! Kristina who was my consultant was soo helpful attentive and patient through the entire process and my wedding turned out beautifully.

Table service was on point and maann!! The food was delicious we had a salad,mashed potatoes,skirt steak,chicken smothered with a very tasty sauce and the sauce had what I believe to be very small crawfish tails. If you can afford it book it.

A great place to hold a social venue. Was here recently for a quinceanera, place is clean and staff is attentive to peoples needs, spacious enough to accommodate large groups, and located in the heart of Houston at Westheimer.

The Staff at the Pelazzio did a wonderful job and made our dream wedding magical. From the very first meeting everything was organized. The food turned out wonderful. The cake vendor has a beautiful design however it seemed our cake was frozen prior because I had a hard time cutting the cake. The photographer took hundreds of photos without complaints.! The DJ was awesome as well. Kristina and Juan are outstanding event planners and would recommend this venue to anyone.

I had the opportunity to get married 11/17 at this wonderful venue. Which was super beautiful both building was decorated perfect. All the stuff was super helpful included the waiters they made sure all my requests was met. I had a pleasure to work with coordinator Karen and when I say she did an awesome job she did. Karen made sure me and the groom and family members was taken care of . All the vendors that was paired up with Pelazzio. Did a wonderful job as well. I am looking forward to working with Pelazzio in the future.Lastly the photo booth was a big hitAlso your bar attendant did a wonderful job both was a big hit.

We had our wedding on 03/13/2020 at the Pelazzio. We used the Tuscany A ballroom and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend using this venue if you are trying to have a beautiful event at a great price. I couldnt be happier with the venue and our event specialist, Kristina.The only recommendation I would make is to provide a different room for the bridal party to get ready in. It was kind of difficult to have everyone in the conference room getting ready together but we managed!Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding a great event!-The Moutons

Im so happy I chose this venue for my wedding ! They have been an extreme blessing during this pandemic. We were unable to have our wedding that we booked because of the Coronavirus shut down. I was very stressed an concerned about my big day but Pelazzio took care of me and my fiance. We were given a new date at absolutely no cost and they made the entire re-booking process so easy for us. On July 21, 2019 @ 3pm my Daughter had her wedding here. The venue was very beautiful. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, caring, and had real smiles. the food was very tasteful and delicious. The bartender was excellent. The wedding coordinator Ms. Karen was very awesome she went over and beyond to make their wedding very memorable. I want to thank the cameraman for being so patient with the wedding party from start to finish and you Rocked it. Pelazzio Team take a bow because you truly deserve it. Happy Mother of The Bride.

My journey to find the perfect wedding venue started in August of 2019. I was born in Houston, but moved to Baltimore so I only had one weekend to pick a venue. After going to 3 different venues we finally went to Pelazzio and were WOWed by Juan Artavia (a former wedding specialist at the Pelazzio). He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my fiance and I. He was the main reason we opted to go with Pelazzio. He listened to our concerns (finances) and was able to help put our minds at ease. He assured us that we would get everything we wanted and more at an affordable price.We also opted for this location because of the all-inclusive approach. We were able to get our photographer, cake, and DJ all in one place. This is a major plus for out-of-state brides or brides who simply dont want to exert too much energy when planning the big day.My event manager was Kristina. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is incredibly efficient and kind. She answered all of my frantic emails and made sure that I was taken care of right up until the very last minute. During my banquet order meeting, I was incredibly late (late flight) but Kristina reassured me and our meeting went as planned with no glitches.On the day of my wedding on 9/6/2020, the photographer Amy Durbin arrived early and was incredibly sweet throughout the entire day. There was a ton of family drama (typical for weddings LOL), but Amy was able to capture beautiful moments that I will always treasure. Anna was also on had to assist Kristina and she was just as phenomenal. We didnt have to lift a finger the whole night. She was attentive and made sure that we ate. I cant sing her praises. The banquet manager (I cant remember his name) but he was fantastic as well.We used the DJ that Pelazzio provided and DJ Paul Estrada was GREAT. I highly recommend him. He was able to read the crowd and adjust the music as needed.The only mishap that occurred was with an upgrade that my husband and I purchased. We wanted the Dancing on the Cloud fog machine. Unfortunately, the fog was not as picturesque as we would have liked. Kristina and the Pelazzio team has assured us that they will work with us to rectify.All in all, I would highly recommend this venue for your events. The team here takes great pride in their work and will ensure that you are satisfied.

My Son and his Bride had their wedding here. 11/17/19. Everything was beautiful from the venue, to the set up, to the photography. Things flowed smoothly. The presentation of the venue, the food, the bride and groom was stunning. Their package included an open bar which met everyone’s tastes. The Pelazzio even threw in a photo booth as a gift for the couples wedding where everyone had a lot of fun. My Son had his own DJ which added to the smoothness of the celebration. But everything fell into place. We were very pleased and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. They have several venue rooms that can be customized to whatever “look” you are wanting.The price is reasonable for the venue and the services that you get which are all inclusive. The wedding was on a Sunday as they offer some of the services at a discounted rate on Sunday as well as some extras.

I had my wedding at the Pelazzio last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Kristina was my wedding coordinator and she was awesome. She was able to give me the wedding I dreamed of. There was not one flaw! Everything I asked for The Pelazzio and Kristina was able to deliver. Also, Ahmir was my photographer and hes by far the best. Ahmir was hired through the Pelazzio and he did both my engagement photos and my wedding. From start to finish I had the best experience with the help of Kristina, Mandy and Ahmir. Very nice venue for any type of events. Currently, planning a 50th Birthday as we speak. After the event, I will update service, staff, food and the over all planning.

I got married on 9.15.19 at the Pelazzio. My event manager Kristina did an amazing job keeping everything on time. My ceremony was a small one that was only surrounded by my close friends and family. The decorations were beautiful. The food was amazing and hot. Everyone enjoyed themselves and couldnt stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Kristina had me laughing toward the end when she tried dancing with me. Lol! I loved her energy and I loved what she did for me. I want to thank this woman personally for all the hard work she did in making this celebration a special one.

Pelazzio did an wonderful job for my daughters wedding last weekend. They really took care of everything. It was absolutely beautiful! So many compliments from the guests! I cannot rave about our wedding banquet manager, Kristina enough. She was amazing!

I recently used this venue to celebrate my daughter’s quinceañera. Let me say it was a great experience! Very customer friendly and focused on great customer service. I highly recommend asking for Erica Mejia & Karen Martinez they are the best! so professional and friendly. I am definitely using them again.

The staff here were really nice. My friend had his wedding here and the venue was nice as well. I dont know anything about process but they have several rooms that they rent out and decorate per your needs. Seems like a really run operation. Photographer was a guy (cant remember his name) but he was great. Stayed longer than expected and worked with the wedding staff.

Deciding to use this all inclusive venue was the best decision we could have made for our Ceremony & Reception. Before finding Pelazzio, I was super stressed by caterers trying to get over and take advantage of us with hidden fees. Kristina and the team at Pelazzio really put our minds at ease. All pricing and packages are strait forward.1st, the contract process is very thorough and detailed, however decisions about the details of our big day were made early on. So be sure to have an idea about how many people you really want to have at your wedding and the type of bar you want to offer to your guest. These things will be set in stone in your contract. Of course you can add things but taking them away will not be an option. After the business is out the way, you get to work with the banquet lead! As I mentioned before, we were paired with Kristina! She really took special care with our ideas and had so many cost effective solutions. Our wedding night went off without a hitch! Everything from flowers, decor, staff and food were in perfect order. Even their photographer, Amir was personable and dedicated to getting really awesome photos. Our guest still can’t believe how beautiful the main ballroom was! Pelazzio really aimed to please! My husband and I found the cheat code to wedding planning. It’s Pelazzio!

The Pelazzio staff are all amazing and so helpful from the planning process to the wedding process. Everyone complimented how smooth the wedding went. Our banquet manager Luis, our DJ Paul Estrada and Photographer Lois were all awesome and well experienced. Pelazzio took care of our big day and we could not ask for a better venue.
