They always clean and detail my husbands truck and they do a good job. Prices are a little high though.

Mister Carwash will never get a dime of my money again. My car has not shined like that since I bought it 6 years ago Cant wait until I get my car washed again. As long as they are there I will be a customer for life. And the way they treat people is exemplary. Love them

Very good clean place to take your car to get cleaned. The guys did a really good job they left my car sparkling clean inside n out. A bit expensive but it was worth it

All I can say is off the chain clean my car with no spots. I recommend anybody to go and get your car or truck washed as soon as you can.

Although their voicemail says they close at 5pm, this is false. If you show up at 4pm, they tell you they are closing and not accepting anyone else. They should really just change their business hours form 8 to 4. So that some of us dont waste our time driving there

Its okay, it is a hand car wash. I was charged $25 and they washed and vacuumed my car. Not too many complains.

Did an excellent job on the MKX. Interior leather was cleaned like new. Wife was very pleased (brownie points). Excellent and professional service from start to finish. You want a professional hand wash on your vehicle including interior. Premium Hand Carwash is your place.

They charged me $100 which was a little pricey but OK that’s fine because I drive a Kia forte. My job is my car and I’ll admit it was a bit dusty because I hadn’t wiped it down in a while but for $100 the car should come back armor all on the inside at least with all of the detail taken care of but there is dust in the corners there is I don’t know what on my visor there are still finger prints On my windows there is still dust in the doorhandles they claim to have shampooed my seats but my seats are still dirty they are cloth seats but you can tell they were in touched. He had children working there cleaning the inside of the car and I do mean actual children I would give it zero stars if this thing would let me

I’ve had cars and trucks detailed here for years with the only problem being their rude staff. Usually the detailing is on point and for a good price. Today they ruined the paint on my car with buffer burn and then denied it and would not take responsibility for it. Short of calling the cops and going through the legal system, there’s nothing more I can do besides never go here again! Find another car wash, it’s not worth a new paint job!

Kind of good work, only 3 stars because didnt remove bugs totally in front bumper, and didnt remove mud on my fenders, and whenever I taking my truck to be washed and obviously paying for such a service, Im expecting the best service.

I love this business! The cleaning is excellent and Mario is always cordial to his customers. I have used this service for a long time and will continue to use them! The only issue I have is that they are not open at 11:00 AM. I sincerely hope that all is well.

Parts of truck clean other half smudged and dirty. Looks like they dried vehicle with a oily rag. Interior smelly like Bug spray. Had to use 7 air fresheners and leave windows down to air out.

Ive heard of this place and read the reviews. Dont drive by it often to say how busy it gets, but I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Best car wash Ive gotten in months! All the staff was nice and friendly and not half doing jobs. I highly recommend you going here, first time going today but will definitely keep going back! And the price for the service was amazing

I took my car today, I must say I was impressed by the service. I really thought I was going to come out disappointed. But I took a chance, so glad I did. Great service and a reasonable price. One little thing I didn’t like but other than that it was a good experience. I am definitely coming back.

Worst service first you have to wait in lines.... what lines well the lines wrapped all over every which way because they are all over the street in the construction site next door! You can’t tell where they start where they end !!! And don’t get in the middle because you will be in Danger if getting Assaulted!!!

I love this quality of this car wash. But I’m beyond pissed off. It clearly says here they are open until 6 everyday. I’ve got on 4 separate occasions since my first initial visit. All 4 times around 4 or 5pm. And they have been closed. Fix your damn hours to show the right times or post them at your damn location. It’s a huge waste of my time and everyone else’s time to make the trip all the way to your location for it just to be closed when it’s supposed to be open. How do you expect your customers come back when they are greeted with closed doors. I gave them 4 chances. Won’t be coming back again.

This place is the best. Im an Uber driver and I consistently get my car washed due to the amount of people going in and out of my car. Everytime I get a wash here, it lasts for a very long time. I live in Katy and I drive all the way to premium hand car wash for the great quality service they provide every time i take my car in. Highly recommend.

Always an excellent job detailing my vehicles!

An outstanding car wash for $20 and only $30 for full size trucks. The exterior will shine, rims and tires sparkling and shiny and the interior is wiped, vacuumed, windows clean and i think they apply a nice scent (maybe mine just smelled better after being cleaned). It is not a drive-thru car wash, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes, but it is a job very well done.The owner is a local and a christian, very nice guy and runs his business like it should be run... He acts like he wants and needs your business. Customer service is not dead, it lives here at the Premium Hand Carwash.

Its was a pleasant experience! Its nice for a change to have someone clean my car with pride and enjoy doing what they do! Well be back! For twenty bucks! Wow!!

I took my brand new truck for a wash on a weekday and everything went perfect like most reviews say. Then 3 weeks later I took it again on a Sunday it was super busy I mention it because with all the cars the soap and water they use must have been dirty because when they finished with my truck it was horrible it was full of swirl marks and a lot of surface scratches the ones you get by washing or drying your vehicle with a dirty mitt or towel. Now Im going to have to buff it in order to remove the scratches.

Ive be going since 2012, good car wash - cleans and wash your truck or car. Prices changes depending on the vehicle, how dirty it is. The only problem is the long lines if you like waiting. But the car wash is the place to wash or detail your ride.

Love bring my Expediton here. Their personal touch is awesome and they do an job. Very well worth the money!

I have been using this car wash for quite some time, and lately I have been experiencing problems with the owner. I will wait in the long line, get to the front, and the owner will say that I will have to pay more to get my car clean than the base price. My car is never filthy, as I wash it once a week. He only does this because I frequent the car wash. The car wash isnt worth the price, and the owner really needs to stay consistent with his pricing. The level of disrespect and rudeness he portrays is awful. I will never go to this car wash again and will be letting my friends and family know to stop going to this establishment.

My wife waited in line for an hour this morning, just to be told that she needed an appointment, then said my price was not standard due to my vehicle size. Although I was quoted and told yesterday just to come early and the internet price was valid

Not clear on details on what they do for the price you pay. They didnt even ask me the just assumed I wanted the cheapest wash when I asked for the full package.

We stopped here for a quick oil change and it was exactly that, their service was great and quick.

My car is cleaner and fresher than taking it to Mr. Bubbles and mister car wash...Ill choose this quality and price point from now on. I plan to get my car shampooed in the future, so Ill let you know how that goes. Have to set up thay appointment.

Call before you come. Website and google says open at 8am on Monday. I showed up at 820 and they told me they weren’t open. There was around four employees there cleaning their shop and their boss was walking around but they said sorry closed all day. Went well out of my way to get here. Never again.

First time here and the skinny gentleman gave me the worst customer service I could imagine I just needed my car wash from the outside and he said oh I can clean your car I dont have time because the inside needs vacuum he needs to really treat customers better wont be coming back charge is not fair Ill like to see him talk to me like that again I probably wont be responding the way I did today

I waited in line for an hour and a half just to see a sign that says no muddy vehicles and to be told that they wouldn’t even touch my truck.Would be nice to know that before waiting in line for so long.

Website says open until 6:00 pm. I called 4 times beginning at 4:30 and got no answer. Stuck in traffic and arrived at 5:25. Sign in driveway that said Sorry, closed. Owner said, Sorry. So, either answer your phone or advertise actual closing time.

Was a good place to get my truck washed but the last 5 or 6 times I have tried to get it done the manger has found one reason or another to not wash my truck and after waiting in line for more than 20 minutes

I have never experienced the WORST costumer service my entire life. i came to this car wash to get my entire car cleaned because i had just purchased this car and its an old model but idc, its my first car. I was waiting in the office when the owner walked in and said so when are you going to buy a new car and proceeded to tell me how old my car was. he then told me my car should be put on display bc of how old it was. after he got done insulting my car he told me to not expect my car to look different after they clean it bc of how old it was, i have a chevy cobalt 2005. Afterwards they gave me my car keys and as i waked to my car all the workers were looking at me and laughing realizing i was the owner of the car. i checked my car and it looked liked they just wiped stuff down and didnt even vaccum my car and i was charged 30 dollars. Owner use to be very well going and politePast 3 visits he’s been rude and the last time it was 3 pm and he closes at 6 pm and he only had one person in front of me and said to come tomorrow early (my truck wasn’t even that dirty just normal had washed it like a week and a half ago) I figured maybe he’s closing early so I left said ok then drove by at 7 pm ! And he was still washing !! I don’t know what was the problem with my truck I always tipped good and never complained point is I will never be back their I don’t wish him the worst just wish he would learn to take pride in his work and treat his customers right
