The Leasing Agent, Hank and Property Manager, Doran are awesome. They cohesively worked together to help their tenants and get the job done. I truly appreciate all their help and attentiveness.

Boxer has its ups and downs but the property manager Doran is a huge asset to the property. She is always on top of the issues that occur on the property. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient which makes the 9900 building my preferred location.

I was relocated to this property due to Hurricane Harvey,Ive been here for about 8 months .I have nothing but great things to say, one of them being Andrea Casarez the property manager she has been great help ! She has been so accommodating to our training/conference room requests as well as helping us with small things here and there .The building itself is great very quiet and well maintained .As well as the other tenants they are very sweet and helpful,they have also helped us get business !

I appreciate the prompt response of the maintenance staff to our requests submitted either by email, or personal consultation with Ms. McVade.She always acknowledges all notifications of any issues we submit. If regular maintenance staff cannot address the issue, as with A/C repairs or major plumbing problems, she will notify us that an outside service company has been scheduled. She also follows up on the issues we submit – either by phone or in person to make sure the problems have been addressed.She is helpful with coordinating repairs so that our regular business hours are not interrupted.Having worked with her in the past, I was happy to have her reassigned to this property.Linda Riggs

My office is located at this location and I have to say the Im very happy and impressed with the management of the building. The builing is clean, looks nice both inside and out, plenty of parking. I have to say the property manager Hank Ngo did a fatastic job of making my relocation much more smoother than I couldve expected. Kudos to Hank!!! Very awesome guy to work with and very professional.

Small business owner was looking for a location for an office...went to two different location within boxer property....both agents were awesome Jessica and Sals...Signed my lease and ready to move in June.
