I say with great agony and frustration that Data rush’s service has been such a terrible experience so far. It was a NIGHTMARE!I received a message saying the delivery person - Richard, had picked up the baggage on Tuesday. I confirm the address too. But he did not deliver the baggage to the confirmed address. I never heard any updates from data rush’s team by email or text message either.I had to call multiple times and was put on hold all the time. Finally, the person on the call told me on Wednesday night that he doesn’t know where the baggage is and that the driver who picked up the baggage for delivery wasn’t responding to calls or texts. Highly irresponsible! The person on the call was also yelling and not giving me a chance to speak.I received a call from him much later saying that the baggage is still at the warehouse and that the driver told him that he had the wrong address; being the reason for not delivering the baggage. He could have given me a call to clarify or the company could have notified me with the status or if there was an issue.This is highly unprofessional and would make a complaint and escalate this issue with higher authorities.Even before I picked up the baggage at 10pm on Wednesday, I received a FALSE text message saying the delivery person has delivered the baggage to the address. I drove 50miles to pick up the baggage. My worst nightmare would have been missing items from my suitcase; but thankfully, that did not happen.Very shady warehouse, didn’t look safe at all.Never expected FRONTIER AIRLINES to be associated with such a low standard and irresponsible logistics company.I would spread this bad experience and would also leave reviews wherever possible as well so that nobody else goes through the same as we did.
This company is completely untrustworthy. I have no idea why American Airlines uses them to deliver delayed baggage to passengers. Data Rush was supposed to deliver a bag of mine that got delayed coming into IAH. I received a tracking number from American Airlines and everything. 2 days later the tracking number disappears while my bag is in Data Rushs possession and now theyre claiming they never had my bag. A complete scam! Dont use this service.

Monica is by far the most unprofessional and unhelpful dispatcher/scheduler/customer service. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She was not helpful at all with my delivery and she continued to schedule it on the wrong days. After 4 attempts we still have not gotten our mattress. At this point I would be willing to just come get it myself.
Its 10:40pm and I just picked up my baggage myself, because I was told that otherwise it would be delivered after midnight. This is not serious. Not surprised to see so many negative comments.Plus, when you arrive, its complicated to find them. The location doesnt have any Data Rush sign.
One of the worst experience that I had, my bags were supposed to be delivered on Sunday, which got postponed to Monday. Even on Monday I had to personally go and collect my bags, drivers are not up to date and no proper information is given correctly.The location is very hard to find, no wonder it has so many negative comments.Airlines should stop giving these people contract.

I was given a window of 10am -2pm to pick up a piece of furniture. I was told they would give me a call 30 minutes before arrival. The 4 hours passed, no phone call and nobody showed up. I called them an the person on the phone told me they might be running a little late and to hold on while she checked. She came back and told me the driver had to assemble pieces of furniture in other deliveries and that he was running late. She said he would give me a call to tell me how late he would be. I told her that if he knew he was going to miss his appointment that a courtesy call wouldve been appreciated. I asked her if she knew when hed call with the ETA, she said she had no idea. I told her that with the established track record I could be waiting the rest of the day....she said maam I dont know. So I said, as a courtesy to you Im letting you know I am going to give you a bad review because....she hung up. I called back and I asked her if she hung up on me or if we got disconnected, she said I hung up on you because Im not going to take all the verbal abuse....she hung up again. This was literally all that was said in the two phone calls. Verbal abuse? To suggest a courtesy call to let me know you are late and how late you are going to be? To let you know that because Im getting no solution and a bad additude I will give you a bad review? Common. I hope they record their phone calls so someone in that company that cares if there is such person, can hear how horrible their customer service is.Update: Never called and showed up 2 hours late. Said they didnt have my phone number but I pointed it out in their paperwork to which they said nothing. Its just lies with this company.
Quick unload but very short unloading hours from 10am to noon then from 1pm to 3pm. Thats it. I parked there overnight in front of one of the businesses to the north. Theres limited parking at that Walmart. Very nice movie theater nearby.
Worst experience. They received my bag yesterday before 9 pm, and I still dont have my luggage. Spoke to 5 different people who told me different things, and no one could give me specific details on when I will get my luggage. I cannot believe an airline would contract with these incompetent lot.
These guys were horrible!!!!! They came on time and that was pretty much all they did right... when they arrived, the older man had an attitude when he stepped through the door. I was doing a sofa exchange so one box was to be taken and another set up. When I pointed out the box that needed to be taken, he let out the biggest sigh and walked out the door. Then when it came to putting my couch together, he refused to open the smaller box (the couch came in 3 boxes) to get the directions out and he took an hour trying to figure it out on his own. He claimed that they didnt match up just like my other one didnt. I had to get up and figure it out for him to finally put it together..... a very simple couch took these men over an hour. I mean its literally 3 pieces that have to be put together and it was not difficult! There were attitudes and he just seemed to hate his job. Then my neighbor walks over and asks if he can move the truck so they can get out of the driveway and he has an attitude with my neighbor! Lets out an angry yeah and another big sigh, like hes the one being inconvenienced. It was the worst delivery experience ever and I would never hire this company on my own.
Very unprofessional company with unprofessional staff. Rude customer service. No respect for other people’s time and no compassion when called. Very important package needed to be delivered in an 1,5 h service, task that they accepted, 4 hours later and is still nobody has even picked the package. Each hour we called, we were promised that the driver will be here in 10 to 20 min. Nobody ever came. Asked to speak to supervisor, they stated there is no supervisor. At the end decided to drive the package myself. Mind blowing how they are still in business.
Never delivered a bag that they retrieved from the airport at 7 AM, it is not 9:30PM. When we called to see why it was not delivered at the originally promised time of 4pm they said they had no clue a time but the driver would call. Ended up attempting to pick up our luggage ourselves and when we arrived not a sole in sight. We witnessed two employees walk by but never saw or responded to us yelling for help. There were about 100 pieces of luggage there and we grabbed our bag and left. no paperwork and these crooks were PAID by American Airlines to DELIVER!!!
Wow! I can honestly agree with most of these reviews. This company should get out of the delivery business with there broken promise of a 6 hour window. They failed to deliver as promised and I have to pick up the bag myself. Avoid this company if possible! The airlines who use this service are getting robbed!
They have promised to deliver bags in 6 hours window. Its 2 am (4 hours past window) and bags have not arrived. Airline representative said they are force to use Data Rush by Houston Airports Authority... go figure ...
If I could give them - stars, I really would. I got this job to supplement my income. I am a single mom with three teens in high School. You pretty much work your own shift well I bought an Android phone because they dont do Iphones and put more than 300 miles on my car and that doesnt include gas and time and these sorry sobs took my whole first check didnt leave me anything and when I called they treated me like I was nothing. I have never been treated so low by employer in my life this is for future would be employees they are not fair. I didnt have a orientation because the lady that did my orientation was fired the next day so my word was not valid on anything. I asked to speak to the owner and was told straight he wont talk to you like Im just the Courier a nobody. This is just my experience with this company. Teach your personnel some customer service skills, especially Paula and the other man that is so called an office manager.

They delivered the completely wrong bag to my house. The address on their paper was not even a match, so it goes to show the delivery drivers laziness to confirm the suitcase before dropping it off. When I called about the issue I was told they would return immediately. However, I was told the following morning I would have to file another claim with the airline. Once this was done, I was supposed to receive a call from data rush and never did. I am quite disappointed in this company and find them very incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone.
This courier service is staffed with liars who promise what they cannot possibly deliver. My bag was picked up from IAH around 6 P.M. with delivery promised by midnight. At 12:30 a Data Rush rep told me that they have too many bags and offered to bring it early in the morning. It is obvious that they picked up more baggage than they knew they could handle.
These guys deliver delayed luggage for airlines. I came home from a wedding in Europe and my luggage was left behind. It arrived in Houston the next day and I got a call that they would deliver it after 10 PM that day. They did not, instead they delivered the next morning at 6 AM. I started unpacking and realized that my suit and dress shoes were missing. I live in a gated community so I was able to get the name and license plate of the guy who delivered my lugagge. I have no solid proof that he is the thief but it is most likely him since he had my luggage overnight. Whoever did it was very methodical in going over my stuff, obviously had a lot of time. The luggage was delayed in Amsterdam, The Nederlands. A very civilized country, as opposed to what the USA has become. I have no doubt the theft happened in Houston.
If there was a rating less than one star they would recieve it. They scheduled my delivery for 6:30p. Mark said I would not have any problem having my matress delivered since they are literaly down the street. I waited around until 7:30p (no call or text saying we are late nothing!) I called them and there was nobody I could speak to they were already closed. So I left the house for the night, It was not until 10p that I got a call to say they are at my house. The man on the phone was so rude! He told me they either deliver it right now or not at all!!
I absolutely do not know where to begin. I ordered several items in December and when I received the king bed, the head board was broken In half. Of course no one wants to take the blame. The bed was reordered, I received a call stating the product was there and ready for delivery. I scheduled the delivery for Saturday, 1/7 I received a call the morning of staying they have paperwork but no product. So why was this scheduled with no product????. They admitted that they received the product however sent the new one back instead of the old one! I still today have not yet received my bed. There is no urgency on anyones part and I, the customer is having to call dailey and still never receive a concrete answer of when I will receive my product!!! Being a Manager and have worked in Customer Service for many years and Ive never experienced anything of the sort.

These people didnt call me 30 mins before they were supposed to come, they left my bed still in the box, in my driveway. No one was at home and we didnt see it until we got home. WHO DOES THAT???!! I am calling the BBB, Texas Workforce Commission and the people I ordered it from. The only thing that they did do to help was to send someone over to bring it inside my house and set it up. That was the least they could have done. You should NOT use their services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERIVCE NASTY ATTITUDE SLOW TO DELIVER. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT I HAD TO SO IT WOULD POST! I work at a hotel and the driver came to deliver our guest a package I ask him to let me see what was in the package and he caught an additional attitude he already had one when he walked in. He said under his breath but I heard him I have 20 deliveries to make and she wants me to show her what she is signing for. He was RUDE, INCOMPETENT and I think he needs to be fired! I know what good customer service is and that was not at all good customer service. Southwest airlines sent him they really need to find another company. His name was MAX so he said his agent ID was e69008. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The airport lost my luggage, then recovered it and were using this service to send my suitcase to where I was staying. Data Rush told me they would send my suitcase by the 23rd of December by 7 pm. They did not send the suitcase at all. I had to drive to Data Rush and pick up the suitcase MYSELF on Christmas Eve. What service? They are a joke.
Data Rush is not a dependable company, if you want your luggage and hot shot delivered on time, the dispatchers sit and tell customers lies just to relieve their end, this company is the worst I know so far, if I was the airlines I wouldnt work with because its something thats not reliable for the passengers that go through the airlines. As long as they are getting paid and business is still coming in they dont care about nothing else. I wouldnt use this company myself and I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. What a company huh smh.

I have been using Data Rush for 8 years.I work for a major airlines in George Bush International airport.We use them to delivery mishandled passenger luggage to the homes.Have had nothing but exceptional service from them and on a weeklybasis they handled about 1-6 bags for us
