I have 2 memberships for my 2 cases, I used to go to this Carwash for 2 years straight and never had a problem but on Monday the 7th everything went normal but the next day Tuesday the 8th I was taking my second car but they didn’t let me in, they said that I needed to renew both memberships even though I paid both memberships as every month, I even showed him my bank statement where I paid for both cars and he said that it wasn’t enough and that I had to pay again, I gave him my name, email address, phone number and he would come up with different costumers and different cars over and over again, he said that it wasn’t his problem, and prior to help he was cleaning or fixing the vacuums’ tubes and as soon as his employees told him that I needed to talk to him, furiously smacked the vacuum against the floor and walked towards me with a horrible and unprofessional attitude he doesn’t know how to treat costumers neither his employees

Car wash ripped my tail light off and manager was quick to run out and say it was old and probably broken already. They were brand new lights....I am handicapped, so I parked near the office in the handicap spot to repair my vehicle, this same manager told me repeatedly that I had to move and couldnt park there...my handicap placard in full view on my mirror. Didnt even offer me a free wash after my purchase of the $16 wash..Very rude and unprofessional service. As I repaired my torn out light the man I wouldnt go back or recommend this horrible place! Buyer beware!-5🌟

For $10.00 This is a great place to wash your car nice wet towels to wipe the cars interior down after you get your wash. The vacuums work well so I give it an A+ rating.

Watch out bc they will take your money on the monthly drafts and increase without giving you a notice. I went to them a month ago to cancel my subscription. They said they’d take care of it and I shouldn’t get anymore drafts and they still charged me again this month! And when you call the business NOBODY ever answers...they do bad business!!

Best price in immediate area. Great touch up area after wash, but necessary because of the many missed spots from going thru the wash process. I always get the basic wash, because I have never seen the attendant change settings on the two times I paid for the more expensive option.

Whenever I’m in cypress I always stop here to get my car washed/vacuumed, the attendant that was working about a week ago was awesome! He sprayed my tires down so they looked good, answered any question or concern I had and was very helpful (and cute too! 😄🤷🏼‍♀️)

Listen up all you other car wash owners/managers. I drive out of my way past several nice car washes to come here to Rapid Express Car Wash. I even signed up for the monthly subscription. Hands down, best value. Why? They go the extra mile. They dont nickle and dime me by charging for towels or scented sprays, and there are a few to choose from, and also glass cleaner. All you other guys want to charge for these added value items. Here is the big point, the place is immaculate and the vacuums actually suck!

I stopped in for the $13 car wash. The girl at the front with the car mop and trash can of soapy water pointed randomly at the sign to the left, immediately stepped in the way so I couldnt read it, and slopped soapy water all over my windshield and window so that it was still illegible, even after she moved. The only part I read before she stepped in the way was pull forward. As I did that, she starts yelling woah woah woah and at this point, the water she slopped on my window cleared enough for me to see most of what the sign actually said. I put my car in neutral and proceeded through the car wash. What should have been a simple car wash almost turned into a car accident and became an unnecessarily stressful event. I dont know why she was even there. My back windows werent even clean. I called to let management know and I had to leave a vm.

They have mat cleaner windex and towels and spray to make your car smell good no extra charge. Love coming here.

They have rags to dry your car and vac and windex to clean your windows and fragrance so your car smell good, you can beat it.

Love this place. They keep the property clean and stocked with car care needs like towels and glass cleaner. The restrooms are clean too.Look at the vaccum piece before you use it. I have found liquid/sticky residue on it. When you notify the car wash team they immediately come clean it. They are friendly too. Price is great. Love the prep station they have before you enter the car wash.

I love this car wash as its been very nice since the opening.Only thing I wish they could improve on is the employees that help you get into the car wash station.They are looking everywhere BUT MY CAR. I depend on the people to assist me on to the ramp but I witness it every time I go now.... THEY COULD CARE LESS about directing customers to the belt/ramp. Just stating what I have observed.

Best place to get your car washed in the area

If you like a powerful vaccum do not come here. I would suggest the quick quack off 529 that vaccum is so powerful it gets every fiber out of the car. The carwash it self is not good I payed 20$ for the best one and still had stuff caked on my car even after a 2nd drive through.

I got a free wash that would have cost $16. I cannot believe that for $16 you have to wash the windows inside and vacuum yourself. How is this a bargain? When I was finished the bottom of my doors were still dirty; they did not get it completely clean. There are other car wash deals where you can drive through yourself and get it for $5. I can vacuum and wash the inside windows myself at home. I guess it was waxed.

Be careful these guys are trying to get people with offering a 999 deal but it’s only for a few months after that they start charging your card without telling you what’s on the contract you signed

Used to like this place, great vacuums. But my $15 wash today wasn’t very good, I even saw the soap not evenly cover my vehicle. And discovered later in the day that the wash tore off parts of my (factory) antenna. Back to Blue Wave I go.

I had a membership since they opened. this car wash lately Every time I use this car wash damaged me car. I spoke to the the manager he was very rude and unprofessional person. He was making up things and acting like the Collision center tell me that my car was not damaged from their washing machines. He and his son assaulted me and refused to cancel my membership, And wanted to call the police on me I was very disappointed. I had to call my bank to cancel it. I wouldnt want someone else to have a similar situation.

Great car wash. They offer self serve scrub brushes prior to car wash. Wash is clean and doesnt bend license plates like Blue Wave. Plenty of vacuums and they seem to work pretty well.

Better than washing it yourself.

They did a good job washing my car, however the vacuum ms aren’t that strong. Don’t stick your car floor Matt’s in the rug beater, it will get thrown into a pile of dirt. They have free fragrance (don’t use vanilla it doesn’t stay), window cleaner, and black magic.

This place needs to check the washing equipment. I always end up with a greasy residue on my vehicle after going through the wash. I just frequent this place because I have a wash pass. I still need to hand wash my vehicle if there it is real dirty because the wash doesnt really do anything significant to clean your vehicle.

Its all about the lather!!When I drive through a car wash in my F-150, i want to see a lot of soap. My truck is bigger and usually dirtier than most, so I love seeing lots of lather on the windshield. By the time Im approaching the final rinse and blow dryer, I know my shine is bright!

I really enjoy going to this new car wash. The vacuums are always on and there is no time limit. They also offer towels and window cleaner spray bottles. It is inexpensive and convenient. They also have an area where you clean off any bugs or heavy debris on your car.

My hemi loves this place, and so do I! I am here literally every day cleaning my Durango RT. Its black and my ocd is through the roof with my truck but I enjoy making sure she looks her best at all times. The people are very nice here and theres not a lot of loud music and theres no random crazy people that pull over and watch you. Which that fact alone makes this place worth 10 stars in my book! 😂

Great experience! Free vacuum use without a time limit, unlimited rags with windex bottles, fresh new car spray and black ice spray. The only complaint I have is no vending machines for drinks! Fully detailed my car for free and it’s exhausting a drink vending machine would be nice. Also paid $15 for the car wash the minimum is $6 but it cleaned the outside of my car beautifully!!

This car wash is exceptional. They have washes as low as $3. You might have to fish around in the menu to select it but the $3 wash usually does a great job on my car. Also, remember that you do not have to pay to vacuum.

Great place to wash your car with free vacuuming. They also have car fresheners for sale. They have different packages to choose from. We have the rapid express pass. Where its a monthly charge and you can go in as much as youd like... for those people that love their vehicle to be clean all the time. The car wash ita self does a pretty good job. It misses certain spots if it has crazy grooves in your vehicle but its not hand washed so that is to be expected.

Paid $12 for the 2nd highest wash. Got my car mostly clean. There were still quite a few spots of dead bug guts & mud splatter. There was also a ton of soap left all over the trunk & back end of my car after my run through the wash. 3 stars given for the free vacuum, the free towel the attendant gave me to clean up the left behind soap, & my shiny tires.

This biggest problem here is if they do not line you up just right your wheels start rubbing against the guard rail.

I took my brand new car here, not even 4 days old, to get it washed and to buy there monthly plan... I got it washed yesterday, I pull up to work this morning and notice scrape marks on my front passenger side... While I was going through the wash I heard something hit my car but figured it was a brush, well I am guessing it was more than a brush but something wrong with there system... 4 Days old and scrape marks on the front of my car.

Towels, vacuum, glass cleaner and spray scents, but the manager is spineless. Other customer was playing loud music. When I complained to an employee, he told the manager who looked in the rude customers direction and then sculpted into the restroom. When I asked the guy politely, I was told to f off. When I went to use the rug beater, Mr. Offensive continued his verbal tyraid and walked towards me in a threatening manner. Manager stepped in between us with his back towards the offender and later said that he did intercede to protect me, even though I was the one being verbally attacked. Mr. Manager, I dont need your protection. I need you to enforce the rules posted on every pole.Cancelled my monthly membership right then.

I come here all the time for the free vacuums and mat cleaners. Really clean place in general. However, the car wash itself isnt very good. Gets most of the dirt but leaves a few places dirty and very wet. So, always bring a towel.EDIT: They’ve since made it where only paying customers have access to the vacuums.3/4 times I am a paying customer, but sometimes I only came for the vacuums.Really disappointed 😔

It was great at $3 a wash and you could look the other way for the poor vacuums, but now at $6 for a basic wash the competition is better.

Washer leaves micro - obvious scratches in paintwork. Cancelled unlimited monthy pass... Asst. Manager didnt apologize, look at my car or show any concern what so ever. AVOID THIS PLACE.
