Ive been in Property Management for 20 plus yrs. And Im now to the point in my life, I need flexibility. Ive been mostly speaking with Earle. He is full of energy, and ready to get the process going, and will try and get you to work as soon as possible, and will work with your schedule. The process is worth it, I promise you. Ive only been on one assignment with them so far. The property was difficult, but Assistant Manager was so easy to work with. I also like the fact they have an online portal for your time card. I hope to stay with this company until I retire!

I have enjoyed 10 + years career in lease management before The Liberty Group. Ive been employed by the Liberty Group 2 years this fall. Kristi has been in my corner from day 1 interview. Her first glance at me was that of Confidence and Assurance. Impressed by her positive energy, I too became more confident of my purpose of being there and WE nailed the interview. With the exception of one occasion all my interactions were very pleasant with the staff. They were quick to respond to my needs and concerns. It really felt like they were working for me as opposed to the other way around. I would recommend anyone to them.

This establishment has helped me add more tools to my shed. The staff is very resourceful, professional, and kind. Being apart of the temporary staffing allows me to create my own schedule, but does not always mean there will be work. Its best to remain flexible and mindful with your earnings.

During the time that I shared with the Liberty group, I was always well taken care of to fulfill my obligations… in general I am very grateful and I have an excellent image of this company… thank you.

While temping with The Liberty Group, I was referred assignments by Arely, Kristi, and in seldom occasions by Joanna. All of them were very supportive and quick to find me a job. If anyone out there is willing to work and puts in the effort TLG can find you places to work for and send you off to a great start. Everyone that I communicated with was professional, courteous, straight to the point, and flexible around my standards. Should I need to temp (hopefully not, but!) again in the future, I am most certainly giving TLG a call again.

Arely was great! She helped me and was always checking up on me. The direct pay was immediate too, so I didnt have to wait for my pay!

They pay well and have nurtured relationships with many properties, investors, and vendors in multi-family. I’m writing this review to express my sincere pleasure working with “The Liberty Group” for the last 3 years, especially Kristi R. Her professionalism is above and beyond, she’s always on top of her game, it doesn’t matter if it’s weekend or evening or holiday, she always reply to my emails to make sure that every assignment is 100% confirmed. I worked for another agency before I joined The liberty Group, it was a joke!! It felt like kids running that agency.

I manage a Residential Property in Houston, and Liberty has been such a great vendor to us. Always sends us great qualified personnel on a short notice. The staff at the Liberty Office is professional and reliable!

I was undermined by the branch manager in Phoenix Arizona for a job, that she conspired Pamela Fitzsimmons, and maintenance supervisor at the muse Oscar, conspired against me to not get the job that I was offered two days prior, to them telling me Pamela that they are going in a different direction? This is after the fact, that Pamela found out through Oscar in which she asked me for his phone number, about me letting Austin know that my services were almost up with The Liberty Group, and Oscar stated to me that the Liberty Group would be getting $3,500 for my services, and it would be better for me to fill out an application online. Paula found this out, conspired with Oscar to get rid of me, from the job that I saw greatly appreciated of acquiring I have proof of everything I mentioned. Ms. Fitzsimmons, also held back my pay, in which I have proof of also. She is a vindictive person, its all about the money. Do not trust anybody in that agency I made them so much money over the year, and this is the thanks I get for doing so. This is not a lie, I have nothing to lose and nothing to gang. Just letting the people know what kind of people work for this company the integrity and character of these people involved you will never ever want to be around or associated with in your lifetime.

Did not pay me my last check, gave me the run arounds when they were the ones to have sent it to savings rather then checking, not looking in the system as usual. I input a whole new account so there won’t be no mishaps and as of right now they have not reached out after leaving many messages, nor do they answer my calls now. So unprofessional and the responses they give is to put the blame on you. They will never accept their mistakes. Tells you they are so rude and very much not organized.

Oh my! Where do I start? Liberty Group is one of the best temp leasing agency I have ever worked for. Krista is the most hardworking person I have met. I have been with this company since February 2018. She keeps to appointments and responds to emails quickly. The best thing I like too is I get paid every week with direct deposit. I am never broke! Krista always sends emails with weekly assignments and she works with your zip code making sure you don’t drive more than 9miles to work. Thank you krista for all you do.

Through Liberty group i was able to work with several communities and was hired on full time.

If you have any type of misdemeanor even from ten years ago do not waste your time and apply hear they will not hire you they judge you from petty stuff you did over 10 years ago even though I’ve had a clear record for almost 10 years.. I’m glad I didn’t get hired on because now I can get my record expunged and get a way better job

The Westheimer location in Houston, TXWas contacted by Carol King by phone. We discussed a position in HR and she stated I would be a good candidate but she needed to consult with the hiring manager Sheila M. Carol called me back the next day to set up interview with her and Sheila. After the interview I left both women message to send me the details of the role benefits and comp package, never received it. Call Carol a second time and left another message, still no response or email. Called again about the status of the interview and position still no response. Just awful to conduct business this way with so called professionals. I decided to follow up one last time after months have passed and finally spoke with Sheila and she stated the role was filled. Stop wasting people time by not following up with a simple phone called stating you filled the role with another candidate. Its a simple task to complete by either a phone call or email.

Please go to the Facebook website and you will see the rude email from Kristi. This is not the first time she has been rude I have other emails. If I could post I would.

I have dealt with Liberty on multiple levels from requesting temp help, Liberty assisting me on the executive placement end and also doing temp work through them. Kristi is amazing and really nice, Krista is awesome and I have always had great professionalism from them in every aspect. I would highly recommend them on every level!

I been with Liberty Group since I moved to Houston 12/2017, Krista goes beyond her duties to make sure she find me work because she knew I want to learn as much as possible about the apartment industry here in Houston. Shes absolutely great and wouldnt want anyone else!

Its a good company, excellent workers and secretaries are very nice. Arely is a helpful person, if improved they could contact more jobs that give 40 hours at least to the temp employees.

I have been using Liberty Group for a month now and they have sent me to a wonderful property that is doing everything they can to hire me asap. Krista has been so nice since day one. With her busy schedule she still manages to follow protocol and assign me to apts that are an easy commute with great hours. I currently get 40 hrs a week and Im accommodated each time I need a day or two off for personal time or vacation. Now the ladies that work in the front are super rude/ unprofessional but other than that everything else has been smooth sailing. The people that claim they dont get assignments or any temp to hire offers most likely are not good workers and go into work unprofessional and do not take pride in the company or themselves. These properties are looking to hire or someone the can hold onto for a while but you have to meet certain standards. Thanks again Krista for giving me work in this hard time and always checking in with me.

Dont waste your time. Very unreliable, will not return your phone calls and they never have work available. Fernando, Arely are definitely not the persons you want to communicate with. Star Personnel, Higher Priority are much better employment sources.

They are very sufficient. Every one is on top. The lady at the front desk is just really rude and made the atmosphere VERY negative.

Alan and Earl are always professional and willing to help however and whenever they can. I have never had an issue they werent quick and eager to address and resolve. I have been with the agency for over a year, and am very happy with the assignments made available. Im also happy to report, I have never had an issue being paid!

Liberty Group is a job placement agency in different apartment properties in the city of Houston. It is a very professional agency and in the year that I was working with them, I was very well served in my work needs after the pandemic in the that I was left without a permanent job. I have very good memories of Johanna with whom I contacted to work with the agency and the professional way with which she helped me at all times.
