I had a little issue with my car today and the general manager, MacGyver, made it right. He went above and beyond to ensure that he took care of it and gave me A+ service! If you’ve never tried them or haven’t tried them in a while, I highly recommend you visit them. Awesome awesome service at a reasonable price!

I wanted a full service polish and was there at 9AM and advised u can only get a full service if I drop my vehicle off and pick it up shortly before closing. Really??? Completely sad and not customer service related at all!Especially when Ive been having issues every time I go and the last time I paid for this service all they did wash wash and polish and nothing on the inside like they should and u wasnt walked around it either.

From the first phone call they were helpful and courteous! They helped me understand what each service choice would include and I was surprised to find out that there was a 10 $ discount on all the interior cleaning services on the day I came in!Thought I was about to dish out 130 minimum to deal with the can of soda that exploded in my car. They helped me at under half that cost. Tristan was a great service tech that gave me details about all of the extra choices I could get on making my car feel fresh and new. Thanks Car Spa!

Drove up about an hour and a half prior to closing. There were three guys standing around completely ignoring me, I cleaned out my car and waited about 10 more minutes until a girl came to help me. I tried explain him what I wanted but she kept trying to steer me in another more expensive direction. I waited about an hour for my vehicle when a Mgr came said her staff didnt know how to put my Jeep in neutral, its an automatic. and somehow it got stuck in the wash so they would have to rewash it. I was ready to go by then so I left and then to top it off my iPhone charger that was plugged into my dash was missing. I took everything of value out or so I thought. Didnt think anyone would steal my $10 charger. Wont ever be back

Decent car wash. Outside and carpets looked really good. The inside of windshield, dash board and door jams still had dirt on them. I might return, not sure.

Worst detail job I have ever gotten. Dash was half wiped windows werent even cleaned cup holders werent wiped out it was horrible. Didnt notice until I got down the road then had to go to a car wash and re do it all myself. I would give them no stars if I could.

Came into town, my sister in law comes here and man was I happy! Bubbles, suds and wiping here, wiping there! My truck came out awesome 👌 I will definitely be going back to get bubbled up again from these folks!

I took my car there to get an oil change and an upgraded car wash package because I had a ton of dog hair in my backseat from taking the dog to the vet. They did an amazing job. There was no hair anywhere and everything was crisp and clean. They worked really hard on that car and it was greatly appreciated!

All the personnel are friendly and do a good job cleaning inside and out. The gas is usually lower than surrounding areas. The prices are very reasonable.

I love this car wash! Not only was it the most professional car wash in the area that I have experienced but the quality is very detailed and met all of my expectations. I wish I knew the name of the car attendant that helped me because he was very helpful.

The best thing about my experience today was I didn’t wait more than an hour. It seems like the staff don’t know half the ins and outs- like a seat conditioner is ONLY for leather seats.I watched the guys working on my vehicle drag my WeatherTech mats on the pavement to wash them- they aren’t a whole lot cleaner than before. I asked for interior clean and interior condition and it looks like they didn’t really wipe down all the surfaces- more than just small remnants left over when I got my key back.I spent 25 minutes in their parking area wiping it out myself (dashboard, steering wheel, my cup holders/center console area, gear shifter, emergency break, door handles, inside of doors) because they didn’t really clean it.So very disappointed!!!! I was getting my car detailed so it’s be nice and clean for my sister coming in for my wedding.

This place is most likely the best car wash in the whole area, where you can find full service without the need to wait a lot of time or paying an arm and a leg. Great service, ultra fast, super efficient. The location is quite tricky in a very busy corner, but its worth the extra traffic and the madness of HWY 6 construction that never ends.

I drove 20 miles one way to get my truck detailed because I heard and read really good things about this place. I must say I was not let down. They did an excellent job inside and out. My truck was in very bad shape. It needed special attention due to excess filth in the seats and carpet. I spoke with the 2 managers, Tristan and Steven, and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Also, every employee I spoke with were nice, helpful, and seemed genuinely friendly. I will definitely be making the 40 mile round trip again for my next wash and detail. In my opinion it is well worth the drive. 10/10...I highly recommend these guys.

When I had recently moved to the area I was glad we found this car wash. I even got a membership. First, I started to notice they didnt clean my car that good but trying to be a good person... Id let it go. Second thing was when one of the employees took my designer sun glasses. The final straw though, was when I contacted them about it and they didnt seem to care enough to give a call back to fix the situation. Im not saying all the employees are bad. On the contrary, most of them are really nice!

I don’t expect a detail job at their prices. But for $35 they should definitely do a better job. I had to come home and re-vacuum my own car, re-clean everything. I was in a hurry and did not have time to sit there and wait for them to redo the whole interior. This place has definitely gone downhill in the last few years. You would think with such a great location they would do a better job.

Should have checked the reviews before coming in. Spent $100 when a better job could have been done by Mr Detail on Jones Rd for HALF the price. You lost my business and I was thinking of hopping on to the Monthly plan.Thanks for your feedback Steve. Let the rain go away and I shall send teh care back definitely and will take it from there..

Dont come here to get your car washed! Went here to get my girlfriends car washed and cleaned from the inside. She paid $100 to get the carpet and seats cleaned. First off, they missed some areas on the exterior of the car. When we got in it the seats and the carpet still had stains.The interior still had crumbs and dirt in certain areas. I could have had better results just cleaning it myself. We were so mad we didnt even want to deal with the people inside, we just left.

This is the place I normally go for a car wash. The prices are fair, the staff is nice and professional. They took real car of my car this time around

Truck wasnt vacuumed at all but they were odd scratches. Back seats werent vacuumed I noticed a lot of odd things after getting my car washed here windows had smudge marks, dashboard and doors werent wiped down as they claimed. I didnt have time to do it myself. I will give these guys another chance and see if theres a difference between a $40 job vs $20 job. They did what i wanted done but not what they told me i was paying for. Next time i will watch their workers carefully when i visit.

They did an ok job. Had to advise bugs and dirt were on the front bumper. I got a Full Service Plus for 31.99. Fast turn around, but didn’t meet the mark of 100% thorough. Probably will not go back.

As with all oil change or mechanic shops there is the ever present upsale. However, at least they arent pushy about it. Everything else is pretty much on point.

Love! Love! Love! Get the silver its well worth it! And remember to tip your detailer, they do really great work.

Pretty good people here they do have a fairly high turnover but for the most part they do a good job and they know me by name.

UPDATE: I did get in contact with the manager and they are going to make it right for me. I believe it was a misunderstanding of the free exterior wash that automatically comes with the oil change and the washers just didn’t see my ticket with the upgraded wash. I will be visiting the store and the manager stated he can provide a full complimentary wash for my troubles. THANK YOU CAR SPA FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT AND YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!My normal experience with this place is awesome. HOWEVER, I went for an oil change and wash today, 12/6. I paid for the $27 wash and when I got my car back I noticed the windshield wasn’t washed, so I asked them to do it. Then after I got home (30 mins away) I realized they didn’t do anything on the inside! They didn’t vacuum anything or wipe anything down! Will be calling tomorrow to come back so they can fix this. What am I paying for?!

Looked like a kid washed my car and then the manager blamed my car for being the reason the work didn’t look good.Water stains and just nasty. Never again .I had to come back and add to my review. As I look at my car again I feel like they stole me money. It doesn’t even look like it was washed .

I’ve been using this location for car wash and other services for 3 years.I recently got Swiss wax which was $350 and the wax has faded off in less than three months. When I spoke with the manager Derrick he told me there was nothing he could do about it and I would have to pay $350 again even though the advertisement says six months of protection. Never going back rip off

Shout out to Triste the manager awesome job, on my truck. Wasted gumbo in the front seat couldnt tell when I picked it up, will probably need another ozone treatment. And the price was right. Everywhere else over priced.

Do not come here unless you want your vehicle damaged. Got my truck washed and they broke my back door where it will no longer open and they will not take responsibility for it. The manager tried to tell me that they didn’t even open the back door yet you can clearly see that the back seat was cleaned. The “manager” Tristian has tried calling the GM and the Regional Manager but no one will call him back. Instead of helping the upset customer in front of him he decided it is more important to go continue washing cars him self. Only come here if you want your vehicle damaged.

Raj and Tony were awesome at Car Spa on 1960. I really was not expecting to get my car detailed today. I stumbled upon Car Spa because I needed to get gas. After realizing all of the services they offered. I got out to inquiry about prices and how long it will take. Everyone is nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I tried this spot out because it was always full and busy, so guessed they must’ve done good work. For the price of a hand wash ($45) it was not worth it. There was still dirt inside my car and dirt on top of my hood. On top of that it took them an hour and a half to complete my vehicle after being told it would be 45 mins. Lastly, they had a problem ringing out my ticket and the cashier had to call the manager multiple of times to get it to work. The manager never came to assist and the cashier had to go get him after 30 mins. Definitely won’t be coming back instead give my business to someone more local.

I paid full price and when they said that my car was ready it was all dirty inside. Poor quality for sure not coming back.

I just come here for the $10 wash and it’s a lot better than Bucees. I have a clown car and it hits the spots other washes miss. Towel dry. Tip the guys they make terrible money here.

Viet was the person who helped us out during our visit, he was kind and genuinely cared about the cleanliness of the vehicle and cared about getting it clean. He worked wonders and I was not overcharged for the quality of work like other places do. When I ever need my car cleaned again, i will definitely be asking for him.

Was made aware it could take up to 3 hours, but after the 3 hours they tried to ship me out of here before performing all of the work paid for. I paid for but 3 for $109. They didn’t shampoo the seats or floors and didn’t clean the door jambs (still dirt)... now waiting again to see them finish the promised job. Will update review after. Also paid a. Additional $50 for exterior wash. Looks ok.

Went for full detail package, after ready selecting what I wanted and the packages I wanted and paid. I was told detail packages were not offered.. wont be coming back again

You would think when you pay $200 for an oil change and seat/carpet shampoo they would at least vacuum out your empty trunk. Additionally they did not call us when our vehicle was done like they said they would leaving us scrambling to make it there by the time the facility closed. This is the attention to detail that drives otherwise good companies out of business.

This place has always been thorough and professional. Even when they are busy they try to accommodate me. I had an appointment and tried to get my car wash done before but couldn’t and they offered to have the service re done when I had more time. I will always recommend this place over all the washes around.

I brought in one of my work trucks that was FILTHY! From the moment I got there, the employees were outstanding! The truck was so bad it took over two hours to get clean. Sean, the employee that did the work did an incredible job! The truck looks almost brand new! The guys in the oil center even aired up my tires! I will definitely be back!

I didnt want to write a bad review but I had no more choice, Ive been in this place 4 or 5 times bringing my and my wifes vehicle and every time Ive been here I have to either tell them to re-do it or have to bring it back, the reason why I come back here is to give them a second or third chance and also its the closest car wash from home and sometimes I dont have time to go to another store, what I dont understand is why lots of people come to this place, good customer service but the quality on the work sucks and thats why Im giving 1 ⭐ because of the customer service.

This place is above board on the top shelf. The painters got paint on my vehicle. I took this to Car Spa. They spent 3 hours on the vehicle with a clay bar. They got all the paint overspray off. The manager came and picked me up when it was done at the house with no extra charge. The manager gave me a free car wash at first to see how bad it was. They have a customer for life!

Came here to get my car cleaned on Sunday morning. Only to not have it properly cleaned the first and second time They did not lift my rugs up nor clean my dash or cup holders. The manager Tony act as he had no communication skills. Would not give me corporate number and told me to look at receipt. I called inside to Ebony whom was great and very helpful. The very next day Rj contacted me and I brought my car to show him the poor service . Said oh it’s minor o can fix it. Yea it’s minor cause it’s not your car ate money. I would never return her not even for free. Go to Mister car wash if u want proper service. So the General manager wanna respond and talk about money. You did not wash but 30 percent of my car. No worries I have 19.00 that I donated to your company. It’s principles to this. You wasn’t even there nor did u see my car

Very dissapointed the matts did not get clean, the floor look like it was never vacuumed, the trunk or my 3rd row that I paid extra for. On to of that there was dirt stains in the roof of the car and part of the sides the sides. It was so shaded I could not get a good look until I had to use my car 2 days later, so I had to eat the cost.

I went in today for an oil change. The price was exactly what they told me it would be for synthetic. They upgraded my wash so the inside would be clean as well for no extra charge. They then called me over and asked if I had an extra key because they locked mine in the car! I didn’t have the spare key so I believe a member of management came over and used some tools they have to get my keys out. My overall experience was exceptional!! Even with the little mishap Of my keys being locked in my car I will totally be back as they do an amazing job! Thank you guys for all your hard work and professionalism! 😃

This place will serve it.I had the opportunity to try out their premium wash, polish package and it definitely worth every penny.The polish on my car was like CAR SHOW material. Before I didnt think my car could look this good. You know how cars at the car show some how look 10 times better than what it is at the dealership? It takes the right kind of quality polishing. And this car spa managed to achieve that pristine look for your car like you can ever imagine.I 100% recommend that you give that package a try. They even fixed all my hard to get out debris spots that I thought would never comes out.

The team always gets my car in and out in a totally acceptable matter of time. Wash is good, always clean. And there’s the 48 hours policy on a re-do if it rains, which it looks like it’s gonna do today! All good.

Its a clean and very dependable location. i have never had an issue with them and i have been going here since i moved to this area in 2013. my truck is always clean and the managers are always willing to answer any questions. Tony is the most recent manager and a very hardworking guy. i highly recommend this locations to all that are in the neighborhood.

I visited this location on Wednesday and I was impressed I was greeted my the manager Tony and he was very informative and helpful in helping me understand and choose a service. My dodge ram looked amazing after the service and thanks also to Steve the manager he was very helpful he was nice enough to help me with my bags and direct me to the inside of the store. The facility and management are amazing I highly recommend this location.

I paid $45 to get an ultimate wash and when I was told that it was completed, I got to my truck and a very poor vacuum job, exterior around wheel flares and door jambs hadnt been cleaned. Floor mats were not even wiped down. I paid extra for rain x but when I drove in the rain, I had no water beading on the windshield. The only thing I want is what I pay for and I sure didnt get it. I wont be back.

This place is a joke! Wanted a oil change and car wash, which cost me $80!! First the guy that was helping me for the oil change wasn’t “trained” for customer service and told me the incorrect amount for the pipe change. So, the manager took off $14 for the inconvenience. Then when my car was done the middle console was still DIRTY didn’t look like they even cleaned the inside. Then in the truck they couldn’t move seat covers to the other side to vacuum the ENTIRE trunk. So for the amount I paid and the service I got was not worth it at all. I will NEVER come back.

As a senior citizen, I thoroughly enjoy my visits here simply because of the great staff who are always courteous and kind to share their amazing hospitality with me. They are patient and always willing to lend a helping hand when special needs are required which gives me confidence that these young individuals really care about their customers. The manager tony at this location is terrible! No wonder why this location has such terrible reviews. Apparently the manager has no regard for customer service and cares more about corporate phone calls instead of getting his self out of his comfy chair in his dark black office. Seriously and your a manager no wonder why you have such bad reviews. This place needs new management. Car Spa this location makes your franchise look terrible!

I was a loyal customer,a member at that to this carwash facility. Today will be my last day coming here. I have not had this kind of experience before where someone steals from me but today I did. The value of the item is irrelevant but the principle matters. If Ive been stolen from once why would I return to have it happen again? I have brought it up to the managers attention and was offered a free detail service. Nice gesture but my trust has been broken. I will not put myself in that position again and will be taking my service elsewhere.

I am a first time customer, and the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because it took over 2 hours. They were not busy when I arrived and I had 1 car in front of me after the wash and it took forever. They did a good job though and it was worth the price $30.99 for someone else to clean it. Ill be back.

I dropped the car off for friend of mine several weeks ago and the interior was in really bad shape. About two and a half hours later, and about $100.00, the interior looked brand new. The Alice Paul has a clean and spacious interior with refreshments and plenty of big screen TVs and comfy couches. And their staff was most friendly and courteous.

They always do a great job. Definitely worth the upgrade pricing.

Much better than pretty much all the other places around. Friendly people, clean comfortable eating area, and quality work. . One area for improvement is the four lines that you drive up to order your services. It always seems disorganized, and no rhyme or reason to who they take next. A single line or someone out there to manage it would be better. It takes a long time from when you arrive to when your car is getting wet.

Wow, these guys can detail your car to where it looks like brand new! I would not go anywhere else for my car detail, this place got what you need. Its worth the drive if your coming from the other side of town the service is great and clean environment. Very professional and will get your car looking good again. A+++
