This delivery service is outstanding. I needed an important document delivered within 18 hours; A-1 delivery service had it done! I was made aware of this situation at 7 PM, I submitted an online request around 8 PM, by 6 AM the company had responded with a quote, by 9 AM my document was picked up, and by 11 AM the recipient had it in hand. The cost is very reasonable compared to other main stream same-day delivery prices. Highly recommend A-1!

This company is awesome!! Today I was helped by Gris. She was soooooo helpful. I thought an order was lost or stolen and she was so calm and assuring. She took initiative and contacted the driver multiple times, she never ignored my call once. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOW!! She never made me feel like I was being a nuisance and was just was the epitome of professional. Highly recommend A-1 courier and will be using them from here on. Thank you Gris!!

I came across a review written by Jessie Mitchell. Sounds like a disgruntled former employee .I can only say my experience with A1 Delivery was nothing like Jessie described.I had the pleasure to have worked with Ray Evans and Sam Nelson for 3 years and Ray would never deduct money earned from.ANY driver, if anythng he would make sure the driver is taken care of first. I found A1 Delivery and the owners to be very fair people . If you workhard they compensate you for your work.Never have I felt short changed for the work Id done for this company.Anyone who has the pleasuee to meet Sam Nelson knows...There is no such thing as a short cut,and never would allow drivers to drive illegal. NEVER! In fact Sam is a by the book kind of person,you would just have see for youself.Ray and Sam are good pepole,and in my opinion represents A1 Delivery very well..All I can say to Jessie is..something you did caused your separation from A1, but I find it hard to belive it was somebody else fault ..

A fantastic company!

I have used this delivery service several times with mixed results. I pay by credit card. They give preferential treatment to Account Customers. On busy days, they will not take my delivery order. On bad weather days, when I need them the most, they will take my delivery order.
