This place was awesome!! I was helped by Joseph, he was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and had the best attitude!! I didn’t set out to get my car washed I was actually in the area for an appointment but so glad I stopped by. Very affordable and outstanding results, highly recommend!!Side note: the atmosphere here is so great to be around, the staff seem happy and that’s a welcoming environment for customers. The complete opposite of where I was prior to coming here.

WOW I LOVE THIS QUICK QUACK! It is far superior to other quick quacks! When I went there was this girl Erin who was just wonderful! She was so amazing and just so cute! (Although she could have better posture) over all great experience and highly recommend getting a membership (specifically from Erin) and um yeah!

AWESOME PEOPLE!! I was helped by a nice girl named “Hoku”, she was great.The rest of the staff there was great! I only went for a quick wash and one of my first waxes and it was amazing. I recently moved here and have been having a hard time finding a decent place with good people. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a 10/10. Love this place!

I went to this drive through car wash for the first time over the weekend. This car wash is nee, open for less than 6 months, and I was very impressed for the service I received at the cost.I will be back for sure.

Pleasantly surprised how clean my black car (that rarely gets washed, but parks in the garage at night) came clean. I was also especially impressed with the strength of the vacuum and the additional long-nose vacuum and the air blower. The price was more than I would want to pay on a regular basis, but for the few times a year I wash my car, it was worth it.

My car came out really clean. Love the vacuum cleaners.

Ray and Al were excellent helpers! A vacuum was out and I notified them. It was fixed right away and they even offered to help me detail and vacuum the rest of my vehicle with me! These guys are so awesome! They have great customer service and always go above and beyond to provide the best services!

Bring all 4 of my cars here to wash and got memberships for 3 of them. Never had any issues with this car wash and cars are always cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended!

I stopped here a few weeks ago for a quick wash and vacuum and I was impressed and surprised at how great the customer service was! I was helped by Hoku and her positive and energetic personality made my experience a memorable one. I normally don’t frequent one car wash but instead just stop at one I see when I need a wash, but after my experience at Quick Quack I will definitely be back!

I love the service here. Ray, hes new here but super friendly and makes you feel like youre more than a customer! Great employee! Then, theres Griffin! This young man is very professional and knowledgeable about the services offered! These two particular employees are the reason I renew my membership every month! I visit here quite often! Always my go to car wash when I need to clean my car. The staff here is very friendly and professional, and I’ve come to know almost everyone due to my frequent visits here. Griffin was the one who got me to sign up for my membership at Quick Quack, and I have not regretted it since. Highly recommend this location out of all the Cypress locations!

I love this car wash and have being going for a while. I will say the attendant is very informative, knowledgeable and very polite however we are still in a pandemic and he never wears a face covering. I understand he is outside and I’m in my car however my window is down. Please make your employees wear face covering.

After a company survey and response, I would have expected the issues to be resolved. They werentAfter speaking with the manager and him explaining issues with covid has given them problems because there techs were out, I understood.The very next day I spoke to the tech at the locations nice guys. Showed them my issues. They said they were coming back.Two weeks later it seems like the problems I see here are even worse.As soon as I can figure out how to end my membership it is closedOriginalI am a member here, they are good not perfect. Need a better rinse...more water, longer drying. Also need more space between vehicles.

I took my car through this car wash. I dont understand all the positive reviews Ive actually taken my car in there twice and each time there was a big loud thump noise on the top of my car one of the rotors and something hit up against it and made a big noise and I would have to go out and check to make sure it didnt dentmy car. Last time I went there was a lady in front of me that it knocked your back windshield wiper loose they really need to figure that out I will never use this washed again.... if you love your car. Go somewhere else
