Horrible customer service, the man was rude to my 7 yr old daughter. He acts like he is on drugs. No respect, plus no choices because everything is broken. Edit: pointing at my husband is not polite, he is a customer and so is my daughter. You made her cry.

I called with the intention of renting a moonwalk for my grandson but when i called the younge lady that answered the phone told me to callback because she was on the phone with her boyfriend. I went in person and was ignored until they looked up from their phones.

I really appreciate this business for there services,only because I was really nervous about renting a waterslide for my birthday and didnt know what to expect they were professionally prompt from the moment they arrived to drop it off to the time it was being picked up I would definitely recommend this business to any of my family or friends...thanks to them my grandbabies had a blast & my Birthday party was a success

Anyone know how much is the mechanical bull?? I went to their website to find the price but all there was was a description of the mechanical bull

WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!!!!The guy that came install the waterslide had a bad attitude didn’t do the things correctly gave my mom an attitude I had to call them again to come down and fix the waterslide because it was not installed properly. I would not recommend to friends and family poor job poor customer service. I always go to the same people that I rent My waterslide but unfortunately that Saturday they were booked otherwise I would not have this bad experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is literally my first review ever writing but I had to due to it being so bad. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. The guys who delivered my moonwalk, chairs and pinta were so rude. I called their manager and nicely informed him. He just laughed and said ok, no sorry about that. Really unprofessional. My pinta was already falling apart and the chairs/tables are in bad shape. If you go here you will have a super bad experience.

Weve rented from them twice, and it was quick and easy. Still a five star, by make sure you have them set up your bouncer on a flat surface. The front office staff are very friendly. We always get what we want. The staff is very patient.

The staff was friendly. The service was on time. The rentals were clean and sturdy( I rented the moon bounce along with tables and chairs)and pick was prompt and timely. Over all i had a great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been going to the place for over 5 years. I have two boys and they have catered the parties with the tables, machines & moonwalk. I referred them to my sister who lives literally across the street to me & her party started at 2pm! Its 1:30pm and they have yet to arrive! Never ever ever again will be going back to them! I will never refer them either. There are so many people who do what they can, so I will just go with someone else! Im extremely pissed bc the tables are not here & we are planning to put the decorations on the table, the desserts & other stuff!!!!!

This place has horrible sevice. The woman did not want to help us she was very rude she spent half the time on her phone she had terrible customer service skills. She didnt want to show us the sample slides she was very lazy and she didnt want to help us. She had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. I wish I can give a half a star. The people you hire are a resemblance of your business and she made them look bad. Never going here again.

Didnt get 5 because I had to call for my deposit refund. It was supposed to be refunded on Wednesday. When I called they said that they had tried calling me and left a message. (Not true) But other than that, it was a great experience. Will definitely use them again. But next time I will call them on the day they are supposed to give me my refund.

Their location is never open 8am like they say. Terrible .

Stay away!They were 45minutes late. Had to call several times to see how much longer, each time it was always 10-15 minutes. They never called with an update after they said they would call back.Aside from the lateness, the bouncer/water slide we got was not 100% functional. The slide has an arch above it where the water drips so the slide can get wet. It seems they tried to repair the end part of the hose by covering it up with duct tape. Their solution didnt work causing the water to leak out and very poor water pressure.If you decide to move forward with them make sure they let you know they are going to be late, ask for a partial refund (we didnt get even though I asked) and make sure what you get is fully functional.
