I had to give them my credit card over the phone. Ever since the call, I’ve seen several unauthorized purchases on my card.

I know some people have left negative reviews on here. As a Nigerian I know a lot of things go down over there, with goods. Gig shipped my phone to nigeria and unfortunately it got lost. They paid me the full value of my phone in due time and I am forever grateful. Whoever runs a business in Nigeria knows the obstacles, but for them to be able to tackle and resolve this issue swiftly is the most important thing and it’s really commendable. I’ve been a customer of theirs before this happened and while it was happening and I’ll still ship with them because of their honesty and integrity.

This is the poorest delivery service I have ever encountered.They will keep your packages for months on end and make little to no effort to communicate properly with you.The staff at the Nigerian end are very unprofessional and rude and refuse to respond to messages.The staff in Houston seem to take after the ones in Nigeria.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GIG AGAIN. EVER EVER FOREVER.ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!

This is the worst company I have ever shipped with,can you imagine I was told shipping by sea take 6 to 8wks to get to Lagos I speak now my goods has stayed up to 6months yet it has not been delivered it was 2 boxes one delivered after 4months and the whole contents had gone bad and the remaining box no were to be found,I had similar experience same time last year shipping by air that was supposed to be 2weeks last almost 4months and they told me that their cargo was undergoing random check I don’t know were on earth cargo will be delay for almost 4months and again I decided to give it a trial again see were it has landed me...I am a personal shopper I have loosed most of my clients due to lack of trust,i will never refer my worst enemy to that company.

They lost $600 worth of merchandise my husband shipped and paid for to Lagos through their companyThis was after it took them 4 months to get the shipment to Lagos in the first place.There are better services that offer cheaper and more professional logistics service than GIG. This company is very bad at keeping your packages secure. Oftentimes we received packages that had items stolen from them and theyre very non chalant about customers privacy and the security of your items.My advice is dont waste your time using GIG and find a company that is accountable and has good customer service.The manager Israel Akinpelu could care less if your packages end up in Alaska.

Very shoddy service and sketchy business practices. My packages were pilfered at customs in Lagos. Gig yet to give me a refund after several weeks and I spend countless hours on customer service line but being given the run around. Try ups.com

Scammers and thefts. They will keep your item and replace it with a similar one that is worst quality. Then keep or sell your original item. It’s a whole operation.

Scammer, scammers, scammers. This company is complicit with Nigerian scammers on eBay. This company get the item the scammer bought from eBay and ship it to Nigeria. Then the dirty Nigerian scammer claims item was not as described or broken and they return you something totally different.
