I was on the fence about getting acrylic nails again, but decided to go for it and went to Lotus. I showed them a reference picture that they posted on their Google page and the nail tech who worked on me (I think it was Rose?) did such an incredible job. I was so thrilled that I decided to go through with it- she was super attentive and paid such mind to the fine details. Felt like a million bucks when everything was done! Definitely recommend them, professional and fairly priced.

Visa is the absolute best! She’s consistently out-done herself with these designs. Truly a gem.

Best place I have ever been to get my nail done

Not the best mani/pedi combo I have ever had however one of the pricier ones. I usually avoid polish and opt to get my nails buff shined however it was a waste of money this time around. Nails came out just as dull as they started, cuticles still intact, nail ridges was not sanded and smoothed. The staff were friendly however I cant recommend this location for the quality of service.

Bottom Line – This place will scam you and add hidden charges everywhere. Pedicures for my wife and daughter on their mother-daughter date ended up being $70 when they quoted my wife $37 over the phone. Additionally, the polish came off of my daughter’s toes after a couple of hours because they did not apply it correctly on the first or second time when we went back (see photo...this is after only three days).Backstory – My wife and daughter went into Lotus Nail and Spa for the first and last time this past Sunday (6/2). My wife called and said that she wanted a pedicure for her and our daughter. They said it was $25 for her and $12 for our daughter because she was under the age of 13. After arriving and starting they told my wife that it would be $35 for her and not the $25 they told her over the phone because the $25 price was only the Monday-Thursday during certain hours price. So $37 became $47. Then they asked both my wife and daughter to pick out nail polish from the wall. They never told my wife that the gel nail polish she picked and the glitter one my daughter picked were more expensive. All of the nail polish is grouped together with no separation by cost or labels. They did not say anything about the extra charges until my wife received the bills. In the end, $47 became $70.After a couple of hours, the nail polish on my daughter’s feet started coming off because the woman did not apply it correctly. We went back the next day and they did fix it, so I give them at least that much. Unfortunately, they were just as bad the second time as the first. After three days the nail polish is coming off of her toes in different areas, because they did not apply it correctly again (see photo). The woman there said she was entitled to a refund for my daughter’s nails, which made us think this place might be redeeming itself. However, she told us that she did not know how to process refunds and we needed to call the owner on these days and between these times. We tried several times over the last few days to speak with the owner but were told every time that we just missed her—what interesting luck it seems kept having. So, we received no refund as promised.Maybe this place is good if you have some kind of coupon, but I would recommend you give your business to an honest company. Our issue with this place is not so much about the money, but the integrity of its employee. Help support honest businesses and go anywhere else for you nails.

Made my foot bleed and obviously messed up my gel manicure cause its all matte and tacky now.

I have been coming here for a year now and Anita does a fabulous job as do the other ladies! Since covid they have taken extra measures and clean everything. There are so much colors to choose from and so many different options for mani and pedis. I would make an appointment, because they tend to get busy during certain days and times. This is my go to spot!

This place is great! Came here as part of a wedding party. They made a reservation for us, were kind and courteous, on-time, and did a beautiful job with our nails. Plenty of space for a group (we were a group of 6). An awesome feature (that I haven’t seen elsewhere in the area) is that they provide fingerless gloves to protect your hands against the UV light when you do a gel manicure!Prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Thanks team!

I had just over an hour to use to my advantage after dropping my wife off for an event. I called Lotus Nails and they said they could take me right away. I paid for a pedicure with an extended foot and leg massage. The nail work was fine but the massage work was poor. The customer service was great when I first arrived but non existent when time to go. I think Ill look for a different place next pedicure.

I love this place. Karen is amazing & everyone is friendly. Everything is sterile & clean. They have a large variety of colors and I usually go with Karens suggestions. Getting an appointment is easy & under the new ownership everything is up to date and high tech. Never disappointed.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and they do an incredible job. I’ve been coming here for a few months and love the service they provide. I brought all my bridesmaids and family here before my wedding and everyone raved about what a great nail place it was. Definitely recommend.

Exorbitant $70 just for acrylic nails....that was too expensive guys. Lets be realistic here moreover the gel polish was not smooth! It was bumpy.at what price....$70🤔😏😫

I started coming here when I had a groupon to try the dip powder and Ive been coming ever since. These ladies always do an excellent job and are so sweet, greeting me by name every time. I always see Rose, she takes extra care to make sure my nails are exactly how I want them and if I ever chip one (Im rough with my hands) shell fix it, no problem. Overall really excellent salon!

My dip powder mani started to crack and lift after one week. I asked for them to be redone since they’re supposed to last for a minimum of two weeks and got total attitude from the nail tech.Refused to give me a discounted price. This was all after the nail tech decided to give me her opinion on what color to get, what she liked for my skin tone, giving me attitude after I chose the color I wanted. An opinion would’ve been great.. if I asked for it.Too much chatter and opinions from the techs at this salon. Many of them lack professionalism and while the pricing is competitive, nothing else is.

I saw Rose today and she did the best job on my nails!!! Best my nails have ever looked. I’ve definitely found my new salon!

BEST in town! Visa has been my nail tech for almost 3 years now and I enjoy her company just as much as the services. I believe they are offering specials currently due to being under new management (congrats Visa!!!) so I would take the chance to try it out! Beverages are offered and the nail color choices are very broad ranging from neutrals to popping colors. If you are looking for a place to relax, this would be it. Their location doesn’t get better than right next to Starbucks and UPS, Cleaner’s and across the street from another shopping center. Waxing services are also great and the waxing room is very well lit to ensure the service is done right. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel at home when you walk in the door.

Tipping nails didnt last I went to get some fix and by the next day they fell off. I really liked the people there very nice .however, wont be back.

Honestly this place is amazing I’ve been to almost every nail salon around here and this tops them all! I’m a new mommy and I don’t have much help so my little girl goes everywhere they were so accommodating to me and kind they were playing with her and occupying her to avoid a meltdown I love this place won’t be going anywhere else.

Update:Management reached out to me after hearing about my experience. They asked if they could have chance to make it right so I obliged. I went back to Lotus and they completely redid my gel nails for free. Visa did a fantastic job. It seems they had a faulty product which is no fault of their own.(I have been getting gel manicures for years and they have always lasted at least 3 weeks. This is the first time the gel polish started peeling off after 3 days. I am so disappointed in the quality of the service.)

Had dinner nearby and checked out this nail salon for my wife. They staff was highly professional and friendly. The ladies in their getting their nails done seemed really happy and I will be bringing my wife here for next mani pedi!

The salon is under new management and it is beautiful! Ive been going to Theara for over a year after following her from another salon. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and can fix any nail issue. I love the variety of colors they offer for gel and SNS.

So far, so good.....made a last minute appointment for a fill with Visa. I wasnt expecting to get in as quickly as I did, same day. Going back for a pedi tomorrow and Im sure she will not disappoint. Lets just say I am very meticulous about my nails and Visa did not dissapoint. Best part is she is a 3 min drive from work. Yay!!

Walk ins welcome? Yes until you sit down & they try to sell you other stuff & offer you a drink and then realize you have a groupon. The whole staff talks in a foreign language & then one person comes & talks to you like you just stole something & that you arent worthy. You need to make an appointment, coz you have a groupon. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. I didnt get a chance to get any service so regardless of what anyone says- thats 0 starts from me. Add the whole attitude where you arent the same special guest you were before you mention you have a Groupon, thats negative points. Needless to say- will never set my foot in there again. Thank you, Groupon for the great customer service & giving me a full refund! And shame on you Lotus spa! Boo. It’s called a social conscience. Be kind & respect everyone.

Went to this place for mani, pedi and waxing without an appointment. They were so nice to fit me into their schedule right away. LOVED their customer service. Theara did my mani and pedi (love the time she took to give me a massage and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Vera did my waxing...went smooth without any stress!!! Love the place! Definitely recommend!
