At first everything was amazing and they were so helpful, but then they get a call from Shawcor saying that there was a altercation between me and a security guard. When In fact there wasn’t because I didn’t even say anything to the man. He was calling me racial slurs and being so disrespectful to me on my first day and I didn’t even do anything for him to act that way. So it came down to them firing me and him being able to keep his job. When they called me to let me know I was being terminated they led with “Hey was there a altercation between you and a security guard?” ... “ well because of that you’re being terminated” . It’s discrimination and I’ve never been disrespected like that before and is honestly sad.

This company is great to work for! I’ve been with them for about three weeks. I sent my resume in. Vanessa called later and offered me a job a little over an hour from the house with good pay. She’s been a pleasure to work with. Any questions or concerns I may have she’s always quick to respond at any time of day. Me and my crew’s checks are always on time and our hours are always correct thanks to Ally. The plant that we were sent to, we worked at for a week then were put on hold for a week. Vanessa offered my crew and I another job about an hour from the house to keep us working until the job started up again. They treat their employees great that goes a long way in my book. I’ve never written a review on anything ever but this company deserves one.

I’ve been working with Enerstaff for about 2 weeks now and it’s a great company. I filled out an application and within a couple days I was on my way to take a drug test and the next day I was on site at my next job. Great company I highly recommend

This company used to be very good to work for but Shane and Ana are gone and the company has declined into a much less reliable company that will lie to you and not return your calls until they get into a bind and need someone. Look elsewhere for work. Do not recommend!

Be careful when going to work for this employment agency they really do not care for safety and when I tried to explain why I felt unsafe I got Im so confused !. Find a better staffing agency dont put your life in this ones hands.

I appreciate Vanessa, she promised me a position and I started the following day. I’m thankful for enerstaff and Vanessa for the opportunity.

The personnel at Enerstaff are very knowledgeable and attentive to detail especially Vanessa Pequeno, she was the site coordinator in charge of the personnel assigned to a project that I was performing while I was in the Houston area. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them for any future staffing needs.

I dont know why people are talking bad about this company. Vanessa was definitely a blessing for me ive been workin for them at Parker for about 4 months i have no complaints they even helped my boyfriend get a job as well. I recommend them.
