Posting this simply to inform others about the quality of this nail salons work… Disclaimer: I have been to this nail salon multiple times, so this is NOT just a one time “mess up”. Despite the staff being very friendly… I would not waste your time or money at this salon; you’ll end up very disappointed. The pictures I posted below are the dip nails that I just recently got… they are thick, un-even, bumpy, see-through, etc. It sucks to spend good money on your nails for them to turn out like this… this shouldn’t be acceptable at all!

I came here because Id been looking for a new nail place and they were the only one taking walk-ins that day. I was very pleasantly surprised - they did a GREAT job and the massage at the end was incredible. My only complaint is that their color selection is very limited compared to other places Ive gone. I had a hard time finding one I wanted to wear.

I go there once every two weeks. Everyone is so nice and good at their jobs. Very professional.

Its real nice inside quiet people treat you and respect that means a lot....

I like the Dip/Dap powder they use for dip, it seems to last better on the edges compared to others. It does burn the nails under the UV light though. I once read it’s because they apply to thick of a coat - not sure if that’s accurate or not.They don’t have a very big selection of colors. I feel like every time I request a color, they say “it’s too light” or “we don’t have that color”.

Wow! BEST PEDICURE Ive had in a very long time. Sandy is amazing 💣💯 my leg massage was on point and LONG.. then she got up and came back with HOT ROCKS!! She was GREAT..she PAINTED QUICK! My toes are looking TOO CUTE 😍 Definitely the NEW SPOT!!

I would not recommend this place at all. I went to this nail shop just recently, only because my regular shop was closed. They charged me $40 for dip powder on my nails, which looked like I could’ve done myself at home, was definitely not worth the amount of money I spent. my nails looked bulky not buffed at all very tacky and unnatural looking, mind you this is all on my regular nails. They charge for every little thing. Be aware!

I didnt go to my normal place because Im about an hour away for work for the next three days. However, my 4 week old powder dip was lifting on a couple of nails so I decided to give Royal Nails a try. I usually get a clear coat and then three color coats, but Royal only does two color coats, so I hope they last as long. They look fantastic, the technician did a great job shaping them. They actually look better than they normally do when I go to my regular place. Stopping in tomorrow to get my toes done.

I am so impressed with Royal Nails. I made an appointment today for a full set of acrylic nails. When I arrived T, was waiting for me. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and very skilled! My nails look amazing! I dont believe they have ever looked so beautiful! The salon is clean and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend Royal Nails! Thank you T!! You are amazing!

Ive been hesitant to get acrylic or gel full sets for almost a decade after a couple pretty unfortunate situations. I took a lot of recommendations on places to go, and I read the Google reviews as well. All 4-5 star ratings for your salon, and I see why. Excellent service, friendly staff, and great prices! Lin was my nail tech, and she was sweet, gentle with my nails, and gave me a great experience! Im so glad to have found my new nail spot, and looking forward to being a regular customer!

Highly recommend for routine nail care.I only provide 4 stars because I believe the salon could benefit from some spa-like decor, and my massage chair I sat in during the pedicure was broken.Again, best customer service I have received for a walk in nail salon.

Yes and no pedicure was wonderful and well pri ed, But for my aceylic fill with shellac but nothing fancy no ombre or anything charged me 50$

I love this salon. Ive been getting my acrylics done here for several months. Most of the techs are extremely good. I always try to get my appointments with T. Shes so good with my nails and really sweet.

Okay pedicure. Massage part was non existent even though I paid extra to do the next step up pedi. Chairs were comfortable and there were lots of colors to pick from

Pleasantly surprised by this salon! Ive been hesitant to get my acrylic nails put back on because the reviews for many local nail salons arent the best. I called to make an appointment and was able to come in later the same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face and taken right back with zero wait. I described what I wanted and my nails look amazing!! My nail technician was friendly and I loved the hand massage and warm towel wrap after my acrylics were done. I will definitely be back for future services.

Best pedicure experience ever. $35 for a full service, with hot rock massage and leg/foot scrub. Timely and friendly staff, never have had an issue whether I make an appointment or have to do a walk-in.

I have been coming to Royal Nails since 2015. I used to rave about the quality work. However, recently I kept telling myself I would not be coming back and today I mean that. $25 for a polish shellac for toes is insane!! Their work is not worth $25. I asked the gentleman who painted my nails (bare) if he could push my cuticle down, he asked “are You getting a manicure?” And continued. Very rude. I will never come back here again.

Have been going here for years and have never had an issue. They are very friendly and can usually get in and out pretty quick. I always get a pink and white fill and they always come out great and can usually go 3-4 weeks before getting a fill. I would highly recommend them!

Everything! Ive been going since it first opened. Lived in Chicago but let my nails go until I could get to Michigan and Royal Nails, much better than salons I tried in Chicago. The people, environment, ventilation, accommodating service and of course the extraordinary results.

Nice nail salon. I have only gotten a pedicure here, so I will have to see how I feel about it once I get a full set of gels like I want (since thats the real test to me lol). Overall the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was really relaxing and welcoming! Ill for sure be back.

Great prices and better service! Been going here for years and they do a really thorough job for a cheap price. I have never had an issue. Today they even painted my 4 year old daughters nails with no problems or complaints.

I haven’t had my nails done in over 4 years. I was hesitant about going to get them done but I heard so many great things about this place so I figured why not give them a try. They were all so kind and friendly. But the girl who did my nails seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. I got coffin shaped nails and they aren’t even at all. She cut them shorter than I wanted and when she was putting the color on them she scratched them cause it wouldn’t stick. Also I have air bubbles in them.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They charge you for everything. If you like long nails, its $5 extra. Every little thing see extra. Shaping of the nail is bad, and it just look dirty in there. Im going back to my nail salon... S nail on Jolly Rd.

I love this bunch!!! I am a man, and a guitar player. I generally only have my right hand nails done about every 3 weeks. So, while my experience is not a extensive as most others who use Royal, I am always welcomed each time, warmly. I always feel valued. Whether they assign techs or not, I dont know, But I alway get Kim who is just great and for about the past 9 months had been my nail tech!. She always does an excellent job & generally knows how long my nails should be (as a guitar player, they have to be a precise length for consistent and accurate playing). Yes, some have been critical...I can only say that some days are better than others for all of us. Sorry, I have NO criticism and strongly suggest you given them a shot!!!

I will never come here again. They didnt get all of the nail polish off from my toe nails before they painted them. Also they hardly scrubbed my feet and they are still very rough. Part of the reason i got a pedicure! For my manicure none of my cuticles were pushed back, instead painted over. My toes have nail polish on them that the girl never cleaned off. They were also going to over charge me. Money wasted. I called to talk to a manager but they have no clue when their manager will be in. I am very upset and will never go there again or recommend it.

So there are pros and cons to this place (as with everything).Pros:- Great Massages (especially for pedicures)- Great Prices- Great Availability - you get in and out fairly quicklyCons:- Fair Quality of actual manicure and pedicures. I get pedicures most often and rarely do they actually get my feet how I want them (they leave cuticles or rough edges on nails and dont get much callus off).- When I get shalack done here, it seems to fall off sooner than when done other places.- Massage chairs for pedicures arent that great

So... I’ll start by saying the ppl here were...nice. NOW, I picked a pinkish color for my nails, and little did I know this color was VERY see thru. My nail tech did ALL 10 FINGERS and was about to add a top coat before I stopped her and said, “wait, that looks bad!” Long story short, she tried to do a quick fix by adding a layer of shalac to the top of the dipped powder!!! I am so not satisfied and I’m even more upset that they didn’t make sure I was satisfied before still charging me FULL price. You guys have to to better! I won’t be back.

Got a mani/pedi with no appointment. The massage chairs were great, it almost felt like a person was giving me a massage,. except when it almost pushed me out the chair. The tech was very attentive, i felt like i got my moneys worth. Got the full treatment, I really enjoyed the scrub up to my calf, and the massage on my legs. The tach did not make any jokes about what color did i want for my toes and nails, which was a relief, so tired of that joke. The manicure was just as nice, and she buffed toes and hands without me asking her. Even though the place started to get crowded, she never rushed and gave me a good mani/pedi.
