Bare bones, pitiful organization with no HR department. The secretary/receptionist/gate guard might determine if you get to reach somebody that works in the admin, or sent to voicemail, which may not be returned by their recruiting personnel. Confusion does happen often here, during the on-boarding process. Overlapping office personnel, not communicating, with your recruiter as it should be done, cordially.I was told to finish the online process by a phone message from someone that was in the office in another department, unknown to me, when I had already completed the process the day before, on my PC, while at home, wasting more valuable time and gas to travel and park in a parking building nearby and to walk over to their office building. The orientation was conducted by the receptionist. The problems ensued further, when the receptionist/orientator, tells you the drug screen process is much faster than it actually was, later causing confusion and much delays making the wait difficult and with wasted time, bringing one down, instead of being upbeat about it, all going forward.The boot kick to the groin again, was when the account manager made up an excuse for not delivering her accounts’ first week employee paychecks. Nor did she appoint a lower ranking recruiter to make the trek out to Pasadena for that account on my first payday. Therefore, I didn’t get paid for the first week, after requesting the paycheck to be held in office. Poor communication and low morale continues, because the weak office personnel all decided to take off early for that particular Friday in August. So more delays happening, in their process of helping fresh employees out for their first week,making them money. They Get theirs.

This company conducts themselves in a completely unprofessional manner, especially during the hiring process. Also, they work with Amazon and do the staffing for that megacorporation and allow Amazon to continue to mistreat workers. Aerotek overworks their employees including commonly requiring six day work weeks. Your career is better served elsewhere.

I absolutely love Aerotek, I have always had a great experience. The recruiters are always cordial and explain the process in detail. I have used their services in New Orleans and Houston and always left the office feeling accomplished. Thank you for the great experience.

Great staff and very helpful when ever I was not happy at a job or I wasnt making enough the guy that always came to the rescue was Tomas. Hes a great dude to talk to and very helpful he doesnt give up on getting u the right job and making sure u are satisfied at that job thanks to him I finally got a great job with a very good pay and good benefits. Overall it was a great experience. The whole process went really fast, from when i submitted an application to when i got the job offer was a week. The recruiter ( Brittany) i spoke with was very professional and nice. Everyone else i spoke with were very helpful too. I ll refer them anytime any day.

Ive worked with Aerotek back at home in the Midwest excellent company, until I got to Texas. They were known to reach out and have some form of communication with you. I called and emailed my resume no response. I was told to ask for Brittany she didnt sound to welcoming being that Im not from Texas. Temp services in Houston are not good ones, Ill apply elsewhere.

The worst staffing agency to work for. They do not call you back and they give you the run around. Even when I walked into the office they seem to always have a meeting and you can never talk to anyone. I have left over 10 voicemails on recruiters phone and no one has returned my calls. It’s been 2 months and they have yet to reach out to me. Do not waste your time with this staffing agency. They do not treat you right and have no care to put you to work. Worst staffing agency in Houston.

Wasn’t a good experience, I ask for forklift job, was told “yes,” was given a job I didn’t ask for, changed the hours from 10pm-6am to 2pm-10:30pm not a forklift job. Check mailed out to someone address not my address “now “ having problems getting paid even though I gave direct deposit info. My opinion, Arotic sucks.

Worse experience ever had me waiting 3 weeks for a job that canceled on me then when I did find a job I was informed that I would be driving forklifts instead I was working outside breaking down crates last but not least I went 4 different weeks with my check being short i waited 3 weeks for my first check and when i called once a day they even blocked my number when all i was trying to do was see what do I tell my landlord about when my check would be in so if u plan on paying Bills this is not the place for u I went there this 4 times out of 3 months you are better off trying man power temp service

Aerotek has been GOOD TO ME!! From the beginning it has been nothing but a pleasure. My first recruiter Michelle was amazing, my recruiter that replaced her is awesome as well. Brittainny my recruiter is great, Gale is always on top of things and Morgan the receptionist has been great as well.. Any questions I have, if my recruiter is not available to answer them she makes sure to get the message to them, most of the time she answers them herself. I have been on the same assignment 2 yrs (well I left for a few months and returned like I had never gone anywhere) and have since been offered and accepted a permanent position with great benefits. I send anyone I can their way. As long as they have jobs that they can match you to, they will put you to work. I hate that others have not had such good experiences but I cans ay that Aerotek called me for a job when I was going through some things. I thank them tremendously for all their help.

They sugarcoat everything when you are working for them, but once you get dismissed and they still have to pay you thats when they stop answering your phone calls and emails. The company is not worth it. They lie about the pay and the hours are horrible and they are a waste of time. They are holding you back from a real job.

I have applied with aerotek several time and gotten the same careless response. They call and ask, could you please come in and interview. So I went up to interview than from there they would just give you the run around ive met with Jacob Williamson and Amin Gholami and they could careless. But when they are trying to find someone to fill a position they will blow your phone up. Absolutely the worse staffing agency Ive worked with. If you see a posting with aerotek do not waste your time. I hate that you spend your time gas and money to go thru the process hand them all your info and its left at that they seem like such a fraud. They would say they would call you but never do. Than you call them and they would give you the same story Everytime oh Im sorry the hiring manager with our client is out or they left or took the day off blah blah blah Amin Gholami should be fired from his position if you cant do your job or dont want to do your job than you should find a job you can do. He says hes been there 7 weeks I dont see him there much longer BCS he was horrible to work with. My advice do not waste your time.
