We have used this company for more than 5 years, and I must say that one expects that when the service is paid, everything will be fulfilled, they charge an insurance that does not help for partial losses, that is, if you send 4 pairs of shoes and 2 arrive, they tell you that they are very sorry and that in Colombia they are very thieves, and I think that if there is insurance involved, it should cover everything and pay for it, not only for total losses, which they also tell you is when they already rob you and it is not written in any Part, because that gives rise to robbing us and nothing happens, they use TCC in Colombia which unfortunately is a company with many problems of partial theft to parcels, they can search in Google, and even so they continue to use it, I mean that one as a client It is worth it, they did it to me twice, but it was enough, tell people that the merchandise is not safe, that they can steal it and you are not responsible, and one will see whether or not to send with you, and stop collect insurance that does not exist, because I have not seen the first paper l to show that it sure is that one pays. To be clear we have had two problems with TCC they gave us the boxes half full, a 76 pound box weighing 42 pounds, and we could not even put the claim in TCC because it was international
