The communication is sub-par. I didnt even go through with my rental. I had to remind Julio each time who I was on each phone call about my rental. Seemed as if he didnt write anything down! This is what ultimately lead me to cancel. Trusted my gut and went with someone else.

Omg if I could give no stars I would! These people didnt bring the moon walk until everyone left from the party !!!! I told them I wanted my moon walk early morning! I kept calling them and they kept saying they would be here in 10 min! 10 min passed and they still didnt show up!!! -_- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

Really bad service, they called a week before to cancel the hall because they booked twice. I said i couldnt cancel because i already had all invitations and decorations to that date. The day of event owner said he forgot about the party, got there until 4 and started cleaning the hall, my guests were there at 5:30 and everything was a mess still because we couldnt decorate waiting for them, the moonwalk wasnt set up, a/c hot and fridge and microwave not working, apart from that there was no security at door and i was charged for it. Really bad service as the owner was mad acting like it was our fault ge forgot he booked us that day.

I have to really bring it to you guys attention. The service was awful first of all because first I wanted a Barbie jumping moonwalk y’all told me that y’all had then get a call back saying y’all didn’t have it. So we said Kk we will go with the process moonwalk. On that Saturday 10-21-2017 I got a phone call saying that they was on they way to bring the moonwalk and that was around 10am when we had a time set for 2 pm. That was very inconvenient for us because we where not at that location at that time so we had to stop what we where doing to go and meet with you guys. Then you guys get there and the moonwalk is blue yeallow and Red with a slap on banner of princess. THATS NOT WHAT I ASK FOR!!!! That was so ghetto the moonwalk was suppose to be purple and pink. Y’all could of just said y’all didn’t have it! Don’t just take people money! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

We decided to rent from this place because it wasnt far away but they ended up being 2 hours late. The agreement on the contract said they would deliver at 11am . Beware of this place and how they do business.
