The office is always busy. Anytime i call for assistance, I always the automatic services. Plus, they will money off your credit card without your consent or permission. Hint: the card they money from was not the card on the account. Ive tried to really work with this Regus Company. ve always came in at the end og the stick. Never have I had an office company that was of this unprofessional, non responsive, underhanded. I was better off having an office at home- they ask you to pay over 100s of dollars to use the facility 2x a month??. You still have to pay for meeting rooms; although theyre suppose to be covered under the contract. Just so unsatisfied. #sadDay

There is a lack of accountability for failure to provide quality service. Be careful when ending your lease. You may suddenly have an influx of fees you did not agree to appear on your statement. You want be able to get a refund of your retainer until the final invoice is paid. They will hold your retainer hostage in order to get payment on fees you did not agree.Ultimately, I had to pay fees I did not agree to in order to get a portion of my refund back.

I went in to try a day office and I must say I wish my company was ready for a permanent office because the entire staff is spectacular. The billing system was direct and easy to handle. Larissa is the manager there and I would trust her to run my business. Five Stars all the way.Theyll put a smile on your face, anyday.

Larissa Stone is the apparent manager of this place. I have had nothing but issues since 2018 with billing and mail being rejected. After bringing this up to Larissa, I was told I will be taken care of. After months of waiting for a resolution, she will not even reply to my E-mails or take my calls. Very unprofessional.

Stay away from this place. I signed a virtual agreement for an office and was signed up for auto pay. The first month it worked with no problem the second month Regus did not charge my card I was waiting and nothing happened. I contacted the WILLBROOK center and they could not help. I contacted the Corporate office and they told me to call the local office. Today I went in and the manager of the center Larissa Stone told me I need to prove that the card didnt go thru on my end by getting something from my bank. Funny BECAUSE I USED THE SAME CARD THE SAME DAY TO MANUALLY PAY BILL ONLINE!! SO NOW IM CHARGED A LATE FEE THAT I CANT GET BACK. HOW CAN YOU GET CHARGED A LATE FEE ON AUTO PAY?! HOW?! REGUS IS UNETHICAL!
