My first time using this car wash . They done a wonderful job !

Drove through the car wash which was like any drive thru car wash but I also had my seats shampooed along with the carpets. My car looks so awesome on the inside!!! This is the place to go. You can have the ppl there detail your car or you can use a self service stall and do it on your own. Well worth it!

Great service for what you pay for. There are obvious improvements to be made, but you get a good clean for $25. 👍

The employees were highly rude and when the car wash removed my license plate inside their machine I asked for my plates back and they found it with loads of debris and dirt on it and handed it to me. I asked him to rinse it with his pressure washer and he had a attitude. Asked him to pressure wash the bird feces off of my car and said that would charge me extra. This experience was not welcoming and was highly unacceptable. I called the phone number to speak with customer service and it prompted the voice mail to see if they would resolve the problem and asked for a call back and they hadn’t made an attempt.

5 dollar wash all day. I cant not beat that because every time i wash my car else where it rain on me. So 5 will do. And we come every week. Saturday is crazy busy.crazy. free vacuum . Great job!!!!

They are the most unprofessional business ever. If you plan to work here, might as well work as a dishwasher. Manangment steals tips, and doesn’t pay their workers. They will give you a number that a machine only answer. Please run away.! And don’t look back. I feel bad for the people who go there to get their car wash and the people who work there.

This is a spacious car wash. They can accommodate a large number of cars quickly. The drying area is covered with large canopy tenting. I really like the $5 Express Car Wash.

Cleaned my car good inside and out and wait time wasnt long

The brushes will scratch your paint, they half dry your car and the tire shine just might be crisco 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Extremely Bad Service

The staff is very rude and no one seems to speak English when its time to handle disputes. The machine does not thoroughly clean the back of my vehicle or the tires and often leave a green liquid on my truck. The girls use profanity as if its the proper way to interact with paying customers. I asked for the general manager and Noah (the acting manger) told me they didnt have one. I tried to leave a message via phone but was unable to do so. We pay too much money for poor service. Just because we are in the hood doesnt mean we deserve poor service. Guess Ill start back going to Mister Carwash where its professional and customers are treated with dignity and respect.

First of all..ew. There’s trash and debris all over the vacuum area. Filthy. And speaking of vacuums, only half of theirs work. I usually go to another car wash but this one is closer so I gave it a try. It’s a no for me.

Absolutely amazing car just perfection

This place is horrible. My husband and I come here so many times and we will never come back. I went through the automated machine and put my credit card and picked a wash. The card was accepted and the gate opened. Once I got to the car wash they said I need a receipt and I told them that the machine did not produce the receipt. So the lady goes back to the machine and she grabs a receipt and then she asked me what the last four digits of my credit card number and I tell her. And then she says OK we can go and then 2 minutes later she comes back and says this is not your receipt, it’s the other customers. She continue to talk to me at close range without a mask on so I told her I don’t want to talk to her without a mask on and then she told me to make sure that next time I get my ‘f word’ receipt. The manager comes by and asked me to prove that I paid by pulling up my credit card statement and I was not able to do that on my phone because I don’t have the password so I just repaid and will dispute one of the charges. I told the manager to have your employees not use the F word and he didn’t say anything. The establishment is a sham and very rude people. I will not be giving my business here again.

Never again. Just went to this car wash, my boyfriend usually goes here so I decided to try it out. They always put tape on his car if a part is loose or at risk of coming off during the wash. However, they did not tape the right side of my Jeep where a part was clearly loose, so I get home... and I realize it’s missing. Can’t call they won’t answer. So, I drive back up there and am hoping that my part is there and it was but I then proceed to tell the manager that if the man who handles the washes would’ve put tape it wouldn’t of came off. He then, lies and says they only tape the windshields. If that’s the case, WHY the hell didn’t they tape my windshields at least right ??? Unprofessional and poor quality.

Never had a problem until today... drove through wash.. back of my truck was filthy...requested a re-wash from manager in photo and was denied.... wont be returning if this how my patronage is appreciated..

I only spent $8 for my car to get washed and my wheels cleaned. Prices start at$5 and go up to about$25. There was a deficiency or two but to be fair, they were in hard to get to spots. The free vacuum cleaners that are there for self vacuuming dont work well at all. This encourages the customer to spend more money on their next trip to the car wash to have an employee to vacuum your car out and they arent going to do the job as well as you would. But youre in and out in under five minutes, that is if you dont purchase some elaborate service like a full detail package or something.

I paid for hand car wash the guy was not good and didn’t wash the top of my Jeep until I had to tell him. Next to the detail he used windex on my door panels I have 2020 leather and he was rubbing windex on my panels and seats ! I had to stop him and talk to a manager he says the windex first to clean then add leather conditioner and amorall. I said not to my Jeep you don’t! Then they bring another guy Daniel to finish the job and do it correctly but he needed direction too. Listen I paid $55 plus $10 tip. If you have an old car and don’t care by all mean have at it, but if you take pride in your car don’t go there.

This was my 1st time at Honeys . It is next to Aldis where I was shopping.I asked for full service including interior . Believe I was over charged. Price quoted NOT same as what was on receipt.Waited 3 hours and when my partner looked at car next day; he noticed several areas not done or incomplete. This included both side mirrors, drivers mirror, wheels, plastic trim, interior windows, steering wheel and inside back window. There was also was Residue in multiple places on the car. Small areas on console, arms a.d underneath buttons not done.This was a premium hand wash to.prep car for deliveries. Will be bringing car back to correct these missed areas. Will write again after. PS There is an A/C waiting room they dont tell anyone about. Found it and Sat in it by myself. Most employees wore masks. Majority of customers did NOT wear masksHeard they offer a $30 monthly fee for unlimited car washes. Some customers go everyday!?🤯

My washer fluid line was cut due to their machine. I was told there is nothing they could do about it but give me a free $20 wash. $20 will not add up to the repairs I need to have done now. The supervisor would not come out and talk to me himself. Terrible professionalism

Good price, quick wash, & no charge on the vacuum once youre done. My only complaint is that when you get the service that cleans your tires it never gets them all. It seems to have a better shine on the passengers side tires every time I go.

Gave this place 3 stars only because I was trying to give them 2 1/2 but there is no half star to give. First off the greeters have bad attitudes, I had a coupon went to show it to the guy. Right off the bat without looking at it he said it was expired and walked away. No it wasnt nobody came back,trying not to lose my cool with other people behind me I paid with a card. Service is trash there will not be going back.

I am a college student and this is one of the local car washes in the area. I come here often and the guy at the front who takes the tickets is always rude it never fails. I don’t ever write reviews but his attitude made me come directly to this review page. This companies employees need to be trained on how to be customer friendly.

Cleans my Avalanche great, the Kia Soul back door was still dirty, I guess due to the shape of the car they did a full service wash. Love it

Cleaning the cars are okay. They do not them in the order in which the cars arrive. I sat here for 30 minutes while they passed over my car. The so call manager here was of no help at all. I pay by the month and the services here today was so sorry. No one speak English, therefore there is just no communicating.

It was a pretty good car wash it’s sheep and you can get your car cleaned out. I think it’s a great value

Great service here very thorough very thorough. Clean and inviting facility. I signed up for the membership. As a Lyft driver its totally worth it and it pays for itself. Gets a little crowded sometimes on the weekends and after storms but the wait wasnt too bad I was able to get an important phone call done while in line. Staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable seating in wait areas and a number of places to grab something to eat if your service takes longer.

I was sent here for it being cheap, $4 Express. The tunnels good and afterwards you can use the vacuums which work well. I cant speak for the more expensive packages, but if you need something fast, cheap, and dont mind doing some vacuuming yourself, its a good deal. By the way, take a small wash cloth in case your car has some wet spots.

They machine will break stuff on your car and they wont pay to get it fixed and they swear theres never a manager on duty

The service here is fair with what you pay. I mean if you pay for your monthly, the owner will treat you like s**t. They just gonna get you the normal wash without any waxes. Look at you like, why are you coming here daily? Of course, they will provide you the service comes with it by slavering other people. People who helped you vaccum your car and wiped it worked so hard for what they are getting pay. The price here is so expensive than the price elsewhere you can get your service done. I wouldnt wanna come back here again. Poor for the slaver.

Horrible experience.. I suggest only the basic express there ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in the wash‼️ After paying for foam wax protection etc bug grime and dust below was still present spoke with management about this issue he stated all washes are the same and sofa machine (exact words) I’ll have repay for service that I was just displeased with ❌ never again

The guys who wiped my car down after the wash did a horrible job. Bird poop that had gotten on my car only an hour before I came to the wash was still there and dirt on the side of my car. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Id rather pay 5 bucks more and be able to comfortably drive away without getting out my car to clean what they didnt...

The manager here name sam Was the worst I have ever met I paid for a full service wash and Im not understanding how Im out here washing my own car they called me three times and said my car was ready, car was not vac, wheels not clean and wax still on my car, and he wanted to argue with me the person who just paid for the service and say I didnt have to wash my own car after telling me they where not Finnish and they will redo it. I have been here 2 hrs now I need to speak to a supervisor I want my money back now!!!!!!!!

This was absolutely a terrible experience. The gentleman who was working the front of the wash did not give proper directions. When I asked to to correct car’s tire placement, he then yelled and raised his voice. I had to ask him to lower his voice. The overall quality of the wash was adequate but I was unsatisfied with the customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I came today and got my regular car wash and inside cleaned only to sit there and be told that’s not what I payed for. She charged me for what she wanted to instead of what I asked for. If you have people there that can’t follow simple directions then maybe y’all need to close shop.

I go here to wash my truck, and get full service. They clean your vehicle from the inside too. Vacuum and wipe all the interior side of doors, I love it here!!!

They do NOT use adequate soap during weekdays nore late evenings. You literally have to rewaah your vehicle after going through the car wash. Facility manager is being VERY CHEAP

Way better than most carwashes

So today I got my car fully detailed and I must say my car was HORRIBLE extremely bad like I am not happy to say it but my experience was phenomenal my car looks brand new and I mean that. Fully recommend anyone to go here. I would say the only problem would be the seats arent dry but hey its shampooing it takes time.

Best drive through car wash for the money. $4 will get you car washed and the vacuums are included. They even have two people at the end of the wash to wife a few of the wet spots off your car after you drive through to help get the wet spots off of the dryer doesn’t blow it all off.

Whoever bought this land and built this carwash is a true visionary. Its the only one in the area and it is ALWAYS busy especially on Saturdays. Great place if you need a quick wash. Thinking about the summer business coming up and wishing I was an investor! Lol

They sent me coupons for several free car washes, some for 75% off, some for 50% off, some for 30% off. Its an automatic car wash, so you drive yourself through the line. There was a wait when I arrived, but it was Saturday afternoon. They also vacuumed my car and did a great job!

Ok so I never write reviews but this was the most horrible experience ever. My first and last time coming to this place.... I’m asking everyone questions about what to do and prices and all I’m getting is attitude. One worker bump into me and jus looked at me no excuse me or I’m sorry. Trying to give my community business and the disrespect is unexplainable. I’m always in good spirits and if I’m having a rough day I have no problem admitting being rude. I don’t care how other customers act, if I’m being nice and sweet I expect the same energy.
