This is the second time I have used Resource MFG. First time was in 2011....My experience then was awesome. They found me a job that was above what I had asked for in pay and I was hired permanent after my contract was up. This year I was looking for work again and I went back. I was working within a week and a half. I just accepted an offer from the company Resource found me.....Thank you Resource Mfg. Its good to know I can find work with you guys when I need to....

They have yet to pay me for my 2nd week of work finally got the 1st week pay on 7/3 and I started on 6/19. Cant speak to anyone that can confirm when I will get paid. Everyone just gives you a number to text so that someone in the office can get to it whenever. Have yet to receive a call to fix this as promised.

They wont tell you ahead of time but if you have something on your background they will not help you

My husband was employed at Conroe also let go after being there for months with no notice when he arrived at work

As my first time using this company I am not to happy how they did me . Long story short my location got closed . So they emailed me and sent me to conroe. Then on my first day I get fired through a text message which is VERY unprofessional. Conroe is a hr from me I waisted gas and time

I would definitely refer friends and family here if they are looking for work, Sonia Romero got me back into duty while others couldnt or wont even pick up the phone out of the 3 week lay off thank you very much!

They staff was great they gave me a job as... soon as I walked in the office the only thing they didnt ask me about how was my background.... I went on a job assignment and got turned back around the next day because off my background I wasted my gas & time please start conducting background check before you give out job assignment that individual might not qualify for your wasting there time

I didnt need a job but when I was accompanying 2 other women with their job search we arrived here by recommendation. They werent treated well at all, told them to fill out the online application to the site and then they would get a call-back. Thats it. No other information was offered. No business card was given. Not even, thank you for coming. They did not receive a call back after filling out their online profile. The secretary was not friendly, she hardly wanted to deal with us. I do not agree with how they treat women looking for a job, if I saw it; its common place with them.

Horrible staffing agency. They call you in for interviews. Then you dont hear anything back. Ive called many times and leave messages and dont get a call back. They will not find you a job. Avoid this place.

I worked a full 8 hour shift and when I tried to clock out it didn’t let me . So I went to the supervisor for help and they were very rude and nonchalant and told me that I was terminated but I just started this week . They didn’t give me an explanation why or even tried to help me . Why hire me but then terminated me for no reason at all . Very unprofessional and disappointing ... I need answers!

Awesome staff agency! The recruiters here are extreamly helpful with any questions or concerns!

Worst staffing company ever gave me the run around was told to call back by certain date if no response from them went answer the phone was told email was the best option to receive a quicker response they dont acknowledge those either
