I got my nails done less than a week ago for my birthday and one whole nail fell off without doing anything to it. When we go there I was told to go sit with some girl so she could put my nails on and shape them while I waited for Anne to finish with my sister that came with me to get their nails done. The girl that was putting them on acted as if she had no clue what she was doing. Kept asking other works for their help or asking if she was doing it the right way. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But by the time we left it was very clear she does such a mediocre job. I was then sent to Anne and my sister was sent to the girl that was initially working on me. My sister hated the way her nails came out. Mine was okay or atleast decent by the time Anne was finished. I dont do any crazy work or strain on my nails whatsoever. They didnt even last through a full week let alone a weekend. They were done poorly and not even worth the price we paid. Not shaped or painted to our expectations. And by the 3rd day it looked as if they have been on for weeks and needed to be filled or redone.. We had 4 people come in and spent close to 300 dollars including tip with all poorly done nails. I expected to atleast get more than a okay job for the amount of money we spent. I wont be returning sadly. This was my 2nd time going. The first time wasnt the greatest either but I tried to give them a second chance since my other sister spoke so highly about them.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Came in 15 min before close today looking to get eyebrows and upper lip waxed. Upper lip came out decent but eyebrows look pretty bad. Uneven, have to pluck the rest of the hair she missed from the middle. I asked her to fix it and she begrudgingly plucked a few hairs and left a bunch. Will not be returning to her ever again. Still have wax all over my eyebrows and upper lip. Normally they put some oil/lotion on your wax spots and wipe it off to get wax off. Not her. Put some lotion on and called it a day. Very lazy work

I was a hopeful walk-in and B nails could not have been more pleasant. I was offered a delicious raspberry tea while Trinity took care of my mani/pedi. She was thorough, gentle and friendly.

Thank goodness, I found a great salon that does a wonderful job & can talk & joke around with me.. I love getting my healthy nails & pedicure by a business that actually cares about you! Big plus is they talk to each other & their customers in English 🙌🏼My Tech Salin was very nice & didn’t mind staying past business hours to do my pedicure. Thanks again!

Me and my mother stop to do our nails at B-Nails Spa it was a 1st time and have to say that one of the best places. The staff was nice. Lone did my mani was friendly and amazing, Bob (buck) did my pedi he was very nice, friendly and simply amazing. Trinity helped my mother, she was great as well, also friendly and my mother was very happy with the service she provided. Our experience at B-Nails Spa was amazing, the music was great. Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Went in for a mani & a pedi. The pedicure was amazing!! If I just got a pedi, I would give 5 stars! However, the manicure was sorely lacking! I asked for a gel mani as my poor hands/nails needed some love. Ann(I think thats her name) got the bowl ready to start my mani. She then asked if I would prefer healthy nail or a dip as my nails were weak & it would be better for them. I agreed & said sure. So, she just starts drilling & filing & dipping my nails! NO MANICURE!! I had hang nails, dry skin, uneven nails yet she didnt bother with any of that! For $40 I expected A LOT more! To make matters worse, two of the nails had cracked polish within two days! I went back in & asked her to please fix. She said it was cracked b/c I didnt want the dip thick & I am right-handed(the nails cracked were on my right hand). That is a sorry reason! I wasnt even working or doing anything for my polish to crack! Its now been a week & another nail is cracked & one is completely done for. She did a very sloppy, poor job all-around. I will not go back for a manicure. Also, she was not very friendly. She was kind of rude to an elderly lady who had come in. If shes the owner, I feel sorry for her minions!

Very welcoming! Everyone who works there is amazing very pleased with that usually when at nail places it’s not like this! Not to mention the beauty of the place is amazing!! And they are very safe. Oh yeah forgot to mention.. my nails are perfect! Was only going in for 1 boring color but the owner of store got me to add a few glitter nails and I dont regret at all:) this place is probably one of the best i have ever been to

Love this salon, they do a great job. Their pedicures are so much better than other salons for the same price. Anne really expects and receives the best from her employees and we get the benefit of their fabulous service. Anne, Kaylee, and Bailey are all great and Lon and everyone else are hilarious and do a great job too. You really get high-end service for bargain prices and not the stuffy snooty attitudes of the expensive salons. I have been going here for years and Anne and her hubby have really made the place excellent.

I have been coming to b-nails now for almost 5 years and I have never been disappointed, the service is the absolute best, Ann always does my nails and Bailey and Marley are the best with pedicures! Not to mention when I’m out and about I ALWAY get compliments.

I have been to the spa a few times now and they have earned a loyal customer. I get the healthy nails manicure and a pedicure with Claire and she is personable and professional and her work fantastic. The ladies there have a great rapport and make the time there fun. Read the reviews before trying them and I have to say I have watched them greet and immediately accommodate every walk in. No issues at all. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very nice salon, they get a 10 for safety . I got a white and pink manicure. I should of said something but it’s my first time there and I didn’t want to interfere with the service. My nails look ok but not what I was expected. My nails look way to thick for my liking, I believe it’s due to not being filed. I am used to gel topcop where it’s cured under the light rather than the dry by the fan. I will be soaking them off and have some else redo them. They cost 45 dollars, price is not a issue for me just as long as they are done right. sadly to say I won’t be returning, it’s very hard to find the right salon. The staff is nice and the customer service is great but they overall end product of my nails was unsatisfactory to my personal liking. I really wanted to give this a good review as far as my nails but I left there wanted to redo my nails, not a god feeling after money and time spent. Salon was not just for me :-(

I have come off and on for many years. Tuesday I took my Mom with me I was lucky enough to get Clair who is wonderful I have had her before and always does a wonderful job and she is very sweet. But my Mom ( which it was her first time going to B nails) had Bobby who didn’t do a good job she still had rough skin on her feet and he talked about a woman he wanted to date the whole time and my Mom was treating me and she upgraded to the deluxe he finished her feet 10-15 minutes before I had finished.

My first time going to get a pedicure and I was delighted with the great service they have! I enjoyed my time here I can’t wait to come back again:)))

I would not recommend this place the owner Ann is very unprofessional and mean to her clients. I spend alot of money for her services but she makes me feel like Im not good enough for her service. With everything thats going on with the virus I noticed that her place was open and I called and asked if somebody could take care of me they said everything was fine I drive there and she turns me away Like my money was not good enough pretty sad too because I was about to drop a 100 bucks on my nails at a time that I really shouldnt but needed self pampering. And this is not the 1st time either I have brought customers in to see her as well and they refused to come back because of her attitude. Deafly taking my services somewhere else would not recommend this place to nobody

Loved it. My daughter and I both got Mani and the Deluxe Pedi and we LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.

Walked in nobody even greeted me. I then sat and waited almost 30 minutes and ynobody acknowledged me while sitting or even had the courtesy to tell me a timeframe. So I ended up leaving without getting a pedicure. I’ll definitely be telling my coworkers and family to avoid this place at all costs.

When I first walked in, I was not impressed. First thing I thought was rude. Gisela was the first girl and her face showed attitude. She was rude and I was ready to leave. Lucy then took over and she was very kind and did great job. The only reason why I would go back is because of Lucy. The other girls I saw also had attitude. If you do go I reccomend Lucy otherwise not worth going.

They should change there sign that says “walk-ins welcome”! What a joke! Walk in and within 30secs are refused service! Was willing to do a full set Mani & Pedi and denied service?! Ridiculous how a new customer is greeted and denied service! Disappointing and won’t ever recommend them!

Do NOT GO HERE. Nail tech Abby did my nails and they were not only hideous and disproportionate, she left me in excruciating pain due to her roughness when doing my nails. She filed way too hard and cut them so low it made me bleed . How can anyone licensed work this poorly? I have never been so disappointed YUCK
