I called and asked about setting up an appointment said none were needed was the first one to show up as soon as they opened and still had to wait over an hour plus just to be told the wait for walk ins would’ve been a whole another hour if you don’t know anyone there it isn’t worth going to it

Good people an hair cut

Ive been coming here for a few years. I dont get many haircuts but when I have a special event where I need to be on point I always come here. Ive been to different barbers at this shop and All gave top notch fades. Im never disappointed when I come here

The fades are always nice and im always satisfied with them but the LINE UPS which i would assume would be yalls specialty because that is the name of the shop are always either uneven or pushed back and don’t have longevity too them because a week or 2 later i got a greenness on my hairline from hair growing in, if anything its the line ups that aren’t the quality of the price for me

This place was a recommendation from a family member. They do perform the tightest taper fades and beard trimmings. I sat in Carlos chair really nice guy very friendly once youre in the chair. I would say however walking in was a different experience. A lot of barber shops have been accustomed to letting you stand around when you first walk in assuming that you either have an appointment or you know better. This place was no exception and seems to be the custom 2 most all barber shops . I walked in and stood by the front desk and apparently the receptionist was and had stepped away from the area. After standing there for about an entire 2 minutes which seems like forever and no one asking you how can they help you? I proceed to have a seat and wait because I did know that I did have an appointment with Carlos. I was just wanting to be reassured that I wasnt going to be skipped over because I do not live in Houston and I made the appointment over the phone, with a gentleman who answered the phone told me that appointment would be for sure after reaffirming with him that I was not going to be pushed back, which also has happened when I have gone into a barbershop that I was not familiar with or do not normally get my haircut. After about a total of 10 minutes of being in the place not knowing who my Barbara was going to be I walk up to the person in the first chair who is normally the Newbie, and she pointed out Carlos which he then overheard and waved. This is not a bad review this is just an overall review of the place and perhaps some areas of needed improvement with customer service or otherwise. I definitely recommend this place for the tightest fades in H-Town referring to Carlos. I will hit you up next time Im in the area for another taper. I wish you well on your trip to Spain. Too expensive and the two ladies seriously messed mine and my brothers hair. Never again, sorry ladies never rate businesses unless you’ve done a great job, but extremely dissatisfied and the most expensive hair cut to not be 100% satisfied. On my way to get it fixed at different shop!

My son loves to come here to cut his hair n get designs! I have referred many ppl and they have all loved it! This is the place to go if u want a great haircut!

I had called and they said they do take walk ins. However when I arrived it seemed that people where coming in and they were being taken care off first. It was like preference. I waited more than hour waiting when I decided to leave. It needs better customer service to new customers not just regulars.

Place was great i took my 2 year old there today for his first hair cut i walked in kinda lost looking for someone i previously spoke w but i was welcomed and immediately taken care of guy was amazing didnt catch his name but he had patience and did a great job better than i expected from my kid crying and moving i was kinda nervous walking in but walked out super happy ... My sons have a new spot i defffff recommend this place
