Poor attention from the woman who attends, it shows that she is not happy in her work and with her business. At no time did she ask me how much I wanted to insure my shipment, she took the right to do it for me. Therefore my shipment was very expensive. Bad customer service. On two occasions I decided to send packages through this place and on two occasions the treatment that I saw with myself and customer service in general (seen with my own eyes) is inexcusable first because as a customer one is paying for a service (which is not being given away, are we clear?). Unfortunately the face and attitude attending the main (and only) table is that of a very short person, not a greengrocer in a free market has as little education as this lady. My God. The presence is another thing too, that is, this lady is painted as a prepaid of her time and with an attitude that she did not consider herself well served - from what we see projecting in her current job. The only good thing that I take from this experience is the beautiful person who is the gentleman in charge of the business, he is a soul, the lord and a human being with education. I definitely should have listened to the comments of people who referred me to this place (who let me know that the delivery service arrives intact at the destination but the face of straight and bad attitude is left to the place).
