I have known David for 20 years and have done business with him on multiple occasions. I have found him to be exceptionally professional and easy to recommend.

These guys are dirty!!. They will over charge you for CAM. They also will charge you for stuff that they claim to have fixed when they did no such thing. They get away with it only because they have money and know it cost more for you to take them to court then it would for you to just pay your false charges. Dont ever rent from these filthy animals..

Very unprofessional. I didnt even get into a space with them. My broker submitted an LOI. Submitted directly to David Greenberg. David Greenberg contacted ME, directly with his response and continued to do so even after my agent repeatedly told him that all communication was to go through him. David Greenbergs initial response directly to me was borderline bullying. I see why the building I looked it was at about 20% capacity with month to month tenants who dont like to pay their rent and looked so ran down. He is completely unethical and unprofessional.
