Fast Eddies is the best place in owosso to get your oil changed. Ive been going for the past few years and they always take good care of me. I highly recommend it. If you go request a gent by the name of bob. He did an awesome job on my car and let me know of issues that i did not know about.

Bob took good care of me today as I popped in for my oil change. My oil was too dark. Bob took the time to explain his findings, the concern, and what the expectations for oil color are. He answered my zillion questions and I appreciate the education. Thanks to Bob for teaching me how to take prevention measures so this car drive as long as it can!

Bob was absolutely phenomenal. We came in with having some issues stalling and he hooked us up! The car is running 100% better and he explained what every step was for, and why he would recommend us. I know nothing about cars so it was incredibly informative too. Couldnt have asked for a better, more friendly person to work on our car.

My overall experience was amazing! Mike took the time to show me how desperately our new car needed an oil change and reccomended an oil flush. Then took the time to change the fuel filter and main cabin filter which was horrid! Then went above and beyond by checking our rear windshield sprayer which was not working and was able to get it working! Definitely going to be a returning customer.

Fast, courteous service. In the scheme of 10 min oil change places There are VERY FEW I trust (like 2) with my car (the 2nd largest investment I have) Fast Eddies is one of them.their people are trained, and managers know what they are doing. Prices are good and competitive. Plus you get your car washed. Latavis family pride and it shows.

Well they broke the end of my oil dip stick off inside the tube. After breaking the dip stick another tech went and found deck screw.. yes a deck screw to screw into my $40,000 car and still didnt remove it. After telling me that this is common problem in Chrysler vehicles, they informed my that they do not carry dip sticks and I was to pay for and fix their mistake. Which I did. Well thanks a lot. They had also ignored my request for a trans flush as well as a request to plug in a fog that is still simply unplugged, just above the skid plate they took off and put back. Dont go here onless you hate your car.

Car was extremely dirty, unknowingly I asked for the best wash they have $16.00 later I was so disappointed! Staff was not through and my car was left with streaks, dirt lines, and smudges. Not worth 16$ at all.

Not happy. Tried to get me to purchase the special which was $20 higher than I needed. Standard business ploy, I understand. As i review my receipt this morning, half of the things on my checklist show as checked or done that were definitely not! Lights not checked, wipers not checked, door hinges not even looked at, much less lubricated! I reset my oil light myself when I got home, although the checklist states it was done. So now I have to wonder if all the other things that were marked done/checked/full were really looked at. Two co-workers that I mentioned my irritation to stated they had both been unhappy with services here. Very disappointing.

I go to either the Okemos or Owosso fast Eddies almost everyday to clean my vehicles they have fast oil change and an inspection check they also detail cars interiors they have special pricing if you washes by the month or year

This place is great only because of their employees their always keeping us well informed and recommending the right stuff for our vehicles not just trying to sell stuff we don’t need like other places. They are fast and do a great job. The only recommendation I would make is to ownership to start treating their employees better. I have witnessed the disrespect and the countless memo’s hanging on the walls there, those shouldn’t be were patrons can see them and most are not in anyway the proper way to talk to your employees.

I went to get an oil change and the guy checking my tire pressure broke my valve stem. So I had to go to tire factory and waited over an hour for repair with tech. I had to pay for the repair. If you break something you should fix it and make it right. I got a $10discount. Had to pay 15 for valve replacement and my time. What a joke...if you dont care about quality and service or your vehicle this is the place to go. Last time for me ...lesson learned.

Service person was rude and I got the impression he didnt want to help me. Never was friendly during the experience. He basically told me before I even had a chance to talk that it was going to be near $70 for an oil change. When I asked why it was about $30 more than Im used to paying at other shops; his response was, This isnt other shops... You got that right. Ill go back to the other shops. Hope you guys can work on your customer service.

I have used the membership for about 6 hesrs and they do a fair job.The problem is the vacuums - this is the 3rd or 4th time that it takes my money just fine but the suction of these units is terrible! I will search out another place to do my vaccuming. I have let the people know this in the past and one of them just shrugged his shoulders and continued to enjor his smoke!I will usually bring in pizza or breakfast sandwiches for the workers as in my early days I worked at a car wash and know how difficult of a job it is for low pay.Sorry Letavis - all done putting my money in your vacuums for no suction!

My recent experience getting my oil change was night and day different from in the past. Ive avoided this location for several years do to high pressure sales tactics they used to employ. I decided to get my oil changed earlier this week and I was very pleased when they got straight to the point and didnt try upselling me anything. This experience has changed my opinion of Fast Eddies and I will be sure to return as long as I dont get pressured into buying anything!

You know whats crazy...Only been twice...Two different vehicles (truck/jeep) and years apart between visits. Neither vehicle leaked oil but they did after leaving. I will stick to doing it myself or dealerships.

I have always had good service and friendly people taking care of me. They will ask if you want additional service, that is standard. If you dont want it, dont get it. I use a full synthetic oil, and I understand it will cost more.

So they were a little less than an hour from me... completely in the wrong direction from where I had to go ..but THE BEST OUT OF MY WAY TRIP Ive ever taken!!!!!I was trying to sell my car and took one look at the interior and decided no way will anyone ever buy it!!!!I gave Fast Eddies 1.5 hours to scrub the coffee stains away and guess what???? They did such an awesome job I decided to keep it after all!!!Just kidding!! I sold it for the amount I was asking!!!!Thanks guys!! I love you!!And Ill be back with more!!!

The employ that welcomed me was courteous, and the 5 or 6 six other employees looked good standing there holding up brooms. With an empty building I got turned away from getting my car detailed.Only on tuesday or friday.Comeback on tuesday and get 5 dollars off. I drove out of my way to get my car detailed by them because it is a good deal. I asked if I could pay more, no is answer I got.Will I ever go out of my way to get any of my vehicles detailed here again? No I wont.

I just called to see if they do transmission flush and filter on my car and the person who answered the phone said I dont know, its not ringing a bell and told me to come in.they said they were too busy to help me. Dont answer the phone then. Unprofessional.

Got to have rock in your head go there, ask for just a reg oil change and got the ride of my life, they put most expensive oil they have and charge me $77.00 and that was for 6 qt. of oil and filter, the only good thing is they do have good car wash there!! Now I know why nobody is sitting there waiting to get in there anymore!!!The car dealer down road is a better choice,

I called before I went to see if they had any specials for a synthetic blend oil change. The manager said they had 10 bucks off a synthetic blend or 15 off full synthetic. So I came about an hour later. One of the associates helped me out and I told him about the coupon. He gave me a price of $47 after the $10 coupon. Then another associate went to ring me up and was asking for over $60. Then the manager came out and swore he told me I had to do a full service change in order to get that deal. It wasn’t communicated on the phone, nor did his associate have any clue about that (fine print detail). He was rude about it too. Finally I checked out at 57 bucks and was about to pull out. Then another associate said “that will be $54.Horrid communication. I’ve been to about 10 different oil change places and every single one had better customer service. Not even an apology. Won’t go back.

Had an oil change Saturday. Let my dog out very early Sunday morning only to notice an enormous pile of oil under my car. Idiots.

If I could rate a 0 I would!!! I got my oil changed and same day my engine blew. I was told it was because the oil change wasnt done properly. Never again will I go there. The car wash is ok but they will never get a penny from me again. Ive heard alot of other stories similar to mine. Worst place to get your oil changed hands down!!!!

Dont get an oil change here or any fast eddies. Place will screw you over. I normally pay 37$ for a 5w30dex oil change. The guy at fast eddies told me the equivalent to that was his gold blend. Charged me 57$.... never going there again. I reccommend you do the same.
