I am new to Houston and was looking for a part time job. I came across the agency name and decided to try it out. I am soooo pleased with the interaction of Anthony and myself. He did everything he promised he would do. He and the receptionist Jasmine were so helpful and professional. I am glad that I visited this agency. Kudos to these two that made me feel so at ease with this agency and the hiring process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency if you are looking for a job in west Houston. I love this agency. I am an office professional and this office treated me as such. I feel they always did their best to match me with an assignment that used my skills. Now I have a full time position and would not hesitate to call on them should I need them in the future. Highly Recommend !

I am posting this recent review as soon as I can. I never do this type of thing, but I thought in this case that it should be noted. Anthony is highly rated in these past reviews. Dont be fooled. The receptionist is highly uneducated. She claims she will contact her associates. Please do not be fooled by their lack of professionalism. They will tell you they are in the process of seeking out clients, preoccupied in meetings, etc., and then waste your time when you decide to follow up. Dont bother with this agency. It is a bunch of unqualified people that just care about a paycheck. Stay away.

Express was a little slow about calling me for an assignment if you want to compare it to the 2004-2006 economy. It was between one- one 1/2 months before they called me for a 2-day assignment. with a great company. I did so well that the company called me back twice. Almost two months later I was hired making a fantastic salary. The position is temporary, but the main thing is to be consistent, provide good work, and network. I dont think the company is racist... its only about one color in the business world... green.Also if you come to pick up your check on Friday, they have some great cookies!

This is a horrible and unprofessional(pretending to be professional, provided not everyone of their staff is unprofessional) office location to go and apply to, dont even bother wasting your time because you will regret it. They dont really find you a job and when they do, it is most absolutely lowest paying job, while they cut off larger sum for their own profit. They also unwilling refuse to match you to your job experience, deciding who their favorites are that they want to give jobs to. You are better off going other express pro location than here. 3 of my friends are already enjoying a better job with their other locations and thanking their lucky stars their horrible experience with this location didnt make them give up on express pro.

Great company and great people, especially DeShavonna Jasmine. She recruited me through indeed told me about the job and it was exactly what i was looking for. She was able to get me an interview with the company the next day and that very same day they offered me the job. All of this was possible because of her she was very helpful. Everyone at Express Employment Professionals were very helpful when I went there to turn in my application. They are always making sure that if they dont receive my time sheet by a certain day, then they will notify my boss or myself. This is a horrible and degrading company! These people have ruined my life. I was mislead and mistreated by one particular individual ( I care not to mention her name) I was told that I would be placed permanently, had I known I would only be there for 2 Weeks, I wouldve chosen a different company. I could never get an answer for clarity from my recruiter ( again I care not to mention her name for legal purposes) I was listed as terminated due to he say she say workplace gossip! I was receiving unemployment at the moment and my recruiter had then denied. Now I am unemployed, and left to figure out how to pay for school and bills all because of fabricated stories. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to! This company is a disgrace!!

This place is very very unprofessional! I went and interviewed and was told lies . They say they will help you get a job but dont! I went on interviews that I personally found myself not one Interivew was a lead from them. To top it off they always say they will call you when they have something and I waited a whole month and not ONE time did I get a call. This is Not a legit employment agency its a joke! Dont waist your time or gas going there I wish I wouldve known this before I waisted my time with these unprofessional wanna be employment agency.

I applied with this company sometimes last year.... did all the application the company requires.... but i was shocked the other day, when i went to the office, to be assigned a job....One of the administrator, told me that i could not get a job because i did not have a car. The staff members were very unfriendly. I left that office very disappointed and i would never recommend anybody to go and apply for a job with express employment agency. its a racist company.

No stars------ supervisor Jasmine was rude she hung up before ending the call appropriate and they are to far behind in their work, never sending you on assignment, they stated that their going to call you back and dont .
