Im sure its a great service. Seems like a really nice place. However, I was waiting in the sitting area and when another customer walked in he immediately received his haircut and i was cut in line. If there was an appointment, maybe i misunderstood. But i was not greeted nor asked if i was waiting for a haircut. Please fix your queue system as those new customers may not know the process and thus feel neglected.I will not be returning.
