I love this car wash spot. Car is always spotless and the vacuuming and mat cleaning equipment is better than any other car wash in the area. So much better quality and service than the big chains around town. Staff and management always friendly and there to help out!

Not a good place. They damage peoples vehicles and then do not make it right the way a reputable business should. Instead of responding to bad reviews by taking appropriate action, they just try to bury them with fake reviews and ratings. Dishonest owners and management. Sad to see a business treating local residents with such poor customer service. Take your business to an honest place and avoid these crooks!

Major vehicle damage & wont pay! Recently my nephew used this car wash on June 28th and his car was majorly beat up by a piece of equipment due to an error by one of the workers. His car had over $3k in damages and the business still owes him money for his rental car for while his car was in the shop and they wont pay him. They owe him over $500 and stopped communicating with them and wont pay up! Mistakes happen but a business should make this right. When you damage someones property by being negligent then your duty is to make them whole again financially. I would not go here because if your car is damaged, you will be in the same boat! Based off the fact that they immediately tried to make him take it to a specific body shop-this must happen pretty often. Poor business practices and awful ownership.

Fantastic as always. Next door to another car wash, but so much better in my opinion - at least for the drive through option. I havent had full service or detail from either one yet, because Im lazy and my priorities are all mixed up. My daddy always said that I had all the book smarts in the world, but not a lick of common sense. Oh how I miss my daddy.

I just came out of a car wash from this Key West and the wash was terrible. It did not clean my bumper and hood . Lots of dirt and bug marks. I showed this to attendant and he replied you bought basic wash, it doesnt cleans well, you need to buy the other ones !!! So basic was is just waste of money???

Seemed like a good cleaning, but the car didn’t dry well and needed a towel to finish. I had the $14 car wash. The vacuum worked well, too.

The best car wash ever. The machines are really good and they actually clean well, as it has the longest tunnel and two tire brushes. Vacuums are powerful and you dont have to insert coins nor there is any time limit.Service is amazing too, as they will assist you in drying windows and any other help. You cant compare this place to any other. For me, Carisma car wash is closest but I dont mind driving another 10-15 minutes as this is 10× better than Carisma.I hope they maintain the same level of service and keep their machines in good condition as they are now.For me, I am done hopping around different car washes. I will not consider any other place, but this and recommend all my friends to this location.Any negative reviews about this place should mean you had a really bad luck or you own another car wash place😅

If youre looking for a basic wash jsut for a quick shine then youll have no problem with that here. My only issue was with whatever was used to shine the tires. The tire shine was smeared all over my rims.

Ive gone here so many times because of their always on vacuum system. Each bay (after the wash) has a narrow and a wide vacuum hose. Some of their bays have an air compressor. I like to use the air compressor on the side mirrors and inside the car and under the hood (engine area).

Its a convenient drive-through car wash.After washing the car you can use a vacuum cleaner for the inside of the car.

Price to9 high for premium wash. No cloth. No freshener for $18 wash! Dry didnt work fine. Need to wipe down myself. Vaccum one sided stuck and other side just ok. Will not go there again.

The vacuums are awesome, the design and the set of the vacuum area is very practical, they also have a strong suction. Reasonably priced as well.

Need to work on the back wrap brush and set the blowers up more to dry but it was nice and clean around the property.

Very nice car wash. Its actually $8.00...not $6.00 as mentioned in other reviews. I guess it went up. However, its a very nice facility. It cleaned my car well. It did leave the very front bottom dirty, but it may be just the way my car is made. The vacuums are very strong. This is important, as I have a pug that loves car rides, but sheds like a balding lady. I will definently be back.

I would suggest to purchase the monthly car wash I believe its like 25 bucks but its totally worth it because you would get unlimited car washes vacuum cleaner, air, oh and theres 2 types of vacuum hoses. If you do the math if you wash your car 2xs a month like you should. It more cost effective to purchase the monthly subscription plan they have.

Love this place! On your day of car wash, if it rains, keep your receipt for 24 hours and they will give you a free wash! Free vacuum, never full where you have to wait. Great wash from the bristles, great tire shine and awesome prices. Oh they always have a bible verse on their sign..and their guys are so friendly. Love it!! Love it

This car wash was in the best shape Ive ever seen. All the equipment looked brand new and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The manager Bryan went out of his way to assist us and I will never go to another car wash because of his outstanding customer service. Mr. Bryan you made a loyal customer out of me!!

I love new car washes. The staff is nice, all the vacuums work and the suction is second to none! All of these things are true here. I would recommend getting your own tire shine at Auto Zone and getting the $6 wash.

Key Car Wash has absolutely the best concept for a car wash. The basic wash is $6. You can purchase a monthly membership. It does a great cleaning job without leaving little scratches where paint is stripped from the brushes of other car wash places. Free vacuum. You don’t need a coin for the free vacuum nor does it only limit you to a few minutes The vacuum has an unlimited time limit. They also have a free car mat washing machine that is so easy to use. Best bargain for all that you get. Plus the staff come to help aid you in all you may need help with. Whether it’s with the purchase or drying your vehicle. Top of my hat to Jonah & El Sr. They are always helpful & friendly in spite of working in this unbearable heat.

Best customer service around Texas. I went to get my car washed because Im a lyft driver & it made my car so clean. They have this machine you put your car mats in & it shampoos and dries them. I locked my keys and phone in the car on accident & the staff was very helpful. They let me use their cell phones to call my friend for my spare key, offered me something to drink & even checked up on me every one in awhile until my spare key came. I absolutely love this place vacuums worked so good, my car was super shiny after I left I can say its absolutely worth the money. I will definitely be returning.

I washed my car here for the first time on April 8th and it was in between 4-5 pm after washing I vacuumed and continued to drive home after arriving home I noticed scratches and called the company and no one answered. Called on Tuesday morning still no answer. I decided to email my concerns and got a response on Wednesday. The supervisor said that he would review the cameras and get back to me... he did and after arguing with me about the scratches that are very visible said there’s nothing I can do come and speak with the manager Thursday after 4. I drove there and asked for the manager the supervisor said the manager is not here and always leaves by 4! Emailed the company again this time asking to just send the proof and I will move on if they in fact see the scratches that I was speaking of. The manager emailed me the picture of my vehicle and the scratches are not there! Now as business owner or someone who has good customer service will make things right not make the customer feel like a liar. I have the pictures and it doesn’t compare! Yes the facility is amazing! Very clean and nice! $6 for a basic wash!!! But of course I got the $18 wash because the basic will be clean but not the best! But it’s a machine doing the washing and things happen!!

This Car Wash is worth it, the Lot Attendant was friendly and he helped me with the pay machine as well. Free Vacuums and cheaper Tire Shine, Car Wash than their competition next door. Im definitely coming back in the future and I recommend others to visit as well.
