I recently discovered Office Evolution and it is a great option for a modern, professional, quiet and productive office space in the Westchase/Memorial area. My companys office has been closed since March 2020 due to Covid and I am working from home full time. I need an alternative office space at times for quiet or just a change of scenery. I tried out Office Evolution when I had a day full of conference calls - it is exactly what I am looking for. There are numerous options from a desk space, private office, day office, and conference rooms. I plan on using OE a few times a month to get away from my home office and give myself (and my wife!) some occasional peace and quiet. I highly recommend to anyone that is forced to work from home and needs a professional office option (my company will even reimburse me for a couple days per month). The location is convenient - right at the Beltway and Briar Forest.
We have been blessed with amazing experiences with Fritz Fowler at Office Evolution while in Houston. Our company is constantly hunting for team training facilities to accommodate groups of all sizes, and Fritz has made each experience exactly what we needed. We have enjoyed the ability to use private office spaces also. This is a top notch facility that I suggest all to give it a shot! You will not be disappointed.
Gosh I cannot say enough about Office Evolution except to say I am thrilled to have discovered it. As a business woman travelling the country I rely on temporary spaces such as these every once in awhile, and this one clearly sets the bar. Perfect location directly off the Sam Houston Parkway with plenty of great options for any type of space or budget you could possibly need. Clean and modern surroundings. The managing Director - Fritz Fowler could not have be more hospitable. This ones a keeper!
This 24 hour office space is amazing, you are able to come and go to fit the needs of your growing business. Having a great modern feel to the office space complimented with refreshments enhances your work environment.The most impressive resource is the ability to hire a small or medium size fully equipped board room when ever you need it.The management genuinely make you feel at home and are there on site should you require assistance.Highly recommended.
I love this location! Its one of the best office spaces in Houston. There is a variety of offices to choose from or even if you just need a work area/space to get you out of the house, its perfect. The owners are extremely personable and work very hard to make sure their clients are happy and well taken care of. They did a wonderful job decorating the space as well! I have used executive suites quite successfully in my career and always encourage entrepreneurs to take the leap of faith when they are on the fence about leaving their home office as in my mind, without question, having a professional base to work from enhances ones business in so many ways. This being said, not all venues are alike. In fact, and what stands out front and center to me about Office Evolution is that the owner, yes, the owner has an office at the Houston location. The owner in not in a conference room thousands of miles away or for that matter on another continent. This is a professional and friendly environment and is well thought out. (USB and power ports built into the conference room table and work desks etc) My journey from the easy to access visitor parking was pleasant. I take the time to mention this as I am now working with a firm in the Galleria area where parking is a real problem and definitely takes away from the visitor experience. I did get to meet with the owner when I was at Office Evolution as a guest of one of their occupants. Im the kind of person that prefers to go to for example, Tonys restaurant knowing that Tony, lives upstairs and always has an eye on the place. Similar feeling here. I hope you get the point. Office Evolution is worth taking a look at.
I have colleagues who office at Office Evolution and, on a recent trip to Houston, I needed a place to hang my hat. Office Evolution was a great day office -- welcoming space; plenty of wonderful amenities; ample, free parking; and staff to help you get set up and make sure that you are working productively. I will definitely come back when I need to park in Houston!
Hands down some of the best managed office space in Houston. The combination of a modern layout with all of the amenities you would need in an office; gives companies maximum value without having to sign long term leases. Its very clear the management cares about their clients and go above and beyond to make them happy.
A very inviting place to conduct business and hold meetings. They offer refreshments, snacks, and keep a clean environment. Bree is the Receptionist; she is absolutely amazing! She is full of energy, helpful, and is also patient with everybody that walks through the door.
Simply The Best!My time at Office Evolution has been more than I expected and nothing less of great! The private offices and conference rooms are well furnished and beautiful. The Center manger Bree & Fitz is always willing to accommodate me, and the community is very welcoming.

I am an employee at Marketing Logix. Our company has a designated office at Office Evolution. I love the professional, friendly atmosphere. We have the privacy of an office where we can close the door, but the friendly social setting in the shared kitchen space. Its a great place to conduct business. The owners are very on site and want to make clients happy.
I had the opportunity to work with Bree an the owner Fritz who were and absolute pleasure to work with. They run a Class “A” organization and accommodated all of my non traditional requests and I can’t thank them enough!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I worked with Fritz (Managing Partner) to tour the location. While I was working out some personal logistics, he let me try out the co-work space for a day. A professional atmosphere (but not uptight), plenty of open desks, plugs, fast wifi, and a nice kitchen set up. When comparing several locations in Houston, this one was the most affordable for the co-work option (so dont expect the bottomless soup and unlimited breadsticks option) but had everything that I needed. Fritz was willing to work with me, give him a call and he will do the same for you.
This place really is top notch and the manager Fritz is helpful and willing to do anything to accommodate. First class and 5 stars from me!!!

Fritz Fowler, the owner is great and is always willing to work. The offices are recent and are reasonably cheaper then competing spaces nearby.
Office Evolution (West Houston) provide us with a conference room for HyperJump Consultings month leadership meeting. The facility and hospitality were great. The room was comfortable. All the equipment worked well. Wifi access was easy. Bree, the office manager, made sure everything was taken care.

After spending almost 10 years with Regus, encountering many issues from invoice mistakes, many billing errors, telephone systems not working, business phones going unanswered, consistent turnover of management staff (at least quarterly) and I could go on and on.
