Very professional and efficient with cleaning of the car. I decided to do a Beach day…let’s just say I brought a lot of sand from the beach into my car. The staff at Eagle Hand car wash had my car spotless, and there was not a trace of sand inside the car. You pay for what you get, and they did an excellent job. This is my second time visiting the establishment and I will be back.

I’m so happy that this place here gives you great service and a good deals that is honest. Like I bring the fleet vans from my company here and Emily and her team do a very great job. The vans are clean inside and out we greatly appreciate it so much. We love this place so much my boss asked me to bring her personal car here and she loved it. This used to be the best car wash on the Southside. Had to request the car be washed again after the first wash. Car was still dirty. Even after the second wash, car was still dirty. Dont waste your money. Dont come here.

Horrible service. I watched as customers had to keep sending their cars back to be rewashed because they were still dirty including my vehicle. Even after a second wash vehicles were still dirty. Crew had attitudes like they didnt want to be there. They removed the floor mats from my car, and was just throwing them. I paid over $200.00 for my mats and didnt appreciate the carelessness of how my things were handled. Employees told me my vehicle was ready but the top of my vehicle was still wet and my mats were still lying on the ground. This place has hit bottom in service. Im never taking my vehicle here again.

Ive been coming to this place to get my car wash and waxed for a while now. Ive decided to get the interior shampooed because they do a good job with the outside of my vehicle. When I got my car back, my seats were all scratched! It wasnt just one seat. It was my two front seats. I was so disappointed because these people have great customer service. They also told me that they could get the soda stain out without a problem. I look and it is all still there. Do not get your interior washed if your seats are suede material they do not know how to service it.

I normally detail my own car but when Im pressed for time or being lazy; these guys do a great job! I always do the mini for $75 and always happy with the results. They stay busy on a beautiful day for a good reason.

I needed a thorough cleaning of my car, but I had just gotten my windshield replaced and couldnt have the outside of the car washed. They were accommodating to my request of only detailing the interior.The amount of time that they took for the quality of cleaning they gave was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place for detailing in the future.

Im so glad I discovered this place a couple of years ago. I have three cars and I just cant keep up with keeping them clean. These guys do a great job and the price is right. Theres a nice waiting area with massage chairs and theyve got coffee and water available.Theyve got a rewards card where after ten washes you get one free. The attention to detail is very high. They even polished my cars trailer hitch. They clean inside the vents, between the seats, everything. The car feels so clean! On the rare occasion that something is missed, these guys fix it fast.I cant understand why anyone would pay 2-3 times as much and go to a big commercial car wash that uses machines. When youve got older vehicles, those machines can damage your car. Here, you get a HAND car wash.

They did a phenomenal job on my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek. Very professional and personable. Great customer service. Cleaning your car is like an art to them it’s their craft. We had “uncleanable” stains in the seats from coffee spills and a smell of smoke in the vehicle (from my father in law) and they were able to clean the stains out completely and the car is free of the smell of smoke. They do incredible work and I’m not sure why they are not rated 5 stars by everyone. You’ve gained 2 new loyal customers and I’ll be bringing my car there to be cleaned and detailed as well.

If I had to choose no stars I would. They don’t answer the phone when you call them. Paid $120 for shampoo and detail and they left my car all wet, dirty and stinky. It’s been 24 hours and my car smells as if it got flooded. Maybe it was good at some point but not anymore

This was a horrible experience. I just bought my car and instead of cleaning it myself I had decided to get it detailed at this place, horrible decision. They literally washed the car like a drive thru machine would and shined all over the dirty leather seats ( no cleaning I had to clean the dirt off the seats watching the seats change color)I was really just shocked at after 4 hours this was the work they did. The interior of the car was basically untouched other than the carpet that they actually shampooed the human element in detailing was certainly missing in my experience my car looked like it was done halfheartedly by a 6 year old. I ended up have to wash and detail it myself anyway. Waste of 230

Ive been here 4 times this year and overall they did a good job cleaning my car. Being close to my favorite pho restaurant, I can come drop off my car, enjoy my lunch and pick up right afterwards.

I told the guy was my first time in a car wash he charged me for my f150 $40. All they did was washed outside vacuum the inside and that was all. Thanks to them today I pay $27 for the same truck %100 better service and better details now my truck looks like I just bought it from the dealer

I bought a used car and it was dirty from the previous owners. After cleaning, the interior looked like new for a reasonable price! People are complaining about the price but tell them exactly what you want done and they will set a good price... ignore the whiners.

Had my car washed on Thursday, went to put the floor mats back on Saturday and two of them were missing-one of the under mats and one of my custom $80 top mats. Went back to the place and they said the manager was going to review the tapes that night and get back to me. He never did. It’s Tuesday now. I have called multiple times since and they just keep insisting he’s going to review the tapes and get back to me. Still waiting for them to make it right, or at least show me these “tapes.”

If your car got flooded due to hurricane Harvey I would not recommend getting your interior cleaned here. They will take advantage of your time of weakness, I called and they quoted for $90 for carpet wash and seats then said full detail would be $120, all seems reasonable. But when I showed up the guy said it would be $200 and it would be like new. Maybe because Im a woman the prices changed dramatically but I was desperate and couldnt let the car sit around longer with water and the interior beginning to mold. So I took the $200 package, when I got the car back everything seemed fine the car didnt have mold and Everything seemed to be detailed. I was wrong, so much was left dirty the inside console still had dirt in the corners the gear shifting box has dirt everywhere you could tell they just wiped it down once and didnt go back to make sure it was completely clean. And the icing on the cake what do you know a day later the car started to smell like mold again. I didnt want to argue with them so I just left this issue alone but you guys if moneys tight and you need your interior cleaned dont trust this place theyre just looking to take advantage of flood victims
